Could SASUKE in shippuden beat a healthy ORO with both arms? before itachi fight??

I like how people give Oro Kabutos feats. Oro doesnt have dragon sage mode or white rage.

If Sasuke goes to remove his limbs or decapitate him:
If Sasuke goes for Katon, it gets shrugged off. He tanked a weakened Bijuu Dama, 3-T Sasuke's Katon is nowhere near that level.
If Sasuke goes for Sharingan Genjutsu, Orochimaru instantly breaks it, as he did in canon:
Any serious damage results in Oral Rebirth.
Regarding Kirin, which Orochimaru already knows,
Orochimaru could counter by preparing a Kage Bunshin beforehand
or, if he is hit and is killed and his body is still intact, Oral Rebirth would counter Kirin as well. Once Orochimaru physically dies, Oral Rebirth automatically activates as shown during his first encounter with Kabuto.

There's also the point of whether or not Orochimaru can paralyze Sasuke through his Curse Mark, as he did to Anko.
People are saying all Sasuke has to do is push Orochimaru to the brink, forcing him to use Oral Rebirth over and over again. That way Orochimaru would exhaust his Chakra and become vulnerable. I doubt Sasuke, at that point, could push Orochimaru into such a situation, as Orochimaru has massive amounts of Chakra.
During his fight with the Kyuubi, and after using Oral Rebirth twice already (on top of other Jutsus and attacks in a very weakened body), Orochimaru managed to use Triple Rashomon which requires a "huge amount of Chakra to summon a single gate."
Not only that, but Orochimaru used Oral Rebirth for a third time after he summoned the gates.
As a further testament to Orochimaru's level of Chakra, Kisame, the Tailless Tailed Beast, made a comment on how extracting Bijuu from their hosts would take longer since Orochimaru left Akatsuki.
Sasuke, at that time, has shown nothing to suggest his levels of Chakra are comparable to Orochimaru's.
And finally, as other have said, Sasuke himself admitted the only reason he succeeded was due to Orochimaru's weakened state.
