Tsukiyomi requires direct eye contact. Who would look itachi in his eyes? Doesnt take a rocket scientist to prove that. He was only out of raiton armor because chakra loss. From fighting edo madara and 5 madara clones. Mind you with one arm.

Itachi is dangerous but his arsenal doesnt match good against Ay.

Itachi uses two MS techs and runs out of chakra. So umm yea he doesnt win easily.

He used all three successively (and repeatedly) in his fight with Sasuke. He still had enough chakra to give Sasuke an amaterasu activation. He doesn't run out of chakra after two MS techs. Lol

Itachi is the best genjutsu user in the series and one of the only things capable of stoping Ay in the series was was sasake dropping a ceiling on him through Sassuno and madara genjutsu. Only thing Ay has you g for him is speed and agility which if you remember sasake handled with Sassuno and Itachi is way better at that then his lil brother. Now he doesn't have Enton but he has the Best Genjutsu int the series in Tsukoyomi which takes eye contact. I don't see this fight lasting long at all really (not saying either one is bad it's just they are on a different level)Ay is too fast and Itachi is to smart. Tight ends in a minute if both don't fool around which neither of them don't both our feared and respected shinobi. So conclusion Itachi vs Ay= Itachi

Constantly using MS eye techniques strains the body. Just because something is tiring doesn't mean you can't use it more. Regardless it will only take either one of those two techniques to win (or honestly any genjutsu Itachi has probably), so yes he does win easily.

Sasuke managed to bust out his susanoo before v2 A landed a hit on him. Itachi can do the same and probably faster too, seeing as how itachi has great intuition from the time he protected sasuke from kabuto after kabuto used white rage tech.

No way A is getting past itachi's defenses and using susanoo, itachi can quickly turn defense into offense using susanoo itself, magatama projectiles and totsuka blade. There's also crow deception. There's no way A can win.
