Shinju: Shiro No Bin (Pearl Release: The White Jar)

Description: A legendaryJar size of Gaara´s gourd, white with green markings made of solid pearl material which has been buried hundreds of years beneath the ocean and contains tens of unique shells with strong pearl chakra and they are able to keep producing little pearls where they live and bread inside the Jar, the Jar itself has been wielded by the Elders of Shells who have strong pearl chakra. Shells from the Jar are able to produce huge amount of pearls to keep unlimited amount of little pearls so the user of the Gourd is able to manipulate pearls as his/her wish, the Elder of Shells always carried this Jar to the battle fields and merged his pearl chakra to the Gourd so that he will be able to manipulate the pearls inside for many usage (attack, defense and supplementary), but the effect is the Jar drain the user chakra every time the user use it that’s why only a strong chakra possession and balance control ability able to use this Jar, meaning only Kage Rank. He passed down some of these Jars to those who have been loyal to the Shells kingdom and trained by the Elder himself how to use this Jar. The Elder made several of these Jars so that each user can have one Jar.

Notes:
- To use this Jar, person has to learn how to use it from ~Mig J.J. Quiksilver~ & Oasis Nara
- This Jar can be destroyed by a strong lightning jutsu
- This Jar is considered as Weapon so the user cannot use his/her CW in the same battle he uses this Jar
- Every time the user use pearl jutsu using this Jar, it will drain -10 chakra and after 7 turn use the user will be exhausted and lower their speed
- After 3 turn use the Jar, the user can't use the Jar for 1 turn to give the pearl time to reload the pearls chakra production, that's applied to the following turns.
- Can only be use for 10 turns max no more than that or the Jar will be destroyed afterwards.

~Declined~ Okay, first of all you still left the word 'Gourd' a few times in the description. Second of all at the part I highlighted; That is a very useless description you are trying to pass off as a restriction. You know why? To use the element you already need to be Kage rank so I would suggest you remove that unnecessary text in the submission. The requirement to use this Jar is also another obvious requirement when teaching the element to one of the two students. As for the last few highlights I have a question. Are you confusing turns with how many times per battle the jar can be used? And if not the you really need to re-write that because as it stands it is a mess to read and understand clearly.

~Declined~ Okay I want you to reword the transforming into powder thing because that's not what your approved CE submission is about. You can manipulate solid pearl not powdered form. As for the thousands of pearls I need a more defined amount. Lastly, clarify the actual size of the "giant pearl". How big is this "giant pearl?

~Declined~ You do realize how long it would actually take to release such a ridiculous amount of little pearls to form a boulder made of pearl half the size of Gama, right? You need to drastically lower the size of the boulder, and you have yet to define the speed, you simply changed it from "high" to "fast".

The user does 2 hand seals (Boar+Ram) and releases his Decay Chakra into the field all around him up to mid range, unleashing a gold glow momentarily upon activation. Using the advanced release of Ibiton, the user is able to specifically decay only paper, writing ink and small amounts of metal (normal metal from kunais and shurikens and other normal weapons) that when entering mid-range from the user, crumble away into dust. Any Tag, Scroll, Shuriken, Kunai, etc present on the field crumbles into nothing as long as the technique is active, rendering the use of techniques that require such medium impossible.
Note: Pertains to Scrolls and Paper Tags such as those used for various Fuuinjutsu (like explosive Tags or even FTG tags on Kunais, sealing scrolls, weapon scrolls, etc) and Ninjutsu. Because the rank of such techniques is determined not by the scroll/paper/tag used but by the technique that comes from it, all uses of such scroll and paper bound techniques are negated regardless of rank of the technique that will come from them.
Note: The technique also affects any Kunai, Shuriken, Sword, etc made of the normal metal we find in most common weapons in Narutoverse (excluding, off course, Custom Weapons and the 7SM Swords). Once exposed on the field to the Decay Chakra all around, they crumble away into dust through the normal oxidation process most metals go through, rendering them useless.
Note: Only works on Konan's Paper Ninjutsu up to B-Rank.
Note: Once activated, remains active for 4 turns.

Description:
The user will take use of the specific release of Ibiton and manifest any construct his mind is able to imagine and visualize of that specific part of the release (Cubes, Spheres, Kunais, Swords, Walls, etc). These constructs, translucid and golden with a slight black hue in them, can be used to defend or attack. They can be created only Short-Mid range around the user but they can be thrown further. The user can control the movement of the constructs with or without the need for hand gestures, depending on the distance he is from them (Short range, no handgestures, Mid range requires hand gestures). Although hazardous to the enemies and anything present in the battlefield, the user can touch and interact with these constructs freely, taking advantage of their inherent properties to his own advantage. These constructs, if kept in short range, last until either dispelled or countered, making it a good choice to create weapons or defensive shields.
Note: Usable 5 times per battle.

±Ibiton: Megumi no Ulphir | Decay Release: The Blessing of Ulphir±

Description:
By using the advanced release of Ibiton, the user focuses Decay Chakra into his body to target specific substances and harmfull effects that might be affecting him. The user must only be aware that he's being affected by something harmfull to activate the technique. Doing the Rat handseal the user "wills" his decay chakra to search for harmfull toxins, poisons, isotopes, venoms, etc that might be affecting him in a negative manner and decays them into harmless biproducts, even to a molecular level if needed. While usefull when fightning Poison users such as medical ninjas, its also very very useful when fightning against users of radioactive elements (since the isotopes that are the core component of radiation are easily decayed, this technique can easily tear them apart, basically, decaying the "fuel" of radiation and thus, stopping it) or when, in general, fighting for long periods of time or in long skirmishes, were stamina and endurance is important. By focusing the Decay Chakra into his body, the user may also target toxins produced by his own body such as lactic acid produced from muscle activity. This enables the user to fight against the effects produced by such substances and creates a great resistant to pathogens. This technique may also be used to target harmfull organisms such as bacteria or fungus as well as virus, that may be inducing a pathogenic state on the user. The user can also, even if in a smaller scale and effect, use this technique on others through direct physical contact. When doing so, the effects are momentary, unlike when used on ones self. This means that if the ally has the "aggressive agent" cleaned from his system but has contact with it again, the technique needs to be used once more.

Note: Usable 3 times, with 1 turn cooldown.
Note: Its effects last for 4 turns each time, during which the user can't use Decay Release above A-Rank unless he dispels the technique.
Note: When used on others, it counts as a single momentary use.

±Ibiton: Sono Doki no Azazel | Decay Release: The Wrath of Azazel±

Description:
One of the basic techniques of Ibiton in which the user takes full advantage of the main release and the advanced release to power his hand to hand fighting. The user releases huge amounts of Decay Chakra through out his body, covering himself in an energy that resembles the "flames" of the main release of Ibiton. By doing this, not only does the user become extremely dangerous in hand to hand fighting as he gains a good defense against many energy based techniques as well as taijutsu as the decay chakra surrounding him is dense enough to also act as a defensive mechanism. As the user moves his body, he can release decay chakra as semi crescent waves, projectiles or localized jets/streams, by increasing the output of chakra in the correct timing, combining it with his taijutsu. Doing this enables the user to, for example, punch forward, releasing a burst of decay chakra or side sweeping his leg to create a semi crescent wave of decay chakra, all with the properties mentioned above, below and in Ibiton's definition (strength of A-Rank Ibiton). Not only that but since the user is shrouded in Decay Chakra that resembles flames, when using a Katon breath-related technique, it passively mixes with the Decay Chakra and creates an Ibiton/Katon combo with increased power. However due to the accelerated burn produced by the decay chakra, the fire techniques lose on rank in range, meaning that a long range technique becomes mid ranged, mid ranged becomes short ranged. This shroud of decay makes the user seem as if he's caught fire (in the colors that he can manifest the release), seeming as if flames are being fueled by his own essence. These "flames" have the normal properties of the main release with one additional property, given by the advanced release: when these "flames" touch animal flesh, they focus on decaying proteins, quickly liquifying enemy flesh. This effect, in essence, is more like the effects of a very hot flame/temperature, even if the manifestation of decay release doesn't have any kind of heat output.

Note: Once activated, lasts for 4 turns

Note: The ranged bursts and projectiles passively made by combination with Taijutsu are A-Ranked and count as a move from the 3 per turn count.
Note: While the technique is active, the user can't mold Water Techniques as doing so ends it
Note: Because of the inherent properties of Decay Release (being based on Fire and Lightning), all Fire Breath Techniques S-Rank and below gain +20 in damage if the technique is active, by mixing passively with the decay chakra being released all around the user, creating a Ibiton/Katon combo. However range is reduced by the accelerated burn, losing one rank in range. This means that a long range technique will only reach mid range, mid range only short range. Short ranged techniques are unaffected by this.

Description: This techniques manifests itself as a quick burst of vaporous golden perfume, stretching radially 10 meters around the user in under a couple of seconds. The premise for this technique is that the chakra system and the physical body are directly linked. This perfume does not affect opponent's whose chakra system or blood system is in the same pace than the user's. If higher than normal, the perfume will emit a genjutsu that will make the opponent feel as if the gravity suddenly increased, pinning them to the ground. The effects are proportional to the chakra system's alteration, thus, when the user moves at a faster pace than normally allowed to the body through the use of chakra (Such as Swift, Gates, Sage Mode or Raikage's Lightning Coat, for example), the pressure of the gravity will bring the person's speed down, invariably making the target as fast as he/she normally is. Due to affecting the body directly, it is able to surpass chakra peaks, like burst of chakra or pain, but is easily released by localized chakra releases (Such as someone infusing chakra into their bodies), otherwise simply calming oneself/releasing the modes will render the genjutsu inactive.
*The perfume stays in the target's body for 5 turns (As long as Raikage's Coat). Without the perfume, the genjutsu can be released as normal*
*The user can only use this technique twice per battle, and it requires 2 turns waiting period after the previous perfume disappeared*
*The user can't preform Forbidden jutsus, nor Perfume higher than A rank, for 2 turns after the perfume is activated*

Note: If it's not approvable as it is, considering it doesn't have handseals (I'll explain my reasoning, please consider the following restriction:

*The user must preform 1 handseal prior, having the technique laying dormant to be activated whenever the need arises, without handseals*
~Declined~ There is no need for an explanation, I understand perfectly fine why you would rather not have hand seals when activating the technique on the spot. But that's what makes this technique that deadly. So I will ask you kindly, once again for the last time to include hand seals.

Note: Done. Though nothing about this technique is deadly. It doesn't immobilize the opponent, it makes him/her as fast as a normal ninja.

Divine Wind Style: Serial Winds Thunderclap (Kamikazeton: Shinku Renpa Jinrai)

Description: The user charges large amounts of Divine Wind to his hands. He then makes a few hand seals and spreads his arms out wide. He then brings them together clapping, making several waves of Divine Wind for each time he claps his hands. From the power of the clap, wind is thrown at the enemy with enough force to knock down a house with only three clap. The wind is blown extremely fast and hits very quickly. The user can clap up to 4 times in a row, with each clap gaining in strength. If the user choices to make 3 claps or more, it requires a long string of handseals that take around 3 seconds to perform. Each clap strength increases on a scale like this one:
1st clap: (B-Rank) strong enough to knock back a man
2nd clap: (A-Rank) strong enough to knock back a car
3rd clap: (A-Rank) strong enough to knock over a house
4th clap: (S-Rank) strong enough to knock over a building (large)

~Declined~ Change it up to medium range and clarify the amount of hand seals you need to perform. I will also like you to re-write the opponent's earth usage restrictions. As it stands, its restricting the opponent from using earth all together but there are other ways to use earth style without a ground source. And just to be clear, I will not allow this field to turn all regular earth style techniques into corundum.

Description: The user focuses divine wind chakra in the air around the him and the opponent. He then makes a series of hand signs and manipulate the divine wind chakra that was around them to create a huge vortex of divine wind. The wind acts as a tornado of sorts, causing anything other than the user and enemy on the inside of it to be swirled and tossed around. Once caught in the middle of it, the high levels of wind and pressure will make it hard to form handseals due to the speed and power of the wind. While trapped within, the power of the wind becomes stronger and thinner each turn, producing a slicing effect on anything within (meaning both the enemy and the user start to get cut from the wind, negating the effectiveness of any genjutsu due to continuous pain). By the second turn (if the user continues the jutsu that long), the wind and lightning both strike inwards, with lightning paralyzing every object and the wind slicing them to shreds.
Note: If used in short range, it is almost guaranteed death of both the user and enemy due to the power of the wind and lightning together. If used within mid-long range, the wind and lightning are enough to severely damage both the enemy and user if still within it once the wind cuts inwards.

Inside the user focuses an immense amount of fire chakra, he then throws the ball at the opponent and making one hand seal can cause the ball to explode releasing an explosion mixed with corundum shrapnel, due to the shrapnel being corundum(so it's density is extremely high) the technique is very hard to block.

Description: The user bites him thumb, does a series of hand signs and slams his hands on the ground, instantly 10 warriors, made entirely out of corundum appear standing next to the user, 5 to his left and five to his right. Each warrior fashions armor, a spear, and a long sword all made up of corundum and have the users blood mixed in with them. The warriors can't use any jutsu, however they can focus chakra, allowing them to chakra enhance their weapons to be sharper, and such, furthermore, they have the ability to regenerate their weapons in the event they are destroyed. The warriors are extremely strong, due to their body's being made of corundum one of their punches would be equivalent, if not more destructive than one of tsunade's chakra infused punches. Due to the fact that the warriors have the users blood mixed within them, the user can make one hand sign and summon a warrior from anywhere on the battle field right in front of him, defending him from an incoming attack.

~The speed of the warrior depends on the speed of the user, if the user is a considerably fast ninja than the warriors are faster, if the user is slower than the warriors are slower, and so on.

~Declined~ Keep in mind that nothing in our RP is "instant" aside from space/time ninjutsu. Also if you want this to have a chance at approval you're going to have to tone down the strength of your warriors. Equal strength to one of tsunade's punches? That's too much. As for the speed in which they can move make sure they can't exceed Lee without weights speed.

~Declined do not resubmit~ This was the very first technique I checked when I got my job, and it seems like I missed a few things that I have now gained through experience. I should have DNR'd it the first time around.

Shells from the Jar are able to produce huge amount of pearls to keep unlimited amount of little pearls so the user of the Gourd is able to manipulate pearls as his/her wish, the Elder of Shells always carried this Jar to the battle fields and merged his pearl chakra to the Gourd so that he will be able to manipulate the pearls inside for many usage (attack, defense and supplementary), but the effect is the Jar drain the user chakra every time the user use it that’s why only a strong chakra possession and balance control ability able to use this Jar, meaning only Kage Rank. He passed down some of these Jars to those who have been loyal to the Shells kingdom and trained by the Elder himself how to use this Jar. The Elder made several of these Jars so that each user can have one Jar.

~Declined~ Okay, first of all you still left the word 'Gourd' a few times in the description. Second of all at the part I highlighted; That is a very useless description you are trying to pass off as a restriction. You know why? To use the element you already need to be Kage rank so I would suggest you remove that unnecessary text in the submission. The requirement to use this Jar is also another obvious requirement when teaching the element to one of the two students. As for the last few highlights I have a question. Are you confusing turns with how many times per battle the jar can be used? And if not the you really need to re-write that because as it stands it is a mess to read and understand clearly.

~Declined~ Okay I want you to reword the transforming into powder thing because that's not what your approved CE submission is about. You can manipulate solid pearl not powdered form. As for the thousands of pearls I need a more defined amount. Lastly, clarify the actual size of the "giant pearl". How big is this "giant pearl?

~Declined~ You do realize how long it would actually take to release such a ridiculous amount of little pearls to form a boulder made of pearl half the size of Gama, right? ~Declined~ Very well written technique you have there. However I'd like you to reduce it to once per battle, include some hand seals (aside from the clap) and specify exactly how many techniques it can suck in. Because you stated bugs so this could mean, bug related techniques. You also stated clouds which falls under rain release and cloud release. You really need to restrict it in that area because as it stands, you can pretty much suck in a lot of different techniques for four turns and I will not allow that.

Is able to spit out mini copies of itself, up to 6. Lasts 4 turns if unblocked, can only be used once and requires 6 handseals. When the jutsu ends, the fungus just falls on the ground like it lost the force that was keeping it together.

Despite being a sphere-like shape, it should not be taken lightly due to it's sharp property from spinning extremely fast, capable of shredding human flesh and bones. The user is also capable of setting these balls of pure extreme vibrations on fire by increasing the speed rate they go at, giving them the burning property to go though it would be more visible to people now. This does not give it a boost in strength though, just the capability to burn now. The fire is not chakra-formed but made by the extreme friction in air just like Morning Peacock.

After the technique ends, target suffers from a minor headache and the incapability to hear properly, making earth techniques that cause sounds much more effective.

For example, if the opponent has a mode currently activated that allows him to ignore pain, he wouldn't fall on the ground. You understand? The reason being is that you are currently focusing on vibrating your chakra for that entire minute. As for the highlighted note, that is a contradiction.

Description : The user molds his Vibration Release chakra into the air surrounding the enemy and four barely visible furiously spinning sphere-like balls, much like Sonic Hedgehog if you seen him. Each ball is five meters away in front, on the left, on the right and to the target's back. With the user's pre-set directions, they will speed towards where they were set. Despite being a sphere-like shape, it should not be taken lightly due to it's sharp property from spinning extremely fast, capable of shredding human flesh and bones. The user is also capable of setting these balls of pure extreme vibrations on fire by increasing the speed rate they go at, giving them the burning property to go though it would be more visible to people now. This does not give it a boost in strength though, just the capability to burn now. The fire is not chakra-formed but made by the extreme friction in air just like Morning Peacock.

Different affects ranging from nothing to death may occur varies among the target used upon. Though, this technique doesn't last long and only for a minute. After the technique ends, target suffers from a minor headache and the incapability to hear properly, making earth techniques that cause sounds (incapability to hear properly) and vibrations (headache) much more effective.

Description: This technique requires the opponent to be wet. The user places his hand on the opponent, infusing wind chakra and quickly turning the water into frost. As the water freezes the enemies' extremeties(hands-fingers, feet-toes) begin to hurt and tend to become motionless due to the cold. Eventually, if they aren't heated properly the opponent shall be afflicted by frostbite, rendering their hands, feet and maybe even arms and legs useless.

Restrictions:
  • This technique may only be used once per battle.
  • Using "Fire Chakra" to heat one's body will not be enough to get rid of the Frost, the opponent must find a heat source.
  • This works in conjunction with the Hidden Mist Technique, as the water vapours slightly soak the opponent, however the damage to the user is imminent also.
  • The user himself may suffer of frostbite if he is soaked when performing this technique.

He then performs the Tiger handseal and and all the shards charge at high speeds towards the opponent. If the shards manage to hit the opponent, due to the water vapours in the air and the cold temperature the shards of frost present, the opponent may be afflicted by frostbite, if he does not have a heat source.

  • This technique may be used twice per battle.
  • This technique requires a colder weather to perform, or an Ice Release user.
  • The frostbite is not as afflicting as the technique itself, however it does cause discomfort.

While being formed, the dome uses the sun to give off a green light that will blind the opponent causing the reflex motion to shield their eyes. This as well as casting extreme heat provided by the Solar Wind and amplified by the rays of the sun while inside the dome, burns the opponent beyond recognition with a green heat wave. The extreme heat is enough to ignite anything flammable as well as make the ground turn to lava, which will be cooled after 1 turn.

After the user has repeated this step, he/she will spew out a cloud of pollen (size depends on the amount of oxygen user breathed in and user's lung capacity). The pollen isn't exactly offensive but breathing it in can be quite dangerous. Once the pollen gets in your system, it will attach itself to unfortunate individual's respiratory organs. This limits the volume of lungs, amount of oxygen in your blood and causes immediate coughing along with temporary loss of eyesight. The effectiveness of this technique is showed in combat when the need of oxygen is at it's highest and your lungs cannot process any air, causing a slow and gruesome death through suffocation.

Description: The user will channel Moerudōton chakra throughout their dominant leg and then proceed to stomp on the surface they are standing on. The surface will shake violently with a tremor, knocking all individuals off balance excluding the user. Upon impact with the ground, the surface in front and beyond the user will start cracking as it starts converting into Blazing Earth, heading towards its desired target in the form of a path. Should the path come into contact with any physical structure like a golem, house, etc etc. The Blazing Earth path will start overcoming the physical structure and melt/crumble it away as if it were a domino effect, spreading outwards throughout the structure and continuing forward towards its previous target. The cracks themself are lined with fire combined with the extreme heat of Moerudōton will cause any flammable substance it comes into contact with to explode or ignite. The Moerudōton path will naturally cool down within three turns unless dealt with the proper temperature drop.

I'd like you to specify exactly how far away meter wise, the spheres can be created. The reason I'm asking this is because short range can vary from around 2-5 meters. Keep in mind that if you do keep it in that short of a distance I will ask you that you decrease the range of the technique itself from long to medium.

For example, if the opponent has a mode currently activated that allows him to ignore pain, he wouldn't fall on the ground. You understand? If I approve this, you will be allowed to forcefully tell the person you are fighting that he falls on his knees, etc etc. Include a note that states you can't perform any other techniques while this is active. The reason being is that you are currently focusing on vibrating your chakra for that entire minute. As for the highlighted note, that is a contradiction.

Description: An Advanced form of Lorien Hands, the user first release a surge of Solar Wind chakra from their body AND THEN begins performing 8 handseals in the air. The user will then project their hands in front of their body while channeling Solar Wind chakra through their hands (in a quick burst) into the air covering the entire battlefield to form a dome like prison. While being formed, the dome uses the sun to give off a green light that will blind the opponent causing the reflex motion to shield their eyes. This as well as casting extreme heat provided by the Solar Wind and amplified by the rays of the sun while inside the dome, burns the opponent beyond recognition with a green heat wave. The extreme heat is enough to ignite anything flammable as well as make the ground turn to lava, which will be cooled after 1 turn.

The exuding of the chakra can be performed on the ground, and then the user jump into the air and begin performing the handseals. The exuding of the chakra is done so that the user can push their chakra throughout the battlefield, making it easier to perform the dome.

Description: The user stretches their hand behind them while sending a surge of Solar Wind chakra into and through their hand and forms a large blinding solar wind aura around their hand (5 feet in diameter). While the opponent is blinded the user will condense and compress the aura into a small ball and throw it towards the opponent. While the ball traveles, the constrain that the user held on the ball will be released, causing it to flare up and become twice the size of the natural blinding aura (10 Feet in diameter). The user can condense the chakra into two separate balls, one in each hand, thus separating the power of the technique (Becomes two A Ranked Flash Bombs). Upon contact with any source (Other than anything it is capable of absorbing as they simply get absorbed to make the balls stronger and larger), the balls will release a great heat wave explosion in all directions capable of burning or igniting anything it makes contact with.
Note: Can only be used once every 5 turns per battle.
Note: No Solar Wind above A Ranked for 1 turn.
Note: Blinding and heat wave does not affect user as they are immune to its effects as well as the aura being behind the user when it happens.
Note: If the technique comes in contact with anything it is capable of absorbing the technique will double in size.
