±±Custom Element Techniques±±


Once you have an approved Custom Element (which is submitted and checked in ), you can make techniques for that element and submit them here to be checked.​


±± How to submit a Custom Technique? ±±

1. Step One: Pick the Name and Japanese Translation. Use this to help you. Be sure to name the techniques correctly by stating the skill/element/area to which the technique belongs. Don't use Japanese in Kanji form; use standard Romanji instead.


2. Step Two: Chose the type of your Custom Technique.

Note: In certain types of techniques, some of the fields (either Damage or Chakra) may not be required to fill, like with the damage of a defensive technique . If that is the case simply put N/A (Non-Aplicable).

6. Step Six: Describe the Jutsu.

Make a brief description of your jutsu and its effects. Don't forget to make it clear and understandable by using proper grammar. Keep it simple and clean. Also, you are required to make a logical explanation of how you achieve the effect of the jutsu. For example, if you have a technique that states "can detect enemy's location" you are required to explain how that is achieved.

7. Step Seven: Resctritions.

Add any restrictions that are deemed necessary for the rank of the technique and its correct use. Usage limit, duration limit, etc. Don't forget to make it logical and simply don't add restrictions in an attempt to make your technique more approvable. Restrictions won't change the fact that your technique may be OverPowered. In terms of logic, it pertains to the correct comprehension of the RP and its skills. For example, a high rank Lava technique would affect your use of Lava and to a minor extent, Fire and Earth but it wouldn't affect your use of Water.

8. Step Eight: Post and Wait for Approval!

±±Formatting Restrictions±±

-No submission that uses font or formatting alterations such as underline, bold, allignement, color, size, spoilers, etc will be checked. The only exception is that you are allowed to Bold or underline the title of each technique you submitt and you can use spoilers for videos or images you need to post for references.

-An exception to the above rule is the requirement to bold the alterations on re-submissions. Its required that every altered or add part is bolded. If you simply take out something, write beneath the jutsu stating "I took out the part where...".



±±Resubmissions±±

-When resubmitting a custom that was previously declined, you need to quote the original submission and bold the parts you changed in your new submission.



±±Declined, Do Not Resubmit±±
-When one of your techniques was declined with a "Do Not Resubmit" note, you can't resubmit that technique without the permission of the Staff member who checked that technique.




±±Submissions and Amount of Customs±±

-Only the Creator of the Custom Element can submit techniques for it. In case the Creator becomes inactive for an extended period of time, the Co-Creator can contact the RP Administrator and ask to take over the submissions.

-You can submit up to 12 custom element techniques for each element you own.

-You can submit 4 custom element jutsu per cycle in total, this goes for all your c.e cj as a total. For example, 3 jutsu for element X and 1 jutsu for element Y.

-You may only make one post per cycle

-Each cycle will last for two weeks. Customs may be checked while the cycle is ongoing, so on make your submissions when they are ready. You will no longer be able to edit once a moderator has checked your customs.



±±Custom Jutsu Users±±​

-Once you get your custom techniques approved you are required to post them in your own custom jutsu thread in the

-You are required to post every jutsu you made and all jutsu that others allow you to use.

-Each and everyone of your custom techniques posted in your thread needs to be numbered(from #1 to #12) for each of your own Custom Elements.

-When posting your technique, you are required to post the link to the techniques approval, by copying the link to the individual post in which the technique was approved.

-You are forbidden to use any custom technique that isn't posted in your own custom jutsu thread.

-The custom jutsu thread is your responsibility and its your duty to keep it up to date, clean and complete.



±±Spam±±

-"Markers", or empty posts (with no actual custom jutsu being submitted) created for the sole purpose of being edited later on, are strictly forbidden and shall be considered as nothing more than spam.

-Any post that does not contain a custom technique submission is considered spam and thereby falls under the violation of the of Narutobase.

-Posting a technique that has requirements such as bios or tests and that are pending approval or verification is considered posting a marker. When you post a technique you are required to make sure you fulfill all the conditions needed to do so. That includes training, bios, permissions, etc. Posting them ahead of having the requirements to do so to get your submission checked faster is considered posting a marker and is punishable.



±±Ripping and Copying±±

-You cannot copy or bluntly base your submissions in another members submission without his or hers permission. This is strictly forbidden and is a severe offense.

-If you find a submission that you feel is too much like yours or that is clearly and bluntly a copy of any of yours, please contact one of the RP mods with the link to your technique and the one that supposedly copies yours.

-The RP Mods may require you to prove you have traded a given jutsu. Be sure you can provide such proof if required.



±±Edits±±​

-No one is allowed to edit his/her post after a moderator has already edited it. Resubmit if you feel that your technique needs to be altered in some way.



±±Alternate Accounts±±

-You are hereby forbidden to submit techniques from your alternate accounts in the same cycle you submit techniques with your main account.

-You cannot exchange techniques between your accounts, allowing techniques from your main on your alternate account and vice-versa, bypassing the limit for custom techniques.

-Failure to abide these rules may lead to infraction and in some cases, to a temporary/permanent ban of your alternate or main accounts from the RolePlay.



±±The Red Rule±±
-The red rule exists and you should check it if you don't know what it is. Bugging any RP mod regarding CJs that were declined and to which you weren't required to contact the given mod, is breaking said rule. The techniques are declined for a reason which is most of the times explained even if we are not required to do so. This is never respected but I urge you to start taking this seriously.

±±The Blue Rule±±
-You aren't allowed to direct us into how to check your customs or tell us to make edits on the submissions to make them approvable. Also, providing expressions like "I talked to X senior sensei and he said its possible" or any variation of such expressions is forbidden. Adding explanations outside the technique's description (or, by that matter, any expression or sentence directed at us) is also forbidden. Anything you wish to explain you need to do so in the technique itself, using the correct template, as it needs to be perfectly understandable by anyone if its to be approved. The necessity to explain or justify things outside of it renders such premise invalid and thus makes the technique unapprovable.



±±Disclaimer±±

-NB's moderators have every right to deny any move we wish without true explanation, because some techniques submitted do not reach a certain criteria that we feel should be accepted. Please do not complain, please do not argue, just take it as it is and please move on by creating something else. Most Jutsus however will state a reason why a technique or custom will not be accepted.

Description: The user combines the rasengan technique with his diamond element. It is also a great defensive jutsu when used as a shield, since the hardness of the diamond is so high.

(Shin'en Suiton: Katana no Shin'en Taira) Liquid Hydrogen Release: Sword of the Abysmal Plain

However being aflame users hands are burned each turn in use. User can also release blast of liquid hydrogen from sword. Sword remains until destroyed or released by user.

(Shin'en Suiton: Saigo Dengon) Liquid Hydrogen Release: Last Word

? Description: The user focus almost all his water chakra and will create a huge orb of Abyssal and Pure water in front of him. He will then get inside this orb and infuse it with a lot of chakra. This happen really fast. Then the user release huge bursts of chakra, making the sphere explode from the inside out. This explosion will consist of 2 layers: an extremely hot fire layer made from the combustion of hydrogen, and a layer composed of thousand of spike made of Pure and Abyssal water combine. Both the fire and the water layer coexist in perfect harmony. The intensity of this attack is incredible and will destroy a major part of the field. However the user will be left severely burn and drain from his chakra.
*This jutsu can only be used once per match*
*Once this jutsu is used, the user won?t be able to use neither Pure or Abyssal water for the next 2 turn*
*After this jutsu is performed, the user will have his chakra reserve cut in half*

Description: Once on a large source of liquid hydrogen, user makes two hands signs to force large amounts charka into the source of liquid hydrogen. Once the second hand sign is made the source erupts into a rectanglar box around opponent(s). The box is devoid of light. It drains all heat sources that are within it, freezing all whom inside.

Description: The user will make one hand sign and a suit of abysmal water will cover his body leaving only three holes for his eyes and mouths. This suit behind made of the most resistant water against heat, can protect the user from any fire attack whatsoever. This suit can also be user as an attack as the user can make all the liquid hydrogen around him explode in all direction, leaving a huge crater.

Gomuton no Jutsu: (Rubber Release: Rubber Technique)

Description: Creates small pillars, tools, and shields of rubber. An opponent that is hit by rubber will be badly burned because of the abrasive nature of rubber. Standing on the rubber makes the user safe against lightning also.

Gomuton Bakuhatsu (Rubber Style: Rubber Detonation)

Description: The user takes out several clay balls. They then insert their rubber chakra, and then rubberize the clay. This makes the clay expand, and the rubber stretches out to it's limit, (About 10m or 30ft in Diamter). The balls of rubber then lays on the ground, and once the user makes the signal, the clay inside explodes, making thousands of pieces of rubber shrapnel go into all directions that can penetrate into most 2 element defenses. (Except Dark Fire, and Ice) The force of the exploding clay sends dust into the air that makes it difficult to see. (Unless your Uchiha or Hyuga)

Damage Points: (Add 20 Damage for Taijutsu)
Description: The user hardens their body covering their body in a film of rubber. The rubber is able to nullify all electrical attacks of the same rank. This state also allows the user the user to stretch their body. When in this mode, the user is even protected against attacks that damage on the cellular level since there is are layers of rubber on them. If the user attacks the opponent using taijutsu in this state, the attacks will be more brutal than normal.
Note: Last for 3 turns, and can be used 2 times per battle.

Gomuton: Doton Henkanki Tame Gomu (Rubber Style: Earth Conversion to Rubber)

Range: Short- Long

Description: The user chooses a part of the earth, and then converts it into rubber, which can then be further manipulated to the users liking. This attack is not limited to the inside of the earth, so the user can make earth underneath them rubber, which will leave the opponent unable to avoid attacks via underground. This jutsu can also be used on clay.
Note: Can be 3 times per battle.

Description: The user creates a wall of rubber that can deflect attacks that launch, or throw things towards the wall. This wall can also be used to stop flooding, and can also absorb lightning attacks. This can be manipulated to be as big, and wide as the user needs it to be.

Description: The user creates eight pillars of rubber, that are almost undetectable by normal eyes. They then force the rubber to stretch across the entire targeted area, and create a rubber prison, that keeps the opponent enclosed. The user then makes the rubber close in on the opponent, crushing them. Attacks from the inside of the rubber prison will just bounce off, and hurt the opponent.

Description: The user creates a rasegan, and adds their rubber element to it. This attack is close ranged, but because of the rubber element, it can be widened to affect a bigger area. If the opponent is hit by this attack, then they will be severely burned because of rubbers abrasive nature. If the user is hit by a lightning attack while doing this, the voltage will be absorbed by the rasegan.

Range: Appear where the user is, then can move on it's own will.
Chakra: 40
Damage: N/A
Description: The user creates a human made out of rubber that is capable of using all rubber moves the user can (except Gomuton Bakuhatsu). This Rubber Man stays on the field as long as it isn't destroyed. This human carries all the natural properties of rubber, so lightning, is noninfluential to it.

Description: The user creates dragon of rubber that is capable of reaching long lengths. It can widen itself also, to get affect a bigger area. It levels most of anything that it goes through, and burns whatever it brushes by, and leaves giant scorches in its wake.

The user can make them fuse together to create walls for protection or shoot them to shred the opponent to pieces. The poison they have is paralyzing (opponent stays paralyzed for 3 rounds)

Description: The user focuses their chakra into a focal point (either their eyes, hands, or mouth.) and infuse it with her chocolate element. The user then fires thousands tiny hot chocolate puffs, which turn anything they hit into chocolate. The terrain that is effected by this technique takes upon all the elements and characteristics of liquid chocolate, which can be poisonous up on the user's will.
If they hit the opponent they burn his/her skin, causing a painful death due to intoxication and overheat if he/she doesn't find a way to get rid of them immediately. If also poison is added to the puffs (the user must state it when using this jutsu) they cause an immediate energy block and paralysis for the opponent. The terrain does not return to its previous state.
The jutsu affects the user also, by intoxication of the limbs (additional -30 chakra points if used for the opponent)

However if he/she would try to block rain, the drops would easily break, but then the poison is released in the air and due the confrontation of the air and poison molecules, the poison becomes a gas. Therefor, every attack he sends will be absorbed by the dome while he is captured inside it. Description: Basically a field change, user will gather the energy of the whole area the battle is given in and turn it to a Void field. The field becomes black and cold, as Void absorbs all the lighting and temperature of the battlefield. Opponent doesn't see anything, only feels cold and unbalanced as the Void doesn't appear to have any dimensions and it is basically a black hole.
Any fire and lighting jutsus will automatically get absorbed by the Void.

~ Can be used once per battle and lasts for 5 turns.
~ Cannot use any Void jutsus for the same and following 1 round.
~ User cannot use any sealing or Yin Yan based techniques for 3 rounds after the field change.

(it will then look like a giant sphere, in which the user is inside of) If the opponent attempts to attack this cocoon of mud using taijutsu or close ranged attacks such as Rasengan or Raikiri, their hand will get stuck in the mud, and will have a difficult time trying to free himself/herself. The user can also use this technique on the opponent to trap them, but it won't do any damage.The user can make an opening on any part of the cocoon to escape or attack while in it.

Description: The user will put their hands into the ground and 10 totem poles mad of mud will rise and harden in a circular formation around the entire battlefield. (1 kilometer radius around the user) When inside the giant circle, the user will gain a major boost in speed, strength, and the ability to manipulate mud at will. A mere punch or kick from the user can become deadly strike when successfully hit. However, the user and the opponent will only be able to use mud/water/earth jutsu because of the totem poles surrounding them. (water and earth because the two elements make mud) If one of the totem poles is destroyed, the jutsu will be broken. If the user leaves the totems range (not including if the opponent destroys one of the poles) without properly canceling the jutsu, he will die.
-Can only be used once per battle
-Cannot use Mud jutsus one turn before use or 2 turns after it ends
-Can only use water, earth, and mud jutsus while in the totem's circle

The white blood cell in the user blood are specially device to attack other cells, so if blood was to touch the enemy, his flesh would be devour by the blood. If the user successfully introduce his blood inside the enemy (by putting his blood on a kunai and hitting the enemy with that kunai) the blood would duplicate inside the enemy and form clots in all the major arteries, causing a sure death.

Once it ends, the black hole empties out everything that it had swallowed as a tiny compact sphere that is the size of a tennis ball. This jutsu, when used, causes 20 damage to the user and they cannot use any dark techniques for the next 3 turns.
