Now for combinations, like I said there are many options.

Use any earth technique which forces your opponent to use a full body surge of lightning and while he is doing this you can summon water above him to electrolyte him.

I hope you get the idea, now think of something else which suits your fighting style ;)

Now this is a stealth base jutsu now let me explain you how this jutsu works, now you pass your chakra throughout your body and then somewhat coat yourself with it and then go near a water source and blend with it and by doing this you become totally undetected for a short period of time, though sensory and doujutsu will find you using your chakra as a medium.

I will say for that turn only.............. but in an active battle it does matter all that much as you will have to attack anyway......... people normally tend to use water replacement instead of this one.

Description: The user performs the snake hand seal and creates a large volume of water from their mouth spilling it toward the ground and lifting them up into the air. The user can also ride the wave, allowing him to travel at high speeds and attacking the enemy. The user can create a small ocean worth of water even in barren conditions and can use the water for additional techniques.

Ok now this is a multipurpose technique, It requires you to weave a single hand seal and once done you can spew out great volumes of water from your mouth, The water can be spewed out in a form of wave which will charge at great speed towards your opponent, you can even ride this wave just like Kisame did when he fought Team Guy, The amount of water is really great, you can even use this technique to create small ocean like surrounding in the battle field, this water can then be used be used for other water base techniques.

(Suiton: Goshokuzame) - Water Style: 5 feeding sharks

Description: The user will create 5 sharks of water to attack his opponent(s) by putting his hand on a water source. While being in a water source, these sharks can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy. However, if the user severe his connection with the water, the sharks will disperse.
Note: Requires water source to use.

It was again used by Kisame and if my memory serves me right then it was against Guy, Now this technique is mainly effective if you are standing on a water source as it requires a handsome amount of water, now when on water source there are 2 scenario possible

1. Standing on top of the water source, now in this case although the jutsu is fatal but its mobility is restrained by the fact that if you were to get in mid-air by any means you successfully evade it.

2. Inside the water, now this where the technique get's quite fatal as once you are with in water you will no longer be able to move your limbs as freely as you previously could, also the shark can now attack from multiple sides and at great pace and furry and not to mention you will now have to use lightning base attack with out most care.

In both the above cases your usage of earth technique is quite restrained which is a big positive in my opinion, also these shark can regenerate making it more steady and long lasting assault, the only disadvantage that is associated to it other then the orthodox ones are is that you will always have to have your hand placed on the water source and if it were to lift up or get removed the sharks will disappear.

On serious note, like I said there are 2 situations and thus different counter [this is totally my out look towards the technique, you may end up finding better way to deal with it in future.]

1. If you are over the water source, use his hand position and your hearing sense to deduce about this jutsu and quickly jump in air and then blow wind out of your mouth to fly towards safe ground [the D -rank wind technique], you can even use certain customs which grant you the ability to fly, basically get out of it's range...

2. Well when underwater, things tend to get real messed up because of the reasons I mentioned in my proior post, the only way to deal with them is to either convert yourself into water using water replacement and then find a safe place to get back into your original state........... the second being coating yourself with earth armour, this way you can avoid physical damage but you will most probably not be able to swim due to getting heavy and there is a high chance you end up drowning ....

(Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique

Damage points: N/A (-15 per turn the target remains in the water)
Description: The user will first perform Dog hand seal and then the user create a large storm cloud, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain then turns into a large wave of water and sweeps the enemy off their feet. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. Chakra draining properties last for two turns.

Self explanatory, Weave the dog hand seal and create some thuder cloud over/near the opponent and use them to produce a good amount of rain, this rain should then be manipulated into a large wave which goes on to strike your opponent(s) but this wave is quite unique as this wave has the property to slowly drain away your opponent's chakra [nothing significant], the wave also sweeps the enemy of their feet.

Yup only long range, though there is a trick here, let's say it is formed at long range and the wave is created, now if the earth surface is even a slight been tilted to certain side or using and push based action [certain wind techniques] you can make that wave travel towards your opponent location, this way not only doe's it reach him but even makes it hard to avoid as he never expected it [ use it with some stealthy moves ;)]

Well use this with wave of inspiration to electrocute (go lightning)
I think you can charge the wave which created due to rain but you surely can't charge the rain particles......until and unless yo got a CJ for that purpose..

Description: The user jumps into the air and then stabs his sword intothe ground, where he causes water to burst up around him and creating a pillar of water to rise up in the air repelling the enemy.

Jump in air and while descending towards the earth take out your sword and stab it on to the ground, this will cause water to burst outwards from the ground, this water will be in a shape of a pillar and can be used to repel/hit your enemy.

I think it will be to late by then, I suggest use the jumping action as the initiation of attack and then respond, I personally would attack him in mid-air [ the time he jumps] but that is my style of fighting, also remember you will have to be really close to use this and thus it is a move which is hard to pull........... no one we allow his opponent to jump up and then descend back and wait for the water pillar to rise,right O_O

Well for this since it's so basic I'll just explain. A strength is that this is a rather fast attack, requiring no handseals, water source, or contact with water; the attack just stems riight from the hands. A kind-of minus is that this attack can only be used in close-range but it is good to counter certain things because of it's speed.

Combinations-strategies
Since it's short range im struggling to think of how to use this in a combo... mainly i would use this to counter weaker attacks when they enter close range

Ways to counter:
Overpower it with a B-rank and above lightning as it will electrocute user I think because they are connected to the torrent.

Again self explanatory, just create a orb of water in your hand and then release it towards the enemy while shape manipulating it into multiple spearing streams, you can use these streams for head on attack as well as multi-directional attack.

I first use my shape manipulation to form a gushing water torrent underneath you, trapping you and rendering your movements ineffective.

Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.

While trapped, I continue to mold my suiton chakra and form the tiger handseal to create a slicing wave of water that rushes to you and cuts you deeply.

Won't your own imprisonment save me from water jet?........... on the contrary as soon as the two jutsu collide won't they more or less cancel each out as they are of same rank?, this will result in me being free without actually doing anything...... your thoughts???
