Why do people assume that Naruto gained a power up to beat or be on par with Sasuke? Their fight is over. If Naruto gets a powerup, it's because he has to defeat a stronger enemy. Naruto and Sasuke won't ever fight again, so there is no need to keep them equal anymore.

Sasuke only used a chidori attack, that looked like Chidori Nagashi (Chidori current) to blow up half a meteor, but Sasuke fanboys are saying that he's now stronger than Naruto, when that kind of destruction isn't even a big deal for Naruto. Other than that, Sasuke hasn't even shown any of his rinnegan techniques, but people say that he's mastered all of the rinnegan techniques :|

The problem is that people are comparing a Sasuke which they imagined his full potential to a Naruto which they see as the same war time BSM, when Naruto clearly improved by a lot. Rikudou's powers were given to them to beat Kaguya and Madara. But then also battled each other using those powers. And in the end Rikudou's chakra was no more. Unless Naruto and Sasuke have some magical limitless supply of Rikudou's chakra. lol.

Toneri/Netori doesn't merit Naruto using Rikudo Sage Mode.

"The Last" Naruto can use rasenshuriken and throw it in base. Where before he had to be either toad sage, KCM or RSM to do that.

Naruto fodderizes Toneri with one punch in the film. If Noodles had used Rikudo Sage Mode then this would happen
