Could Itachi layer tsukuyomi over Izanami?

Trap the foe in izanami, then use tsukuyomi to 72hr mind rape. is it possible?

he used Izanami to trap kabuto into gen then use 3T:genjutsu to force him to show hand signs, so essentially kabuto is trapped in 2 genjutsus at once. so my question is can itachi use tsukuyomi right after using izanami. (if he uses izanami with his right eye)

by successfully capturing the foe into his forbidden genjutsu, he uses tsukuyomi on the same person to do it's usual effect.

basically itachi is using izanami's advantage of requiring no eye contact to trap the foe, then follow up with tsukuyomi to GG.

Honestly it doesn't matter if izanami end or not. itachi would just need that momentary vulnerability to sneak in his tsukuyomi. but yes, the fact he was able to even use genjutsu while kabuto was still trapped izanami is an odd ball and yet it happened. so I suppose it is possible to pull an inception by putting genjutsu on top of genjutsu. now if izanami doesn't end, will they still feel the "pain" of tsukuyomi? lol it's weird.

edit: it's just for safety precautions. itachi said izanami was a "risk" so by using tsukuyomi afterwards, it solves that flaw.

Izanami IS an ocular genjutsu, anything that involves controlling the mind is genjutsu

and even if they break izanami control, they still would need(can't) to break tsukuyomi

tsukuyomi strength: instant mental dmg
tsukuyomi weakness: requires eye contact

izanami strength: no eye contact
izanami weakness: could be escaped.

since genjutsu can stack, izanami will guaranteed he lands tsukuyomi in any situation. imo
