Rikudou's powers were given to them to beat Kaguya and Madara. But then also battled each other using those powers. And in the end Rikudou's chakra was no more. Unless Naruto and Sasuke have some magical limitless supply of Rikudou's chakra. lol.

But he didn't ..

Sasuke's rinnegan is now dependent on his own power. He can wield the rinnegan because he unlocked it through natural means. However, the chakra that was used to power up the rinnegan aka Rikudou's chakra is not there anymore. Instead now he has to use his own chakra to power up his own rinnegan.

Just like Naruto doesn't have Rikudou's chakra to enhance his Rasengans anymore.
