he used Izanami to trap kabuto into gen then use 3T:genjutsu to force him to show hand signs, so essentially kabuto is trapped in 2 genjutsus at once. so my question is can itachi use tsukuyomi right after using izanami. (if he uses izanami with his right eye)

I don't see the point. He can just use Tsukuyomi and end it without giving up an eye to Izanami.

Same reason as canon. only use izanami if he can't use his other genjutsus. by using izanami he will successfully trance the foe, then proceed what he was originally attempting to do; tsukuyomi.
