Confirm, Minato always as fast as Raikage without FTG

Meh, the text is kind of subjective as it doesn't define what "speed" is. Is it body flicker being compared, or FTG? Here's my analysis.

A. We all know that A can't match Minato in moving place to place rapidly. He just can't. We've seen how hilariously outclassed A is in this regard. So, considering that the statement is false concerning FTG, it would seemingly more logical to assume this is a reference in body flicker speed. It also fits with this statement (although it could be referring to a control of speed, and not speed itself)

So yeah, it could go either way, but if he is as fast as Ay when it comes to bod flicker, Minato's even more OP than we thought.

The text can't be talking about FTG though. Ay already admitted inferiority to Minatos speed, as we also saw when minato bested his speed with FTG. So it has to be referring to body flicker. The text says Ay's RCM is equal to/no way inferior to the yellow flash. How can Ay be equal to instantaneous space time ninjutsu teleportation :|

Minato does the exact same thing Naruto does, (body flicker to a wall). Except without smashing his foot through a wall. Whether yamato was referring to skill or speed is irrelevant because bee already made the yellow flash comparison. And look at the scan I posted, minato uses body flicker, yet look at what Obito says..."you live up to your yellow flash moniker". So "Yellow Flash" applies to body flicker just as much as it does to FTG.

The speed gap minato left between himself and he other Hokage's was enormous. He arrived a good 2 minutes before them. I feel like Hiruzen is indirectly stating that Minatos reputation as the fastest goes beyond FTG, since minato only used body flicker. And then for the former fastest man of his time, to then say minato is better at body flicker must imply to the reader that Tobirama must have been incredibly fast with body flicker too.

I personally have no doubt that Minatos body flicker is on the same level as Raiakge's RCM. Of course others will disagree, I however think it makes no sense for the fastest ninja to be slower in foot speed to someone who admits to being slower.
