1. The height of the royal plateau(situated middle of the island) is 16 times smaller than the diameter of the dressrosa island(

) rated at almost 44kilometers and Pica's golem is 2times as big as that plateau
2- Surume was estimated by Oda to be roughly 300meters(

), a Surume confirmed to be bigger than Wadatsumi's biggest form(by Sanji) when the height of the Royal plateau is estimated to be roughly 2.700km, something 2times as small as Pica's golem
3- A Wadatsumi filled by air doesn't have the same weight, durability and density as a mountain of stone. The energy power needed to burn something filled in air is worthless comparatively to what it takes to cut through a condensed mountains of stone, let alone cutting it and still having energy to lift the upper half a kilometer away
4- From what we've seen Hell Memories is diable jambe level which covers greater scale with the damage given at the impact point and the fire covering a larger area, which means that anyone/anything resistant to fire and having the durability to take diable jambe attacks should take it no problem. That's why since things like rock are resistant to fire, that technique is virtually useless infront of a mountain of rock with Sanji lacking the destructive power output
5- 3 also means that anyone unaffected by the flames of the diable jambe technique(which is anyone worth a salt nowadays in the new world) could technically take hell memories without much problems
6- Jinbei's buraikan estimated to be 88kilotons(approximatively at the same level as Sanji's hell memories both in the manga or in ratings) was even lower than that when Zoro's 1080 pound cannon estimated to be 748kilotons, let alone his daisen sekai sitting at 11.5megatons
But as expected the Sanji fanboyism that just can't help themselves to always compare him to Zoro was about to come sooner or later in this thread
OT: With current feats both can't win. Zoro has a chance to make Cracker reveal his true form with his daisen sekai techniques, but after that he'd be overwhelmed. With power-scaling though, he may have a chance to push the fight very far but still losing in the end considering Cracker is even stronger than Luffy. Sanji on the other side with his current feats stands absolute no chance to even scrath his armor.
