Combination of jutsus you gained by experience, not by a list in how to do them
There is no list that says:
-Earh Shaking and then
-Stone Spikes


Or are you meaning something else?

O_O you can combine any two jutsu that would make the other stronger.... you could use

(Katon: Goryuka no Jutsu) - Fire Style: Dragon Fireball Jutsu

water+lighting
water+some earth (like mud-types)

I'm probably forgetting a lot and not even going into KG and CE lol but in general you can combine 2 of the same element with different moves as well just think of what the 1st move does to the enemy and what the 2nd move can do to them with the 1st ones affect.
