Alright, thanks for clearing that up!
This technique needed two swords. Taking the swords that were around the training field, Sasori takes the perfect stance you should when holding swords, and by closing his eyes he slowly started to gather chakra around his body, in order to release it to the two swords. Whilst releasing, Sasori used nature transformation to change it to wind nature. Having wind on the swords, Sasori slightly started to swing the swords in a downward arc , releasing two gusts of wind that would travel towards the training dummy and cut through his stomach twice, that would result in cutting through his whole body.
Sasori inhaled and exhaled and then started to talk. I've noticed that these techniques need at least one sword or two to perform them. Then I thought, that one disadvnatage would be when your blade is broken in a clash with your enemy, or he has forced you to sacrifice your sword etc. So, when one doesn't have sword with them , he cannot perform these techniques. An advantage of this technique when you have two swords is , when your enemy shoots small weapons at you , the fact you have two blades , you'd be wise to one use it to push back the weapons, and the other one to release it in a different arc where it would hit the enemy. So, he has to counter both the pushed weapons and the gust of wind. This technique is really quick to use, and you use no shape manipulation to do anything cool with it. Disadvntages of this technique is you use both hands. So any side attack, you have to quickly let go of the swords and perform a counter attack. This way , the gusts of wind will be nowhere near the enemy. Offensively, I'd like to use it when I'm short ranged with the opponent. The gusts would cut through his flesh and send him flying, to give you a good chance to attack again.
For the next technique , Sasori read the scroll Kuzan gave to him and he completely understood. Performing the four handseals, Sasori starts to gather chakra in his body, and then transforming it into a wind natured chakra. Whilst focusing more chakra, Sasori starts to release said chakra in the air. By using nature manipulation , he generates wind and by using shape manipulation he forms a mini tornado which spins around the training field, with only one intent, to damage the opponent. Sasori manipulated it to rampage forwards, making some spiraling movements to confuse the enemy more. When hit, the mini tornado damages the opponent and sends him in the air.
Fan users have the advnatage over non fan users. You have to perform exactly four handseals to have the full effect of this technique. This counts as a disadvantage. The performance of 4 handseals would give the enemy time to react before you perform them. So , offensively this technique is best used when either the enemy is stunned with genjutsu, or when he is distracted with other techniques. The advnatage of this technique is, due to its rotating movements, the enemy will concentrate all focus on the tornado , and probably he will lose sight of you, since the tornado should block his sight as well. Though this can be used even when you have to cut through solid earth shields the enemy has made. So overall, it's a versatile cutting technique, the only disadvantage it has its you need 4 handseals for it.
