Kurama wouldn't be able to break Minato out of Tsukyomi as it occurs instantaneously and the chakra received from Kurama will not be beneficial as Minato cannot receive his chakra before Tsukyomi damages him and the damage is psychological which means that receiving chakra alone won't aid in healing that sort of damage.
