For that reason, Oro can't kill Sasuke and Sasuke can't kill Oro (because Oro is immortal). And when both of them can't kill each other, things will eventually end up in the transference ritual in which Orochimaru will definitely get owned. Sasuke would win either way.

Handless Oro can take as many punch from Tsunade as she can give.
Oro cant be killed even if you slice him in many piece or amaterasu has 0 effects.
His stamina with both hand and healthy + edo tensei (at least 1,2 hokage...) not to mension Sasuke is not strong enough to take down triple demon gate.
One person needs to breath but Orochimaru does not and he can shake Sasuke out of PS with continously poison gas.
All oro needs is to get chance to put 5 elements seal on Sasuke and he has plenty of chances.

Tsunade was rusty and not at full strength when she was punching Orochimaru so you can't say he can take her punches if he didn't take her best punches. Orochimaru can be killed, he said 4th tail Naruto's TBB could have killed him; FRS can kill him, Dust release, TSB, PS slash, ect... Amaterasu can kill him since it takes a lot of chakra to shed his skin which means when he can't shed his skin he's dead. He doesn't need to take them down, just go around or fly over with his hawk. PS is really high up and can fly lol. 5 elect seal was to counteract the 8 triagram.

You guys should re read the story before making any bs fan fic. This debate is obivously about 1v1 with intention to kill. Unless Sasuke got rinnegan, no way he can defeat Orochimaru.

It wouldn't be that easy. You can never pressurize Sasuke enough such that he cannot pull up a quick Sharingan technique even in weakness. Plus, he also had Oro's CM.

I know it was Kurama but I still consider that Naruto since that's Naruto's body and Kurama is Naruto's power that he uses either consciously or subconsciously. Naruto started off using version 1 Tail cloak mode himself with his anger and chose to let Kurama take over so I still consider that Naruto just Naruto (Kurama) instead

This is Sasuke before he fought Itachi, he wasn't that skilled to take on many Kage level ninjas; he only barely survived Deidara in their fight and he really only won because he had the element advantage. So had Deidara bomb weakness been wind or water instead then Sasuke would have lost without Deidara having to sacrifice himself. Even with MS he couldn't beat A and he was pretty much dead 3x against Bee. Sasuke would have died against all Kage level ninjas he fought and usually had help to win or survive. I'll give Sasuke Deidara's fight of course but I can't give Sasuke the win for Bee (had help from Taka), A (Gaara saved Sasuke from A), and Danzo (Danzo was avoiding the use of KA in case Tobi jumped him and Tobi was going to jump in at a point).

But Hebi Sasuke is the Sasuke before he fought Itachi and I don't see him beating Orochimaru while Orochimaru can weaken Sasuke then take his body. Deidara pushed Sasuke to his limits and that's Sasuke with some of Athens a White Snake's abilities since he had Orochimaru sealed in him.
