Current Kakashi (without Sharingan) vs Kisame (without samehada)

Is this a joke? Kisame wins easily. In fact this Kisame could probably beat 3T Kakashi.

-He floods the battlefield with his gargantuan suitons which overpower Kakashi's elemental techniques. Even Kakashi's dotons won't do anything to Kisame suiton, as there are too small in comparision inspite of the elemental advantage. (Just like multiple suiton users were needed to beat Madara's Katons.)
-Water clones counter Kakashi's clones.
-Dakidon counters Lightning transmission or the lightning beast running technique.
-Raition kunai's and raikiri are dodged.
-Kisame kept up with Gai in a CQC bout, so Kakashi won't cause any problems and without the sharingan, may get caught in a Water prison and will then get killed.

Either way, the fight ends with a thousand feeding sharks, which kill Kakashi. This is a stomp match.

look at the scan you posted, the area definitely favors kisames jutsu, its a hilly location with depths thats why the water was able to become a barrier lake.
This location is flat, the water will flow back into the river, there are parts which will be free of water where kakashi can hide himself to dodge big suitons like multiple sharks or daikodan.
Deidara was able to dodge his explosion clone with hiding like a mole, i doubt daikodan can damage the earth (doton) that much.

show me a scan where kisame absorbs lightning chakra with his hands, kakashis ration beast runner is a raikiri variant which cut a thunder, i doubt kisame can absorb such a strong lightning jutsu without samehada.

The sharingan helped kakashi to predict the close combat moves of his opponents better, but kisames moves aren't that fast that he would need the sharingan for it. Kakashi is superior in speed and on pair in taijutsu with kisame in datebook.

his summoned water can build a barrier lake which gave him an advantage against guy.
In this location of this match up the water he would summon flows in the river because of the flat area near the river.
So kisame won't need to summon water, but isn't able to turn the whole location into a barrier lake due to the lowland.
The result is that kakashi is able to go under ground to dodge kisames water jutsus which the latter will shot while standing on top of the river.
Beast runner isn't dodged when pain needed ST to avoid it and deva path is very fast.

Kisame defentley would win if they would fight on top of an ocean, but i didnt want to give kisame the advantage so i chose a location which can't be turn into a lake or a bright water reservoir.
I just want to say that kakashi is able to dodge big water jutsus with hiding like a mole and the location allows this.
I made the matchup to support kakashi,but i said kakashi can win this high diff, due to being able to go under ground.
Kisame won against killerbee only with samehada, and against roshi he needed samehada,too.
