I don't think he can actually. He's probably using the same technique oonoki uses to make himself lighter. It's an advanced nature kekkei genkai using multiple chakra natures, some of them use the same principals as oonoki's dust release. To be honest, I think Obito only uses the Outer path due to him having one active Rinnegan (which probably meant that Nagato was only using one Rinnegan while his other eye was split into 6 paths).

He's using the Lightening Technique which is Earth-element.

No but the nature of that technique is similar. He breaks down solids into matter therefore he can manipulate it's weight and determine its shape or form. Key word here is weight (which corresponds to gravity unlike the word "mass")

Already discussed this with you. And when you had no rebuttal. You said "Explain all this irrelevant BS or I'm right" And that is pretty much what you are doing, again. Me not being able to name the technique doesn't change the fact that its not the Deva Path. Using that logic to come to this conclusion makes no sense at all.

Your analogy would make sense if the sea water looked blue on its own, and if sea water wasn't salt water, which is different from the water that runs in houses.
