I think Sasuke can win all. If he can land Amaterasu on Kakashi before PS is used and then teleport and cut him in half before he warps it. Asides, I think Sasuke can as well evade Kakashi's PS attacks with foot speed alone.

Kakashi would easily phase through Amaterasu, and thus Sasuke won't be able to hit him with the following counter attack. His only chance is to blitz Kakashi with his Rinnegan at the very second the match starts. If Kakashi can't react, he dies. If he can, he gets PS out and from there on out, Sasuke has no way to injure him, while Kakashi has long ranged Kamui, Shuriken, and he has PS itself.
