Release the wind chakra in the form of waves/blades through your mouth. Release the large groups of blades of wind in different directions and angles, which is done by rapidly moving your head in a specific direction, moving it right before you expel the next, etc. Tobirama creates several hand seals and slams his hands on the ground, summoning an enormous statue of himself. "Also, don't hesitate to ask any questions! Now, perform the technique to attack and destroy my beautiful statue, and aim the waves of wind towards different angles. Description: After performing a the required hand seals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog theuser takes a deep breath and exhales several blades of wind at different angles, by rapidly moving their head in various directions. The power of this technique can be dramatically enhanced when utilised in conjunction with the effects of extreme suction, such as that generated by the Baku, where the augmented attack proved effective enough to even slice through the defences of a complete Susanoo.

Quickly weaving through the Rat, Snake Horse and Dog handseals, Sasori makes sure he had gathered large amounts of chakra inside his body. He'd then perform nature transformation on that chakra to turn it into wind one, having the slicing properties of wind. Sasori would further manipulate it and send it towards his mouth, from then he would release said chakra by performing shape manipulation to release several small blades of wind, which would merge together and make huge waves of winds which would destroy different body parts of the statue, due to Sasori's head movements.

The power of this technique is very shocking, as it can break through any solid defence. The performance needs four handseals though, it is not fast, but not slow either. But enough to give the enemy enough time to react. You can also move your head in different directions to release the wind blades in different angels, 'tis a very good advantage since it would hit other objects which are near the opponent. The fact that it can cut anything, means you cannot use Doton to block the winds. So you are forced to use fire against this techinique, and it depends if this is at your advantage or disadvantage. I'm unsure, hence asking, judging from the pic, the wind seems rather like a huge gust, so can it be used in combination with a fire technique? And as for creative uses in battles, the wind waves would be perfect to push a boss summon I think, also doing some damage due to the slicing properties of the wind. That's all I can say about this technique.

"Yes, it is a huge blast and resembles a gust of wind, so it should be able to empower fire techniques of your own so long as the fire technique you are empowering is fairly large and powerful; using this technique on a weaker fire technique that is small would only extinguish the flames. Imagine trying to empower a D-rank ball of flames with this technique, aha. And just to remind you, it does not have the power to break through a PS's defenses, if you were a normal user of course. Danzo was able to with the help of Baku, his summoning who had an extremely powerful suction ability."

"Alright, up next. A simple yet powerful technique." Tobirama performs the tiger and dog hand seal, and then continues, "This technique requires the hand seals i just performed: Tiger and Dog. While you're creating the hand seals, perform nature transformation on your normal chakra to change the nature of your chakra into the slicing properties of wind. Now, channel the wind chakra to your lung/mouth area, which would enhance the vacuum power of your inhale, which would allow you to inhale large amounts of wind. Once you've gathered the wind in your mouth, mix it with the wind chakra and expel it from your mouth, compressing it into a large sphere of wind chakra. This would require shape manipulation to shape the sphere of wind into its compressed form. Once it is fully shaped into a crushing and large sphere, manipulate it to have it travel towards your target within mid-range. In this case, completely destroy the earthen clone statue of myself." Tobirama performs several hand seals and creates a clone, made of earth and about 10 meters high. "Give me advantages, disadvantages, and how you would use this in battle offensively. This technique is extremely powerful and would surely kill a normla human if they were struct with it, and it travels quickly as well, so use it wisely."

Description: After performing two hand seals Tiger → Dog the user launches a stronger version of the Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere technique, where the user instead chooses to compress the entirety of the previously inhaled breath into a single large, crushing sphere of wind chakra that they then proceed to expel from their mouth.

Sasori starts performing the required handseals [Tiger and Dog]. Before he would do this, he'd gather chakra inside his body, and then change it into slicing properties wind chakra has. Manipulating the gathered chakra in his body, Sasori would send it towards his lungs, and then mouth, this would help him to inhale better, as well as inhaling large amounts of winds around. The existing winds would mix with the wind chakra Sasori kneaded. He would then exhale the massive winds in the form of a sphere. Once this is done, Sasori would make the huge sphere to travel towards the 10 m clone and crush him in the process.

The destructive abilities of this technique are great o_o The perfromance is legit, just two handseals. This won't work with fire techs as it relies heavy on shape manipulation. It can be very fast and enough to perform a surprise attack from behind the opponent. As you said, by its power it can kill a human, so this itself is a great feat of this technique. You can follow up with another attack, maybe a distraction for the enemy as the wind sphere travels towards. I think it can damage several opponents in the battlefield as well, considering the size of the sphere. However it cannot be controlled as it is no longer connected to your chakra, once it is released from your mouth. One of the many creative uses for this technique is, to distract the oppoent with a simple technique while the wind is traveling towards him.

"Wonderful, but it does travel pretty quick, so you'd need a distraction that could be set up quickly to efficiently 'distract' them long enough for the wind sphere to hit. This technique is a straightforward technique so anything that would disable the enemy from actually seeing the technique coming would be very useful. And, yes i don't believe this would efficiently empower fire techniques because of its shaped and condensed nature, however, i do believe that you would be able to apply fire techniques, or fire in general (rank that would be close to S-rank) and create a large ball of flames with the slicing properties of wind. Of course, you'd need to know a suitable fire technique for it, and Yin-Yang, but it's not impossible with clones or summonings. Nice job, and before we continue, i must ask. Have you learned Rasengan?"

"No problem... and oh, what a shame. Anyways, let's continue to the last S-rank technique for Wind Release. A powerful and large-scaled technique that can cause tremendous damage. A technique that requires the Ram hand seal. Perform that hand seal and as you do that, gather a large amount of chakra and perform nature transformation to change the nature of it into the sharp and slicing properties of wind. Once you've acquired a large amount of wind chakra, send it out in front of you and manipulate it to create, and enhance wind around that area. Perform shape manipulation to have the wind spiral around to create five large tornadoes. This technique, obviously, requires skillful shape manipulation because once you've creating the five tornadoes, i want you to shape them together, and have them 'stick' to each other to form a wall of tornadoes. Once you've generated this wall of tornadoes, send it out towards a target. This is extremely powerful because of its fast spinning winds, which would generate winds around that area and easily empower fire techniques, of similar size, of course. Likewise, applying fire in general, or fire techniques on this wall of tornado would greatly strengthen it, creating a strong Wind/Fire combination. Just an example of combinations you could do with this technique. Anyways, perform it to counter my lightning attack, and once you've done so, give me advantages, disadvantages, and how you would use this offensively in battle, (combination-wise)." Tobirama creates a chidori in his hand and points it towards the student, which he would use to release a massive 120 degree blast of lightning that spreads outwards.

Description: The user does the Ram hand seal and generates a large wall of 5 Tall tornadoes in front of him that are sent towards the opponent. A flying summoning with a wind affinity can create this technique by simply flapping their wings to generate the wind for the technique.

Slightly weaving through the Ram handseal, Sasori gathers raw chakra in order to transform it into wind chakra, which has slicing and cutting properties. This was all done by the apply of nature transformation on that chakra. Once he successfully done this, Sasori sends out the chakra and is able to enforce the existing wind pressure around the training field. Then by using shape manipulation, Sasori makes the winds to move in a spiral motion, creating five large tornadoes. Then by having them come closer to each other, the huge tornadoes would form one massive wall of tornadoes. Then the moment Tobirama unleashes the Chidori, Sasori makes the tornadoes travel towards the lightning, clashing with it, overpowering it and then, slightly weaker continuing towards Tobirama.

Hmmmm nice tech I must say, pretty powerful. What I like is the fact that summonings, flying summonings can do it by just flapping their wings, thing which is pretty quick. In combination wise, this technique would work greatly with a massive fire technique, for example Great Fire Majestic Annihilation. They would greatly enhance each other's powers and continue towards the target with an immense power. For advantages, you can use it both for offensive and defensive purposes. You can defend against incoming techniques, mostly Lightning ones. But you can also attack with it, which would imo utterly obliterate the target, considering how five tornadoes merge together. The performance is pretty quick, too. Just one handseal. The range is, very great. For cons, the tornadoes will blur your sight of target. And the fact that you have to make 5 huge tornadoes first, then merge them together, will give the enemy enough time to counter with a decent technique. The tornado is a projectile too, so yeah, you know what that means.

Although we will use advanced tactics and methods, like customs, you can only use canons. You're training will be finished when we find that your knowledge and ability with Wind Release is enough to grand you use of the S-ranks outside this training thread. Now, I shall start. The man in front of Obito would generate lightning around the training field, then a lightning bolt would form and traveling towards Obito. The latter would swing his arm in order to release a wave of wind, clashing with the incoming lightning and neutralising it.

That technique is really quick to perform. I choose it because the wave of wind would "cut" through the lightning bolt and they'd neutralise each other. As for the 2nd question, C rank wind would suffice against B rank lightning, as we all know Wind>Lightning.

To go into detail, lightning is more compressed - it is localized, whereas wind exerts its physical force over a wider range/area. If wind and lightning were to clash, the lightning would lose its localized nature, and of course, be neutralized by wind of proper rank.
