(Ōrorami) - Auriel's Strings of the Elven Prince

Description: '' The mere echo of its strum quaked the earth, its glow illuminated our faces before we could speak, it was all too soon before Auriel delivered us to Gondolin once more ... '' - Unknown Elf.

The legendary strings of Auriel weren't mere craftsmanship, it was forged by an elf long ago within the catacombs hidden near the deepest sectors of Gondolin, said to have been a gift to the goddess, Auriel - she whom oversees the songs of war. But the elf blacksmith was unable to deliver his masterpiece to the goddess herself, he was slain in an assassination attempt ordered by Sauron long ago to which was then passed down through the ages after his disappearance. Now within the possession of this old relic, Diluc Ragnvindr, he alone has the capability to wield the strings without being burned from its holy essence. The strings itself are entirely composed of the element of holy flame, flexible yet solid enough within its own nature to be equally sufficient for usage with a bow or other subset utilizations that the user may ponder of. Its length can be considered quite elongated, similar to that of a whip for visual reference, and will be occasionally used by unwrapping it from the individual's own body that which will act as the holster itself; surrounding the entirety of the body like an extremely long belt or shawl. More than often the user may end up having to wrap the strings a few times around their wrists or fingers due to how lengthy they're, however that doesn't take away from its capabilities but rather strengths its imaginative usage. Due to the prime material that which these strings comprise of they share the same strengths and weaknesses of the element that its forged with, the only other identifiable attribute that it has outside of it is its solidity that differs from the original concepts of the element. The primary augments of the strings differ from that of the basic element that which it comes naturally with, two subsets are to be passively attached to either a singular bow like weapon, and or puppets that is summoned onto the field; all of which are considered to be without a moveslot usage and thus listed prior to battle, clearly explained if used with these subsets.

  • Bow: When the strings of Auriel are applied to this mechanism of weaponry it not only detects its surface thus covering it with its element but, however, consumes the arrows that is equipped also to it aswell. This acts as a passive supplementary shield (360-degrees) that is gifted from the pre-existing sources of the strings but also granting the offensive measures of its addon a small boost to its basis (Arrows now will travel at the speed of x4 of the user's). This ability is called ''Auriel's Wrath'', which has a cooldown of 2 turns per usage with a maximum limitation of its utilization via 4 times per battle. (Shield applies to Arrows only)
  • Puppet: When the strings of Auriel are applied to the puppets point of view it replaces the raw chakra strings that is of requirement to use them, meaning that the raw chakra strings are now replaced with the strings of Auriel instead. This acts like a passive supplementary that is within the same comprehension of the bow subset, granting the puppet the same outward yet thin layer of shield comprised of holy fire. Although the bow subset grants the boost to speed values the puppet subset replaces this with a heightened sense of resistance instead; granting every puppet inflicted with the strings of Auriel a passive means of resistance towards the element's weaknesses, this makes every technique that is thrown at them that is regarded as a weakness towards holy fire a natural means of decrease to their ranking by -1 percentile. This, however, can only be attached to a max of two puppets that're on the field and has a cooldown of 4 turns after which the puppet(s) that're inflicted by the strings are dissipated or destroyed. Due to the replacement of chakra strings with Auriel strings the user will instead of using them upon the fingertips will use the strings of Auriel to betwixt it amongst the base of the fingers and wrist. This allows them to form handseals whilst also manipulating the two chosen puppets that they have under control with the strings of Auriel. However, if the user has a third puppet on the field, they'll then be forced to use regular chakra strings and henceforth this mechanic will be negated.

The sheath is an AR pattern chakra rifle converted bullpup.The user pulls the trigger with their off hand and the sheath converts chakra bullet blanks within the magazine and has the energy push a spring loaded piston to hit the hilt of the sword to shoot the sword out with great force as guided by the swordsman with far more power and speed, passively +20 in damage and at a speed 1 rank higher than posted, than they'd be able to create on their own. The magazines can be used 3 times before having to be recharged or the sheath can be reloaded with a spare full magazine.

Description: Forged from a rare ore mined from particularly high mountain ranges, the blades have an incredible conductivity for Chakra, akin to the metals employed in "Chakra Blades". Their conductivity allows them to passively absorb Chakra from their wielders and expend it to perform Elemental attacks. Physical actions performed with them are able to create freeform-style, Short - Mid range Elemental attacks whose Element is based on the "style" or "nature" of the physical actions performed by the wielder, following the same principle as "Litmus Finger" and "Litmus Fist". In addition to the base 5, which only require physical actions and Raw Chakra and thus can be performed by anyone with Chakra, the blades can also take on the properties of any Elements the user themselves are able to perform, allowing for Advanced and Custom Elements to be performed through the blades. Each attack consumes a Jutsu slot, and allows the user to perform an A-Rank Elemental Kenjutsu attack, which carries an additional +15 damage as per Merchant Submission rules (75 damage). Once per battle the user can intentionally charge the blade with additional Chakra to perform a single S-Rank (95 damage) Elemental attack, however the blade is destroyed from being pushed beyond it's limits. Interestingly the blades undergo a cosmetic change in color which corresponds to a given Element, earning them the epithets "Color-Changing Blades" and "Litmus Blades".

Note: If the user performs the S-Rank application, or the blade is otherwise broken, within the Battle Arena the blade cannot be used for the remained of that fight. If the blade is broken in the Ninja World the same applies for the arc, however this can be bypassed via repair from the Merchant they purchased it from. For this service the Merchant can charge a repair cost, which can range from 30% to 50% of the cost of the original transaction.

Description: A unique type of consumable, Pine Resins are dried sap and shavings from trees that are specially grown and fed using Elementally infused Chakra, which are then harvested and prepared for use in battle. Pine Resins come in the form of several parcels of varying textures and consistencies which, depending on the type of Chakra the tree was fed, will apply an Elemental coating of the Base 5 to the user's weapons when directly applied. This effect is passive, doesn't consume Chakra, and acts as both an Elemental infusion, and a non-stackable increase in the base damage of any attacks or techniques performed via that weapon for it's duration, increasing it's base damage by +15 without counting as one of the two buffs/ debuffs allowed per interaction. At the cost of 10 Chakra, the user can infuse their Resins with their own Elemental Chakra, allowing them to infuse their weapons with Advanced and Custom Elements they can perform. Only one Resin can be applied to a weapon at any time, and it's effects last for 5 turns max.

Description: "εστία" or Aestus Flasks are small, glass containers which have condensed flames and embers stored within. These flames are strange, their properties and consistency changed to appear like a viscous, medicinal liquid. When applied to an injury or directly consumed, rather than burn they fill the user with a deep, gentle, resonant warmth spreading throughout their body, healing the user by 20 health points. This doesn't affect spiritual damage, or negative conditions such as poisons. These can be used on other users as well as additional entities, such as familiars, clones, etc, where applicable. A single use of an Aestus Flask is a passive action that doesn't consume one of the user's Jutsu per turn, but if the user's damage is substantial, they can "chug" from the flask consuming additional uses, but for the first and third additional use, this costs one Jutsu slot, meaning a second and fourth use of the flask consume a Jutsu slot each. Finally, if the user has Chakra, they can passively convert the Aestus into an Ashen Aestus, which converts the health recovery into a Chakra recovery effect.

Note: One stock contains five Aestus Flask charges. They are recovered at half the normal regeneration rate for techniques, recovering one use every two weeks.

Description: Mini Grid are nanos which are fly size bugs that a Cyborg bio can control with his chakra which makes them immune to EMPs but is used for scouting and he can view the live video via a small computer on his arm(this is an enhancement to their arm). These nanos can see all forms of chakra and even see heat signatures. These fly sized bugs can be used to repair the Cyborg’s cybernetic and regular part of their body which it can repair damaged up to 30 damage per turn for three turns and as fast as Mystic Palm. After healing the nanities can’t be used for two turns. The bugs give off a sound so they can be heard in a swarm of ten up to two meters from someone’s ears. If they are not swarmed together and are separate their sound can’t be heard unless it’s right next to their target’s ears. These swarm of bugs can also combined together to create different weapons and tools of Cyborg’s bio needs as long as the user can carry it. These weapons can be used like any weapon so for example if they create a sword and use a Kenjutsu that requires chakra, the weapon can be coated in whatever chakra that the user sees fit. The swarm of bugs are stored inside of the Cyborg bio.
-Scouting, Healing and weapon/tool creation is passive. The user at the same time as using the healing ability can use other jutsus that uses chakra. The reason behind this is the nanos themselves feed on the user's chakra once the user receives damage. This is very similar to Hashirama Level 1 Passive Healing.

Description: Mother Box is a cybernetic Doujutsu created to aid the welder in multiple ways. This Doujutsu was created with advanced technology and with the idea of fighting a Bijuu in mind but also higher tier opponents. This Doujutsu comes with a few abilities that aid the welder in almost any situation they see fit. The first if the abilities which is one of their main ones is creating a portal that is called a Boom Tube because of the sound it makes when the portal is created. The Doujutsu releases out a beam of yellow gold like unknown energy that creates said portal. This allows the user to either teleport themselves, someone or something in this portal to a place where they can see or have been before. Once whatever the user needs to go through the portal it closes and exits out on the other side wherever the user sees fit. The secondary ability which is a passive ability is the Doujutsu can track high levels of speed, chakra, and non chakra energies. This translates into being able to see the smalls of objects down to a microscope and know all forms of energies and chakra. The multiplayer of said tracking is times four and is a category is under the Doujutsu Tracking in relationship to the Speed and Tracking thread. The third ability of the Doujutsu is it can absorb jutsus very similar to the Artificial Eye Doujutsu. Whenever the eye absorb chakra they convert the chakra into their own chakra or can use it to heal themselves. But if they don't want to use it either of the two they can store up the chakra and use to for either of the options later in the fight/mission and this is passive.
Note: Boom Tube can only be used every other turn. The Boom Tube can only be used five times a battle

Note: Whenever the user absorbs jutsus it has to be in close proximity(at max two meters away) to their body.
Note: Healing uses the chakra and heals the health points by times two of whatever he amount of chakra has be absorbed. Example so if an eye has absorbed 40 chakra it can heal for 80 damage/health points
Note: The chakra that is absorb can be used if haven't been converted to escape genjutsu by their respected amount. Example is the Doujutsu has absorbed 100 chakra and the user is put under a Genjutsu the user can use that chakra to dispel the genjutsu by the same amount of chakra that was used on them to put them in a Genjutsu.

Cyborg bio has the Mechanic Speciality for Cybernetic Doujutsu

Declined: How are you making these portals to teleport yourself, or other entities without having access to space-time in general? Secondary the healing ability the absorption on your eye gives you is too much based on what you can do. You say each eye can absorb up to 100 chakra and that you heal at a rate of x2 the amount of chakra you absorb. This basically lets you heal 200 health points per eye or 400 HP in total. That's insane tone that down. Your last ability can do like 3 things, absorb a technique and use it to heal, or restore your own chakra or use it release a genjutsu. Pick one. - Daemon

(Jingi: Shīrudoyo) - Sacred Treasure: Aegis Shield

Description: The Aegis Shield is an ancestral relic of the Otsutsuki, passed down though millennia. Described as being a dark brown heather shield wrapped in leather and golden trim with a white chakra metal center that creates a soft and simplistic design. When wielded the shield will instantly drain a massive amount of chakra from the user and excrete a translucent white aura of yang energy around it that uses Senjutsu as a medium to maintain stability. The shield will continue to drain the users chakra allowing them to wield and manipulate this yang aura around the shield to form into a larger projection of itself (100 defense) and is able to manipulate it into a spherical dome around the user and/or allies, only limited in scope to a short ranged area. (120 defense) The shield needs to be in physical possession of the user in order to manipulate the yang aura and cannot be manipulated at a distance. The user cannot reshape the aura into a dome while using his chakra for another technique. However the standard projected shape of the shield is it's natural state, large enough to protect the user from a single direction without the need to further manipulation allowing them to do so at the same time as using another technique. Using the shield for defense counts as one of the user's three moves per turn. Unique to this shield is the ability to absorb the Yang energy back into the user, this does not increase the users chakra supply or enhance them in anyway, instead it purges the users body of outside forces that may be negatively effecting them, such as Genjutsu, Side effects of Yin release, Yamanaka Clan or other techniques of the like. This method has limited usage, counts as a move when used, cannot be used at the same time as another technique and purges the body with 70 Yang chakra. Due to the nature of possessing Senjutsu the shield can be a potent tool against spiritual techniques such as Yin Release’s Hands of Sloth, able to interact with techniques of this type as normal. Although the Aegis Shield is a powerful defensive tool, it does come with it's drawbacks. First is it's immense chakra cost and drain, rapidly taxing the users Senjutsu. Second is that the constant flow of Yang prevents the user from using Genjutsu, Yin Release and Yin-Yang Release while wielding the Aegis Shield.

Declined. Six Paths Senjutsu customs aren't allowed. And if they were they cannot be used interchangeably with regular Senjutsu.

Description: Kisuke came up with an idea to decrease the size of an item, material, resources, and even a person/animal. This item is to be used to carry things around without it being heavy in a bag or suitcase. This also increases the size back to it's original after something or someone has been shrunk down. The size of which is decreased to is an adult ant size. The item works by the user spraying an oderless and colorless mist onto whatever they see fit. Whatever it touches shrinks down. The mist can be wide spread or straight stream with a twist of the nob on the bottle. The distance of which the spray can reach is one meter in the direction the user sprays it. Whatever is shrunk can stay this size forever but if it's person/animal that's shrunk they can only stay this size for three post. This could be used for battle but it's ideal for Merchants to keep alot of items (materials, resources, stock, and tools) on themselves. Whatever is on a person/animal shrinks with it and is resized back to it's original size too. Of course this supplies doesn't allow them to bypass rules for items that a Merchant can have on them. This doesn't count as a move.
Note: One per stock and has a maximum usage of 100 sprays
Note: Refilling cost 250 kumi/ryo and cost of the item is 500 kumi/ryo. If the customer loses the bottle it will cost them the original price which is 500 kumi/ryo.

Declined, few issues. For starters, use on living entities will be a definite no. Nothing living will be shrunk. Second, this will definitely NOT have 100 sprays per item; at best, each individual bottle will have up to 5 uses and things of more than 20 chakra won’t be effected ( this is a D rank item after all ). For more uses or affecting more things, the rank needs to be higher than this. Remove the notes regarding refills and prices; Supplies cannot be refilled via means like this. The only way an item is refilled is buy either purchasing it again or traveling to a Marketplace and paying to restock the item. Once an individual items uses has been spent, these are lost.

Description: Double Bubble is a gum that is created for a long lasting flavor and ability for it. The gum comes in different flavors ranging from Orange, Lemon, Strawberry, Watermelon, and Grape. Each pack of gum comes with 5 pieces. The gum gives the ability of transformation to the chewer but also able to change a person's chakra signature. The look and chakra signature is unique so it can't be anyone else's that's in the NW in that current arc. The appearance only changes the person not their clothes. The user can transform into a person or animal.
Note: Transformation and Chakra signature only last for four turns. The user can't use any other gum for two turns.

Description: The Red Hematite Scalpel is a medical tool that enhances several medical ninjutsu. Fashioned after an iron scalpel, it is composed of non-conductive plastic that encases a chakra and electical enhancing device. The main and passive usage of the Red Hematite Scalpel is the ability to perform the Chakra Scalpel technique at S rank ( 40 chakra, 80 damage ), by coating one or both hands wielding a Red Hematite Scalpel and performing the technique. This does not count as a boost to the technique, it counts as an S rank technique with default values, the technique itself must be posted. This can be used 5 times, lasting until broken when the user requires the hands for something other than cutting, like specific handseals that aren't compatible with the technique. As it is a held item, it can be tossed up to mid-range for a ranged attack with the characteristics of the Chakra Scalpel technique ( activating the technique, even if enhanced, counts once towards the move slot. Throwing it counts once again, except in the turn of activation. Can throw up to 2 scalpels in the same turn, counting towards the same move slot. )

The second property deals with lightning based abilities that require pinpoint control, such as Skill of Nervous System Confusion, Deceiving Porcupine or the Mantis Fist techniques. It allows for the usage of the Blood Hematite Scalpel to produce an electrical discharge that enhances the effects of Ranshinshou or Harinezumi, producing an S rank version of tem, costing 40 chakra, which allows the effects to be felt in the whole body and prevents High Level Taijutsu or Medical Ninja from overcoming the effects in 5 turns, lasting the normal 10 turns. Techniques that could overcome their effects will need to be higher than they would the normal A rank version. This does not count as a boost, just as a default S rank usage of the techniques, and the technique itself must be posted ( thus counting towards the move slot once).

When it pertains to techniques like the Mantis Fist stye, and other techniques higher than A rank, it counts as a boost and allows the infusion of +10 chakra that correlates into a +20 damage boost. It allows for the usage of the Blood Hematite Scalpel to produce an electrical discharge that enhances the effects of Ranshinshou or Harinezumi, producing an S rank version of them, costing 40 chakra, which allows the effects to be felt in the whole body and in a more resilient way, as long as it has been used through the Scalpel, either handheld or thrown up to mid-range ( The later of which requires the spending of an active move slot but can be done within the same time-frame of the original technique ). Techniques that are S rank or above are treated as a +10 chakra infusion with the according +20 damage boost, counting as a Damage Boost.

Note: Can only enhance A rank techniques 5 times per battle and S rank techniques 3 times per battle. Can only maintain these techniques for 4 turns maximum, and require a cool down of 1 turn between usages. These techniques are meant to be used with the Scalpel as a vessel, which reduces the range of the technique to short range ( Held ) or Mid Range ( Thrown ).

Ability 2# Empowered Boosted Speed ( 2x )

The second property deals with the feedback electrical discharge of the scalpel mechanism through skin contact. When held by the user, the Scalpel will enhance the electrical celular comunication between the muscles and the brain, allowing a x2 boost in the user's speed. It counts as a boost to the user's stats. This means that, while holding the scalpel in one's hand, it can positively enhance the speed, whereas when thrown or stored, it provides no boost. In return, the user is restricted from using Handseals while moving with the Scalpel in hand, unless they're specifically single-hand handseals. The user is capable of holding the scalpel in hand for a maximum of 5 turns, and can pick up a Scalpel a maximum of 4 times per battle, or 10 turns total, whichever happens first.

Declined, reading through the description as well as abilities, this barely falls under one of the 4 types listed in the SNT thread. These types are, summed up briefly: Advanced Technology ( the widest umbrella to fall under, these all NEED to have some form of technological advancements and must be justifiable in the sense that it is not merely a Supply wanting to be subbed as a Tool ), Amplification Type ( ), Condenser Types ( weapons that fire blasts of chakra/chakra bullets, etc ) and Bionic Type ( artificial limbs, nanotechnology incorporated into the body, etc fall under this type such as power suits and other things similar ). This very very loosely falls under amplification via the fact it’s boosting your damage in some way but a plastic chakra conductive knife doesn’t really fall under Technology, the biggest issue of this.

In addition to this, these are more than the allowed abilities despite you framing it as such; The first ability will be either more chakra/more damage, OR the S ranked damage. If the increase is anything more than simply “this does 20 more damage via infusion of chakra” or similar, it counts as more than one perk. Attempting to extend the benefits of a technique beyond more than just damage counts as another perk and since this seeks to extend the effects from one limb to the entire body, that’s a perk already. Second ability is an absolute no. You are NOT getting a 2x speed boost from holding an item in your hand, that’s absurd.

Description: The Green Jade Needles are amplifier type tools encased in chakra-conductive material similar to jade, in the shape of a long senbon. The needles are composed of two cilindrical devices, which work opposite to one another. The needle can be used to perform Bukijutsu techniques, or shot through needle shooting weapons or by hand.

The center of the needle is hollow, with several chakra amplifiers turned inwards into the hollow center, produced by the inner cilinder. The user is able of infusing 10 chakra worth of elemental chakra onto the amplifier tube, which will get refracted and amplified multiple times within the tube, producing a needle of the element worth 20 damage, which gets delivered upon contact with a target, injecting the element and damaging it. This is considered a D rank technique, which can be stacked within the same jutsu slot up to 4 times, for a total damage of 80. This can be used up to 2 times every 4 turns. Since each individual needle is considered a D rank technique, it can be overpowered in a succession if the opposing technique targets the individual needles.

The second ability of the Green Jade Needles is the outer cilinder. It is wired as an amplifier, empowered by the user's Yin-chakra. This allows the user to perform a Genjutsu directly within the sealing inscription, by simply spreading chakra through the needle, which can then be thrown towards a target. The outer cilinder will behave as an amplifier, which will shoot out the coded Genjutsu outwards, within Short Range, casting the Genjutsu onto any non-chakra linked target ( Clones, YY Creations, Summons, etc ). Regardless of the range of the Genjutsu, or the duration, this process will always emit the chakra for one turn and will always reduce the Genjutsu range to short range ( Regardless of any Speciality perks the user might have ). The targets can always dispel the Genjutsu as normal outside of the antena-like technology range. This can only be used once every two turns. Can only be used with A Rank Genjutsu 4 times per battle and S Rank Genjutsu 2 times per battle. Can't be used with Forbidden ranked Genjutsu. Spends the same amount of chakra as the Genjutsu would require +10, both count as 1 jutsu slot. Can only be used on Non-Damaging Genjutsu, or the Genjutsu-part of Elemental Techniques that cast illusions where the Genjutsu is Non-Damaging and the damage of the technique comes from the elemental vessel.

Ability #1 Storage Space ( Non-Combat )

The Main ability is the space within the Sealing weapon being a near infinite sealing dimension which is separated by various rooms. The user has access to either the main frame that conects all these pocket rooms, or the rooms themselves, in order to decide whether to seal different objects together, separate or shift them between dimensions. It does not allow the sealing or unsealing of objects to and from the space, it's just a cosmetic ability that will always require the user to perform a Sealing technique to access this dimension.

Ability #3 Fuuijutsu Technique "Opal" Kanji ( D-S Rank )

Declined, putting the questionable status of an earring computer and whether it falls more under a S ranked Supply or Tool aside for a moment, the first ability creating a dimension is a no. How does a tool create a dimension like this you to have access to? Second ability is too much as well, you aren’t getting limitless markings of any seal that can be applied to something in this way. This is a cheap version of Jigen’s ability from Boruto where he can summon and de-summon any non living item from a pocket dimension but better as you can pre apply it to anything on your bio. Third ability is the only one that can work as the first two are either too much or just not going to be allowed.
Going back to the questionable status, I really do not wish these types of exploit continue further by any members. The reason a distinction was made between Tools and Supplies was because people were not submitting the right things. Attempting to blur the line too much by making jewelry that borders on both Tool or Supply territory will likely cause the field to become more restricted and tightened up and instance of crossover wil start to become auto declined with a note to fully differentiate. Basically, do not start trying to finesse the system. This goes for everyone submitting Tools and Supplies from now on.

Declined, the mentions to Steel release have to go; it’s just a normal chakra metal so it would have the same strength/weakness as normal S rank Tools. The Second ability needs an actual limit because once every 2 turns will not be doable. None of these abilities have limits, actually. For any of these to move or function at S ranked limits, they will need actual limitation.

The sheaths materials are infused with storm chakra upon it's creation allowing it to passively absorb -10 chakra of techniques or opponents it comes into contact with, This does not count as an activation of the sheath (Can only store up to A rank chakra at a time). Chakra held within the sheath or from the user directly can be repurposed to shroud the item in the clouds of storm chakra to increase its damage mitigation although this comes with a cost (-5 chakra per turn upkeep) (-10 damage to opposing physical/elemental technique damage). Held chakra within the sheath can be used to create or boost other storm related jutsu equal to the amount of chakra inside however this will bottom out the sheaths reserves.

Declined, few issues here. I think there’s a misconception on how Storm, and abilities that do so as a whole, absorbs chakra; abilities that absorb chakra do so through contact with the object/jutsu. Some of them need direct contact, some create some type of medium to do so through like Preta Path and the barrier like ability it absorbs through. Storm uses a cloud or lasers to touch objects/encircle them and drain/absorb chakra into them. This technique seems weirdly done because of this; I’d have utilized the laser variant of Storm to do this and appear similarly to a sheath flowing with lightning instead of a cloud storm. The abilities as I’m reading them are a -10 chakra debuff, the ability to increase the damage of storm techs by the amount of chakra absorbed and an increase to chakra absorption. The last one is a no as chakra absorption is usually capped at 100 chakra per turn and only rarely is this allowed to be increased, a Storm Tool wouldn’t be allowed to do that. The damage boost also needs to be less dynamic and have a more regulated limit. For reference, +10 chakra = +20 damage usually. So if this absorbs a theoretically -30 chakra over time, this can grant a +60 boost. Too high so that means it needs some more limitation.

Declined, I’m failing to see the technological aspects of this. Keep in mind SNT must fall under one of the 4 types mentioned in it’s rules ( Advanced tech, Condenser/Blaster types, Bionic/Prosthetics, and Amplification tools, which fall under one of the previous three as well ). This falls more in line with Supplies, which can be as ornament as this is described and not require technology. This also seemingly requires Fuuinjutsu with the usage or seals and sealing abilities. If this is submitted by a Merchant, be sure to link the bio with your posts.

A tracking tool designed to assign in multiple functions and roles, the Focus was a compact little device that allowed users to track and keep track of aspects within their life. The little triangle device sits just above the users ear along their eye horizon line, that is able to connect and directly tap into the users chakra. Permanently on sapping 10 chakra per turn this device projects visual aids to the user mentally allowing them to see holographic based projections without interfering on others around them. The device has 2 basic functions.
-Personal Health:
Showing within the heads up display is a percentage based indication of the users health and chakra reserves, as well as an ongoing interference within the users body. Able to detect up to S rank foreign chakra sources within the users body, the Focus will indicate abnormalities. Users with advanced technology and cyborgs can use the device to flush out these chakra sources up to 3 times per battle with a 2 turn cooldown in between.
-Tracking:
The device is capable of focusing and tracking a singular chakra signal up to 2 landmarks away, showing a path towards the signal showing the shortest route. However, in order to start this tracking the user must first be within short range to lock onto the chakra signal. Unaffected by weather, this track is shown directly to the users sight. This tracking equates to a standard x2 boost to the users tracking.

Declined, I almost removed the mentions of users of advanced technology having heightened abilities as this in itself is already considered advanced technology, hence being a SNT. It’s not advanced enough to be considered a SNT only Cyborg or Mandalorians can use and adding those type of notes without having those bios gets the techs declined. In addition to that, those both count as addition abilities as they are not the abilities mentioned directly before them ( HUD and x2 Tracking ), putting you at 4. The overall combination wouldn’t be possible + this needs a rank.

Secondly, due to the high and frequent emission of the numerous infrared dots, the user is also granted additional tracking up to 3x as the dots capture everything moving within the field of view. A moving object would have to physically not be within the range of vision to be undetected (IE.Teleportion or being physically intangible). These contacts cannot track chakra trails or levels or prevent genjutsu or any of that sort of stuff. They simply survey, detect and transmit tangible information within the field of view via dot projection.

Description: Kisuke came up with an idea to decrease the size of an item, material, resources, and even a person/animal. This item is to be used to carry things around without it being heavy in a bag or suitcase. This also increases the size back to it's original after something or someone has been shrunk down. The size of which is decreased to is an adult ant size. The item works by the user spraying an oderless and colorless mist onto whatever they see fit. Whatever it touches shrinks down. The mist can be wide spread or straight stream with a twist of the nob on the bottle. The distance of which the spray can reach is one meter in the direction the user sprays it. Whatever is shrunk can stay this size forever but if it's person/animal that's shrunk they can only stay this size for three post. This could be used for battle but it's ideal for Merchants to keep alot of items (materials, resources, stock, and tools) on themselves. Whatever is on a person/animal shrinks with it and is resized back to it's original size too. Of course this supplies doesn't allow them to bypass rules for items that a Merchant can have on them. This doesn't count as a move.
Note: One per stock and has a maximum usage of 100 sprays
Note: Refilling cost 250 kumi/ryo and cost of the item is 500 kumi/ryo. If the customer loses the bottle it will cost them the original price which is 500 kumi/ryo.

Declined, few issues. For starters, use on living entities will be a definite no. Nothing living will be shrunk. Second, this will definitely NOT have 100 sprays per item; at best, each individual bottle will have up to 5 uses and things of more than 20 chakra won’t be effected ( this is a D rank item after all ). For more uses or affecting more things, the rank needs to be higher than this. Remove the notes regarding refills and prices; Supplies cannot be refilled via means like this. The only way an item is refilled is buy either purchasing it again or traveling to a Marketplace and paying to restock the item. Once an individual items uses has been spent, these are lost.

Description: Double Bubble is a gum that is created for a long lasting flavor and ability for it. The gum comes in different flavors ranging from Orange, Lemon, Strawberry, Watermelon, and Grape. Each pack of gum comes with 5 pieces. The gum gives the ability of transformation to the chewer but also able to change a person's chakra signature. The look and chakra signature is unique so it can't be anyone else's that's in the NW in that current arc. The appearance only changes the person not their clothes. The user can transform into a person or animal.
Note: Transformation and Chakra signature only last for four turns. The user can't use any other gum for two turns.

Description: Kisuke came up with an idea to decrease the size of an item, material, and resources. This item is to be used to carry things around without it being heavy in a bag, suitcase and other storage containers. This also increases the size back to it's original after something has been shrunk down. The size of which is decreased to is an adult ant size. The item works by the user spraying an oderless and colorless mist onto whatever they see fit. Whatever it touches shrinks down. The mist can be wide spread or straight stream with a twist of the nob on the bottle. The distance of which the spray can reach is one meter in the direction the user sprays it. Whatever is shrunk can stay this size forever. Things of more than 20 chakra/D rank techniques won’t be effected. This could be used for battle but it's ideal for Merchants to keep alot of items (materials, resources, stock, and tools) on themselves. Of course this supplies doesn't allow them to bypass rules for items that a Merchant can have on them. This doesn't count as a move.
Note: One per stock and has a maximum usage of 5 per bottle

Description: The Poké Ball is a spherical device used for the convenient storage, transfer, and quick usage and access to animal summons. Inside each Poké Ball is a seal that allows a summon to be sealed into or out of the Poké Ball. This seal only works if there is a mutual consent between the user and summon. Also sealed within the Poké Ball is an environment tailor-made for the specific summon so that it may exist comfortably within the Poké Ball. The Poké Ball releases summons in a beam of white chakra before materializing them. Poké Balls shoots out a red beam of chakra that when it makes contact with a summon, seals the summon back into the Poké Ball. Typically Poké Balls are red and white, but can come in numerous aesthetic designs.

  1. Each bio may have up to 2 Poké Balls on them, each with a single summon up to S rank sealed in them. These must be stated on the bio.
  2. The user may passively activate a Poké Ball to release/return a summon.

In doing so, the Book of Wind has two states: its default state, where it causes the air moving through the capilaries to provide increased resistance to the wearer, acting as Leg Weights would to slow an individual down. They can be passively activated, however, to reverse the flow of the motors to assist the wearer, decreasing their fluid resistance and increasing their speed, as if using the Leg Weights Drop technique; they can also be passively deactivated. While activated, the flow of air through the capillaries can also allow a sort of pseudo-flight; while unable to provide true flight or hovering capabilities, they can slow one's rate of falling such that it can take up to three (3) turns before the wearer touches down again, though they can use their leg strength for directional movement while they fall; and preventing damage from falls from incredible heights. Note that neither of these abilities would function properly in a place devoid of fluid, such as the vacuum of space. Due to the simplistic nature of these boots, being simply a directional motor, they cannot be forced to switch states or deactivate by other Scientific Ninja Tools or techniques, though they can be prevented from changing whatever state they are in.
Notes: Requires Leg Weight training to use; these work in place of Leg Weights to provide the exact same benefit, though they can be used passively rather than taking a moveslot. As such, they must be posted on the user's Biography to use.

Description: The Book of Fire is one piece of a set of five Scientific Ninja Tools, collectively known as the Book of Five Rings. Based upon the the Chakra Sabre Scientific Ninja tool and the principles of martial superiority, it is a complex mechanism that is built into the hilt and crossguard of the weapon, and a nano-wire filament that runs along the edge or side of the weapon. Running chakra through the device manifests as either a glowing line on the sword which leaves colored streaks of chakra through the air, or a small round orb on the weapon, of varying colors. Where as a Chakra Sabre rapidly burns chakra to create a constant, powerful blade, the Book of Fire is only activated for an instant, during the strike. The result is that any physical attack made through the weapon equipped with the Book of Fire, while it is active, is treated as a minimum A-rank, before any other alterations are made to it.
Note: Has no effect on techniques that are A rank or higher. This causes techniques (ex: (Ken Rendan no Jutsu) - Sword Barrage Technique, which is C rank) to be treated as A rank, before any other boosts or debuffs applied to it. Activating the Book of Fire does not consume a moveslot, though it does have a place in timeframe, and consumes 10 chakra per turn once active.
Note: The Book of Fire is considered a part of whatever weapon it is attached to, and breaks when the weapon breaks.
Note: A single Book of Fire can be used on up to two melee armaments. Does not function on ranged weaponry (bows and arrows, or a kunai once thrown).

Description: A sheath built in shape to hold a katana it's visual colors are blue and black spanning multiple branching lightning strikes in resemblance to a storm. The sheaths materials are infused with storm chakra upon it's creation allowing it to passively absorb -10 chakra of techniques or opponents it comes into contact with, This does not count as an activation of the sheath (Can only store up to A rank chakra at a time). Chakra held within the sheath or from the user directly can be repurposed to shroud the item in the clouds of storm chakra to increase its damage mitigation although this comes with a cost (-5 chakra per turn upkeep) (-10 damage to opposing physical/elemental technique damage). Held chakra within the sheath can be used to create or boost other storm related jutsu equal to the amount of chakra inside however this will bottom out the sheaths reserves.

Declined, few issues here. I think there’s a misconception on how Storm, and abilities that do so as a whole, absorbs chakra; abilities that absorb chakra do so through contact with the object/jutsu. Some of them need direct contact, some create some type of medium to do so through like Preta Path and the barrier like ability it absorbs through. Storm uses a cloud or lasers to touch objects/encircle them and drain/absorb chakra into them. This technique seems weirdly done because of this; I’d have utilized the laser variant of Storm to do this and appear similarly to a sheath flowing with lightning instead of a cloud storm. The abilities as I’m reading them are a -10 chakra debuff, the ability to increase the damage of storm techs by the amount of chakra absorbed and an increase to chakra absorption. The last one is a no as chakra absorption is usually capped at 100 chakra per turn and only rarely is this allowed to be increased, a Storm Tool wouldn’t be allowed to do that. The damage boost also needs to be less dynamic and have a more regulated limit. For reference, +10 chakra = +20 damage usually. So if this absorbs a theoretically -30 chakra over time, this can grant a +60 boost. Too high so that means it needs some more limitation.

The flight mode activates passively by the user tapping their foot on the board one time or when the user fuel the board to activated it by using 15 chakra points. The board can fly and levitate around passively but to be used to evade or dodge a move requires a move slot and can only be done once per turn. The board can only hold max one person and only levitate at max a meter off the surface.

The animal look is based on the user so they can have any type of animal known or not known and name of the Holder is up to the user also. The holder can have only one rider on it and doesn't lose any speed. Holders speed is Sage Rank. Holder acts on its own but can take commands from the user also.

Abilities
-The Holder can fly and levitate which is activated passively and last for four turns max and has to have two turns in between usage. This can be used to evade or dodge an attack once per turn and requires a slot.
-Holder main ability is that it actually wears armor as its "skin"(under the skin is just robotic skeleton). This armor is created from nano technology so its shape can be formed into anything the user can image. The armor is immune to weapons, B rank below ninjutsu, and A rank taijutsu/kenjutsu. The armor can completely block S rank ninjutsu and F rank taijutsu attack which completely destroys the armor. The user uses 30 chakra to completely manipulate(passive) the armor to surround their selves as normal armor(look is up to user; it keeps the defensive abilities) uses and -1 speed when wearing the armor; user must be 2 meters max from the Holder to use armor.
-Holder has the passive ability to track targets via chakra and heat signature.

These guns can release bullets from D-S rank that uses 10 - 40 chakra points which goes from 20 - 80 damaged; they do use a move per turn. These bullets can be shaped into different looks besides just bullets. These bullets can be elemental or raw chakra and follow the weaknesses of shaped manipulated elemental or raw chakra.

Took out the last part about samurais and increased chakra and damaged usage and rank plus made filling up chakra information more detailed which is Passive.

Jikizōfukuki - Magnetic Chakra Amplifier

Description: The Magnetic Chakra Amplifier is a scientific tool that is wrapped to the user’s body by a chakra metal wire. Inside of it is a powerful magnet made from an alloy that contains chakra metal and neodymium, which is attached on an axle. The user passively flows chakra into the device which causes the axle with the magnet to spin at high speeds which creates a strong spinning chakra magnetic field. Thanks to the magnetic properties of the electrons in the wires, the spinning magnetic field causes them to move in the wire into the user to charge their lightning release, aka an electric current , in a process called magnetic induction. The powerful magnetic field also amps the users magnetic release techniques.

Description: The Natural Energy Gauntlet is a variation of the Shinobi Gauntlet developed as a way to allow convenient access to Natural Energy. The gauntlet releases scroll cartridges that have previously adsorbed Natural Energy. The gauntlet contains 3 scroll cartridges.

After weaving a single handed handseal and sending chakra to the gauntlet and scroll cartridge will be released and activated transferring the absorbed natural energy into the user allowing them to enter Sage Mode or create more senjutsu chakra

Each Scroll Cartridge contains enough natural energy to mix with 10% of the user’s chakra to create senjutsu chakra. If the user does not have enough chakra to balance out this Natural Energy, they turn to stone.

The Natural Energy Gauntlet can be used passively but whether or not the actual Sage Mode transformation takes a timeframe depends on the user’s specialty.

-Declined- this much like the above are bio specialties disguised as ninja tools additionally storing natural energy like this wouldn't be allowed in general as it's a pseudo way to increase SM duration and those haven't been allowed for quite some time.
