Minato has always been seen to make eye contact with his opponents, that and, Itachi is able to use his own MS abilities through his crows as seen many times within the manga. That included, Tsukuyomi has only two stipulations to break it: Be of the Uchiha Blood, and possess a 3T+ Sharingan.

Nothing else can break Tsukuyomi, nothing in canon states so, and nothing in the DB states so. So no more fanfic ways to counter Tsukuyomi.

You're using the word "only" as if it was stated that only this can break free of it. NO NO NO only sasuke with 3+ tomoe broke free maybe because Itachi let him out otherwise there is no further evidence of being able to or not being able to break out! You're letting fanboyism take over you!

Guy knew how to counter sharingan jutsu, just not look at Itachi! You think a Hokage like Minato would be stupid enough to eye stare a uchiha like Itachi? Even Onoi knew not look in Madara's eyes, it's common knowledge!

Plus, he doesn't need eyes he's sensory skills are top notch, add sage mode to that!

My point is why would you elect a fodder that can't even break out of a genjutsu as a Hokage. That makes 0 sense! I mean you're telling me a fodder Hebi sasuke >>>> Minato in genjtsu experience? A hero of a Ninja war < hebi Sasuke in genjutsu countering... SMH
