could minato break free from itachi's tsukoyomi??

The finger is a weak genjutsu even Naruto broke through its first stage

He can place minato under tsukyumi while he is freeing himself from finger genjutsu.
Besides,we don't know whether finger gejutsu is generally weak,or itachi used a weak one. Though minato may be able to break it anyway.
Aaaand one more thing. Minato may avoid looking at itachi's eyes,but,that doesn't mean itachi wants to avoid it either He will find a way too look at minato's eyes.

Raikage looked into Maddy's eyes thousand times,though he used genjutsu for once. Genjutsu wasn't one of Madara's main specialities(as we saw he didn't use genjutsu much) But for itachi,it is his best we open. Itachi's tsukuyomi is the second most powerful genjutsu,and he is more skilled than Madara in using it(again,Maddy just used genjutsu to play with people,but itachi uses it to KILL people)

Minato can teleport away and summon Maa and Paa to go into fusion sage mode like Jiraiya did, that way Maa and Paa can protect him against any genjutsu and bring in their own frog style ninjutsu and genjutsu just like when Jiraiya fought Pein. On top of that since Minato is unable to maintain sage mode by himself for longer durations, with Maa and Paa there to mold senjutsu chakra that won't be problem for him any longer increasing his speed, strength, reflexes, sensory and frog kumite taijutus abilities.
With the fusion sage mode, Itachi is no match against Minato unfortunately.
