OP mentioned full intel so that's irrelevant , Madara simply cannot be warped . But as I said if by miracle he fall to it, Madara after using Izanagi now has intel on Kamui, you do the math

You're going to need to provide more then, he simply cannot be warped. Until you prove otherwise Madara is warped like everyone else lol. Anyways this is massively OT.

I do not need anything . His reflexes and ninjutsu has already being proved to be a counter to Kamui , you're the one who needs to provide more than "Current Kakashi kamui gg" right now. OP even stated he has full intel . Madara also stated himself Kamui wasn't a threat to him . Obito would have dealt with Madara's threat by warping him to kamuiland with your logic, I wonder why this did not happened.

kakashi wins all scenarios
first one :
amatrasu is non factor in all scenarios since kakashi can easily phase through it with his intangibility
in the first scenario sasuke has only besides his amatrasu which as i said non factor ,his s/t which has a limitred range and cool down
so sasuke wont has any chance if kakashi flys with ps out of his range
i think kakashi doesnt need ps in this scenario
there are nearly 3 ways to counter sasuke’s s/t jutsu :
1-flying out of his s/t range ,kakashi can do that with ps ,but there are other ways kakashi can counter with it sasuke’s s/t withou using ps
2-you can counter sasuke ’s s,/t ,if you have a enough strong armor which sasuke cant break
kakashi can do that with his ps ,but scince sasuke hasnt ps in this scenario ,then kakashi can just use legged susano the whole figh and he will be safe from sasuke’s s/t
3-you can counter sasuke s/t ,if you have a great reaction plus great speed or instant defense like pre powered up kaguya who was low in chakra did
she reacted to sasuke’s s/t and evaded it rather easily
but kakashi showed a great reaction when he reacted to powered up kaguya and speedblitzed her
so i think kakashi can react to sasuke’s s/t and use his instant intangibility

while kakashi can snipe him with doubled speed long range kamui fused with rikudu chakra specially if sasuke ’s s/t is in its cooldown
kakashi warped kaguya’s bone and portal before naruto got one cm closer to the bone though both of naruto and the bone were going toward each other ,naruto looked like frozen object
also kakashi’s footspeed is far above sasuke’s considering that kakashi could speed blitze powered up kaguya while sasuke using his s/t plus his foot speed couldnt touch pre powered up kaguya who was low in chakra stated by BZ

I should be laughing at you honestly. I never hate on Madara so that point of yours is moot. I just don't wank like you and the others do Lol. Someone is already shiting on your points. Kakashi can warp him and since you don't have feats to back up the fact that Edo Madara can evade Kamui when Sasuke is there to keep him busy, don't bother replying.

Sasuke can use his teleportation to swap places with Kakashi's Kamui shurikens in scenarios 1 and 3 and cut his head off. Scenario 2 Sasuke speed blitzes.

after using the riningan teleportation,sasuke has to wait for some time to use it again ,alright?
so if sasuke couldnt finish kakashi by his first s/t usage ,he will surly lose in any scenario ,and that is why:
during sasuke’s s/t cool down ,sasuke has no answer for these techs even if sasuke has ps :
1.long range kamui fused with rikudo chakra
kakashi was able to warp kaguya’s bone and portal before naruto got closer 1cm to the bone, though both naruto and the bone was going toward each other
and the list of kamui speed feats goes on
sasuke cant evade kakashi’s kamui while his s/t is in the cool down period,even with his teleportation ,it is debatable if he can react to current kakashi’s kamui snipe or not
2.kamui raiki
i dont need to explain ,kamui raiki speed blitzed powered up kaguya while pre powered up kaguya who was low in chakra evaded sasuke using his s/t
so i dont see sasuke (during the cool down)evade something powered up kaguya couldnt evade
even with his teleportation ,it is debatable if he can react to kamui raiki or not
3.double kamui teleportation
exauhasted dms obito was able to sync his teleportation with kaguya’s teleportation which sasuke couldnt evade during the cool down time
he started warping himself,naruto’s clone and sakura after kaguya has fully entred her portal ,however he was able to warp himself,sakura and naruto’s clone before kaguya’s portal vanished ,something even naruto couldnt do twice
and it would have been even faster if obito had warped himself only and if he had been healthy
so it is safe to say that double kamui teleportation fused with rikudo chakra is at least as fast as kaguya’s teleportation which sasuke couldnt evade during his s/t cool down time
conclusion:during sasuke’s s/t cool down ,there are at least three ways for kakashi to beat sasuke
but the question is ,how would sasuke miss his first s/t usage ?
there 2 possible scenarios for the fight’s beginning ,either kakashi attacks sasuke with kamui snipe,kamui raiki or kamui teleportation ,then sasuke will avoid it with his s/t (though it is still debatable if he can react to kamui snipe and kamui raiki or not) ,so he will miss his s/t first usage and he will be beaten by one of the three ways i mentioned above
either that or sasuke starts the fight by attacking with his s/t (depends on the distance) ,then kakashi reacts to it and uses intangibility

Sasuke wins all scenarios. I have seen no high tier opponent evade Amaterasu after Sasuke got EMS. They simply absorbed it. Kaguya couldn't react either. All Sasuke has to do is evade his Kamui shurikens and outlast his measly PS. After that, he's done.

Kakashi wins all scenarios(low-mid in the first, high-extreme for the rest). Latest chapters proved how 7 steps above Kakashi was from Sasuke/Kaguya in terms of battle strategy. He read all Kaguya's moves in a book in one move strategy something that Sasuke couldn't accomplish the entire time, by even using Sasuke's ability to switch as a part of the plan. It's useless anyway when Susanoo is up
He knows that jutsu workings too much for me to think a strategical superior fighter like Kakashi would make a mistake. Amaterasu is useless either against his phasing but against Kamui's absorption as well(Obito did) especially when with 2 MS, it doubles the speed and 6Paths chakra upgrades it even more. He showed to be capable to move with his Susanoo faster than Sasuke's teleportation's activation and to react to the fastest Kaguya ever when Sasuke was helpless against the weaker one. Kamui-Raikiri should seal the deal
In the last scenario, Sasuke may have the baseless stronger Susanoo some people are according to him, but it won't help against Kakashi due to his intangibility and teleportation even if he destroyed it, and sooner or later, he will get defeated by kamui shurikens(or any other objects for the matter). Sasuke's teleportation has a time limit. I'm pretty certain someone as strategical as Kakashi would take advantage of this. With the assumption around Kakashi's Kamui warping speed to be brought up several tiers above, Sasuke may even be warped. After all, he failed against Kaguya's dimensional transfer that is slower than Obito's double Kamui, that is also slower than Hagomoro's powered-up Kakashi's Kamui
In the end then, while giving him the benefit of doubt via hype, i don't see how Sasuke wins with feats
