Ryuu walked into the grassy arena which was to be the battlefield on which he would showcase his abilities as a ninja today. At a far distance, spectators surrounded the field in anticipation of the battle, with some placing bets for either side. Focusing his attention on his opponent though, Ryuu noticed it was a stunningly beautiful woman who looked very young. Perhaps not too much older than him. From the looks of it, she appeared to be very soft and kind as well, although Ryuu could not tell for sure, and anyways, it's not wise to judge a book by its cover. So the best thing to do would be to treat her like any other opponent and not underestimate her.

Soon enough, the sign was given for the battle to start, and Ryuu passively activated his Byakugan to show his readiness for battle, whilst at the same time drawing out his Kagutsuchi weapons, holding one in each hand. He had recently acquired these rare fire wakizashis and was curious to try them out, quickly releasing a huge stream of flames towards Zelda without the need for any hand seals, thanks to the sword. He glanced slightly at the swords in his hands with a little surprise thinking, Wow, they really work!. Pleased with this knowledge, he turned his attention back fully to the opponent who, if not countering successfully, would be burned to a crisp thanks to the abilities of the swords. He was amazed at how much more potent his fire technique had become with it. At the same time as he was executing his technique, Ryuu moved closer to his opponent at a brisk walk, hoping to get into short range of her. By the time his fire reached her and did its job, he would be around 6 metres away from her.

At this point, Ryuu swiftly put the swords back where they belonged, whilst pushing chakra to every tenketsu on his body and then molding it around his body, causing red lines to appear on him, as well a green aura around him. It was time to showcase his clans abilities. As he had kept walking whilst activating this mode, he was now 5 metres away from Zelda, and he faced both his palms towards the woman, releasing a very strong wave of chakra towards her which would attack her internal organs and tissue, as well as her bones.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Jonin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

(Katon: Gōka Messhitsu) - Fire Release: Great Fire Destruction

Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive stream of intense flames, after doing the Rat → Ox → Dog → Horse → Monkey → Boar → Tiger hand seals. The technique has an enourmous range and can cover a huge area. When it was used by Madara Uchiha, the massive scale of the technique was such that, in comparisson, his incomplete Susanoo seemed small. The main advantage of the technique is that it can be used to burn large areas in an effect in everything similar to a flamethrower.

(Furu Kauru) - Full Cowl [x]

Description: Full Cowling is the quintessential jutsu for juken. To invoke Full Cowl the user will utilize both the principles of revolving heaven, pushing chakra to every tenketsu, and mixing them with an even more advanced application of gentle step twin lion fist, molding the chakra around the body. In doing so red vein like lines appear and spread all across the users body and a lightning like green aura will appear around them. Once activated the user will reap a slew of benefits due to the chakra coursing though them; First all Tai moves performed by the user will have much more devastating power behind them, this is done by channeling all the chakra that is currently coursing though all tenketsu into a single tenketsu at the point of impact, causing even greater damage to that tenketsu than normal. (+30 damage increase). Lastly, all of the users juken techniques all become neutral with that of elemental jutsu. These benefits also come with drawbacks. While activated the user can only use tai and non-elemental ninjutsu and only those not requiring a greater control of chakra (I.E Medjutsu, Fuuin etc.) As with Twin step lion the user loses the ability to limit chakra usage, trading most utility for raw damage.

(Hakke Kūshō) Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm

Description:
The user precisely pinpoints the enemy's vital points with the Byakugan and releases a high-speed palm thrust. A "vacuum shell" compressed using the Gentle Fist style is formed to attack the opponent's organs and soft tissue from a distance, blowing them off their feet with tremendous force before they even notice they were hit. In order to attain more power and range (S-rank) then a variation of this, Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm Wall, necessitates that both hands are used. In this case, a more potent wave of compressed chakra is released with great force from both palms, simultaneously. And the result from this can be increased damage to not only the foe's targeted organs and soft tissue but also their hard tissue (e.g., bones). Of course, this variation has sufficient force to send a foe careening as far as five meters.

The Princess of Light aimlessly continued in her quest to acquire the Master Sword and revive the Hero of Champions - but at very twist and turn, the heroine is left in a very weird juxtapose path in her journey. “Hylia help me…” she allowed an exhausted but determined huff under her breath. She dare not lose to the burdens on her shoulder, as she buckled down her determination. While she couldn’t see the person initially, a spark of harmful intent washed over the Noldor as she turned her head into the direction of the source. “A child?” she thought for a moment but finally, some human interaction.

Um if you can plea…” she tried to finish but alas, the younging would begin to launch an attack on her. She placed her hand out and with a hesitant look in her eyes as the flames roared to life. The sheer risk this proposed to her endanger her life simply reminded the Noldor of how cruel the world is sometimes outside, a random stranger starting to attack. She would seemingly appear to be swallowed by the flames, but in reality - she would actually survive. She drew the flames into her body, dedicated by the Silmarilis guiding the energy into her body and purifying the chakra within. “Wicked man, if you are so violent to a stranger…nothing compels me more from striking the evil down within you!” she uttered as glowing red veins coursed around her body.

FULL COUNTER!” she said, having grabbed her sword and releasing the energy back towards the opponent. It was a blast of Holy Fire matching the size and power of the originally absorbed technique. She would have empowered it, add in an additional amount of her own chakra into it to bolster the power within it. This would halt Ryuu's attempt to close the distance too much while also leaving him unable to continue into his intended string of techniques.

As this occurs- she would have grabbed her other sword on her back- quickly tapping into the Atavistic Flames, burning her spirit in order to gain a boost in both her tracking and speed, as she seared them into her very being. “Surrender yourself, or be punished for your misdeeds” she commanded of him.

Description: This is a unique technique of the Elves developed from the way that they gained their powers. In the begining, to gain their powers, the fused the Amber from the tree of life into their bodies which then gave them their powers. This technique is based of the traces of the Amber still found in their body today. The tree of life has the ability to absorb chakra, being from the tree the amber would be able to do the same just not on such a scale. The way this works is when energy based chakra comes at the users they will tap into their bloodline using the traces of amber within them to absorb the chakra into their body breaking down the chakra to raw chakra. From here they can't keep the chakra within their body or find a way to use it, and so they then release the built up chakra using the power of the clan in the form of holy fire. For example if a shinobi released chidori nagashi at the user, the attack would be absorbed into their body and then released again in the form of holy fire, in a wave, blast, shock, which ever the user wishes. They can even release it through a medium such as a sword or the clans bow. The power of the attack released would be the same as the attack absorbed, and the same range. Due to the attack actually using the chakra of the attack absorbed, it takes little effort from the users part. All power is reliant on the attack that hits the user. This would work on all energy based attack and fluid elmenents like water as they flow into the user in a chakra form, it will not work on any form of solid as it would hit the user before the chakra could be broken down. The user can absorb one attack at a time, not multiple, though if an attack is two elements they can be absorbed as long as they meet the above requirements. The user can hold the chakra within them for up to two turns but can't absorb another technique into them until they have released the one within them. When the user absorbs an attack, before it is released, their veins will glow like the fire is surging through them, this doesn't harm them but is the result of he absorbtion technique, giving their body a blinding glow to short range around them, as is the way with holy fire.
Note: Useable 6 times per battle, two turns between uses.

( Kyuu-tsuki ) - September (Passive)

Description: September is a small orb-like self-sustained chakra battery that can be pre-charged with basic chakra, or senjutsu chakra. If charged with basic chakra it will be compatible with any non-hostile shinobi. The battery has two capabilities called charge and drain. Charge allows a shinobi to draw chakra from the battery or apply it to their techniques and drain allows the battery to draw chakra from a shinobi or their techniques. The battery has a max capacity of 10% of the wielder's normal chakra supply.

Charge: While in direct contact with the battery or while it is on their person a shinobi can passively absorb chakra directly from the battery through contact. It can be used while still hidden or in a pouch not needing to be pulled out. It allows the shinobi to draw up to 10% of their chakra supply from the battery at a rate of fifty per turn allowing for them to regain chakra or to supply exhausted allies with chakra. It can also be used to provide senjutsu chakra instead of chakra at a quicker rate allowing them to gain ten percent of their chakra as senjutsu chakra passively, this senjutsu chakra allows them to enter Sage Mode but can only be done once usually exhausting the battery. When exhausted the battery is still able to use its drain ability. Alternatively, like the name implies the battery can be used to charge a technique with ten extra chakra providing it a twenty damage boost. This is done in the same timeframe as the augmented technique and can only be done twice with a two-turn cool-down.

Drain: If a hostile individual tries to use the battery it will absorb their chakra instead of giving them chakra at a rate of fifty chakra stolen per turn. The wielder of the battery is also able to instigate this process passively by making direct contact with the opponent allowing them to instigate the process stealing fifty chakra per turn where contact is made. Additionally, through this draining ability, the battery is able to steal ten chakra from a technique causing it to weaken by twenty damage. This is similar to the capabilities of the Scientific Ninja Tool: ( Abusōbu Ude ) - Absorption Arm on a much lower and more basic scale. Where that can absorb entire jutsu this battery can only absorb ten chakra storing it in the battery. This portion of the drain ability will cost a move slot, can only be used once per turn and only twice per battle.

Description: Ancient Insight is the inner focusing of the user’s Atavistic Flame to empower their awareness. The technique is activated at the cost of a move but not occupying a slot in the timeframe. Grandmasters are able to activate Ancient Insight passively. Once activated Ancient Insight channels similar awareness bonuses as granted during Will to Survive. The user gains tracking, reflexes, and perception increased by x3 while Ancient Insight is active, lasting until deactivated. Each turn Ancient Insight is active the user suffers from 5 spiritual Health Points lost, though the user will regenerate 5 every other turn.
(Kaen Kakkusei Iden: Jinsei no Suiryoku) – Atavistic Flame: Thrust of Life

Description: Thrust of Life is an Atavistic technique used to enhance the user’s speed, considered the opposite of Ancient Insight. The technique is activated the cost of a move, visually appearing as flames bursting from the user’s body to increase their movement speed by x3. A Grandmaster's speed is increased by 4x. The technique lasts for a maximum of four turns and consumes 5 spiritual Health Points per turn it is active. The user regenerates 5 every other turn while active. It can be stacked with Ancient Insight and is usable three times per battle.

As he arrived at 6 metres away from the woman, he was surprised to notice that she had seemingly absorbed his technique. Then she started to speak, confusing the young combatant. Did she not know where she was? This was a fight being conducted in a battling tournament, there were spectators all around, and she thought that he was evil? Clearly this woman was not in her sane state of mind. Or perhaps someone tricked her into this. Either way, it didn't affect the fight itself, apart from just catching him by surprise, although he just kept a straight face on. She looked really angry with the glowing red veins around her as she sent his technique back to him after making it even stronger, using some interesting ability to do so.

Unfortunately for her, her efforts were wasted though, for as soon as Ryuu saw the opposing technique coming, he started running to his right (Zelda's left) in an arc towards Zelda, activating his lightning chakra armour at the same time which increased his speed, completely avoiding the offensive technique by going around it. His hair rose upwards slightly, and he also became stronger. He reached his opponent very quickly, so that in the same timeframe, upon reaching her, he steadied his breathing and delivered several one knuckle punches in quick succession, each one striking her on her forehead. If left undefended, this would cause great injuries considering the delicate nature of the head. He then jumped back a couple of metres before dividing his chakra evenly to create a clone beside him.

(Raiton Chakura Mōdo) - Lightning Chakra Armor

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate their nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses reaction time, and pushes physical prowess to the absolute limit allowing for tremendous raw speed. The technique has different levels of activation each visibly depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the higher the speed the user can achieve. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu. When using the armor at full power, it causes the tips of A's hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.

Level One: The base activation of the mode, the user's speed doubles and he gains a x2 speed boost. His Taijutsu increases as well, by +20 damage.

Level Two: The most commonly used state and the one generally referred to, this activation causes the user's hair to slightly raise upwards as his speed increases x3 speed. This likewise increase his strength +10 more than level one. This state can only last 4 turns max each usage.

Level Three: The highest level of the Lightning Chakra Armor, the user uses this state to increase his reactions and speed to the max, gaining a x6 speed boost and a +40 damage boost to Taijutsu. The users speed increases to a point where only the highest Gates, Jinchuriki modes and instant techniques outstrip the user in terms of speed, appearing as a blur to most targets. This state however, only lasts 2 turns, after which the mode in it's entirety cannot be accessed for at least 3 turns.


Note: Level Two can only be used three times max each event and Level Three can only be used twice. During Level 3, only Taijutsu and Lightning may be used exclusively.

Note: Can only be used by the 3rd and 4th Raikages.

( Hitonare Za Tora ) - Taming the Tiger

Description: A technique that focuses on overwhelming power and precision. Through careful breathing this technique allows the user to deliver several one knuckle punches in quick succession, each and every one striking the exact same spot on the target with devastating effect. (Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and himself and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clones, a max number of 4, are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force, returning 10% of its individual chakra to the user. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan or normal Chakra Sensing. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

The brave princess’ powerful countermeasure was proven to be a success but at the same time a detriment. The opponent’s body became engulfed in a shroud of lightning and quickly dashed around her fiery technique though of course Zelda had a way to handle this. The moment he would circle behind her, he would immediately find a powerful omnidirectional blast of Holy Fire being released. All it required was a little getsure, allowing for Zelda to quickly transition into the opposing technique with relative ease. The technique was like before, infused with an additional amount of chakra in order to empower it more than before- allowing it to become a bright emerald green in coloration. This was due to the infusion of Solar Wind within it; allowing the Holy Fire’s temperature to increase to rival the very surface of the Sun.

She would have also implanted a unique technique into it as well, this being the Hungry Ghost Parasite - waiting to be triggered once it makes contact with the opponent’s chakra. She simply stood there, waiting to see what he intended to do next. The Holy Fire’s expansion reaches out into long range as well, making it quite difficult to just avoid it. All in all, it prevented Ruy from getting close enough to Zelda without suffering the burns and damage of Holy Fire - should he choose to ignore it.

Description: This is one of the most basic applications of the Noldor's KG, the holy fire. It being an energy that they create their kg, holy fire , to shape and control. Using this technique, they are able to create a mass off the energy and keep it focused to give it shape in many forms. This can be as simple as creating a variety of shapes to more creative applications such as various weapons, swords, shields, Axes, draggers. What ever they can think of that is an inanimate shape, they can create from this basic application. This can be also be used to make waves, pulses, sentient creatures up to the size of the user, barriers, pretty much all basic application of basic elements as well as streams. Unlike most elements though, this one has two sides to it, the first being how it works. With holy fire there is two forms, the offensive application (shock) and the supplementary application (cleanse).

Shock: (Offensive) This is the offensive version of the element, the user will concentrate a lot more chakra into the shapes waves or streams to causes damage and destruction. While still maintaining the the blinding properties. Any who view the Silmarilis that are not of the Noldor will be blinded in for 2 turns.

Cleanse: (Supplementary) The entire clan being based on intents and making the world pure, allows them to create this energy in an almost non offensive manor. The none offensive manor is called "cleanse", and this serves to work only on those that have negative intents, like those to harm and destroy. If a person it touched by this holy fire while having negative intends the energy will burn them intensely, reacting to their intent, damaging based on rank used.

Note: C to B rank can be created freely after forming one hand seal seal, the size of the object ranging for the user's needs. A rank application requires 2 handseals and S rank requires 3 handseals.
Note: S rank can only be used 4 times with two turns between each. And no silmarilis jutsu above B rank in the same turn.
Note: The A rank version can only be used once per turn.
Note: Can only be made around the user or on the borders of short range around an enemy, unless the user is within short range of the opponent, in which case he can utilize this.
(Taiyofuuton: Beratorikkusu) Solar Wind Release: Bellatrix

Description: Bellatrix is an infusion technique that weaponizes Solar Wind Release. Once the user utilizes any sort of energy-based technique, be it basic elemental natures (Fire, Wind or Lightning) or advanced elemental natures (CE/Adv Element) – the user will utilize a sole hand seal. This is done in the sequence of original hand seals, immediately infusing the target technique with the infusion. As it occurs, the technique in question becomes superheated to higher degrees, a gift granted by Solar Wind’s naturally higher temperatures. The technique in question loses it original coloration, instead becoming a bright emerald coloration however it’s power is increased immensely, gaining an additional +20 DMG increase. It doesn’t change the elemental nature of the technique into that of Solar Wind, as all it simply does is increase the temperature and explosive nature of the infused technique. This can be used four times per battle, with a cool down of one turn between each use. Bellatrix is activated in the same time frame as the original technique, though the hand seal is only performed if the original technique has hand seals required.
(Inton: Gaki no Jutsu) - Yin Release: Hungry Ghost Technique

Description: Hungry Ghost is a spiritual parasite created through the user’s Yin Release chakra. When using an elemental jutsu, the user will form the ram hand seal to seal the hungry ghost within their technique. Sealing the hungry ghost inside one’s technique happens within the same timeframe as their elemental technique. When the user’s technique clashes with another technique, the parasitic Yin Chakra will eat away at the chakra within the technique, weakening it by one rank. Once the hungry ghost consumes foreign chakra it is released and immediately attaches itself to the source of the foreign chakra (the opponent). From there, the parasite continues to eat away at the enemy’s chakra every time they use techniques (all techniques reduce in rank and power by 1 degree). Once the Hungry Ghost is released, its tether is immediate and cannot be blocked or circumvented by ordinary means. The effects of Hungry Ghost last for 4 turns.
Note: Can only be used 5 times per battle and cannot be used on the same target more than twice.
Note: Surges or Barriers that utilize Yin, Yang, Yin-Yang or Natural Energy can break or prevent the tethering of the Hungry Ghost.
Note: Yin Release Specialists and Yin-Yang users can use advanced elements and CE.

Ryuu knew that running wasn't going to be enough to win this fight. As he started an arc around the opposing technique, he found another attack being released by the woman now. One that went in all directions around her, meaning there was no running from it. Bracing himself as he ran in an arc, he turned to face the incoming fire technique and directed both his palms in the direction the attack was coming from. Waves of compressed chakra escaped his palms and met with the opposing attack, empowered by both his current state as well as his natural Hyūga talent. However, he was slightly confused when the 2 attacks cancelled each other out, as he had thought that his was stronger and would go through. Unbeknownst to him, a parasite had leeched to him now and would weaken him, after having already weakened his attack. He didn't think too much of it though; perhaps he had just underestimated her? With the attack out of the way, Ryuu continued on to run directly towards his opponent in a straight line now, reinforcing his body with Yang chakra as he did so. He figured that if he was going to get closer to her, he should be in a more empowered state than his current one, judging from how strong she was already proving to be. This would of course also rid him of the parasite which he didn't even notice.

Now slightly faster and stronger from his previous lightning armour state, Ryuu quickly closed in on her whilst charging his elbows and knees with fire chakra, and upon reaching the woman, he started to attack her with knee and elbow strikes all over her front.

In order to attain more power and range (S-rank) then a variation of this, Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm Wall, necessitates that both hands are used. In this case, a more potent wave of compressed chakra is released with great force from both palms, simultaneously. And the result from this can be increased damage to not only the foe's targeted organs and soft tissue but also their hard tissue (e.g., bones). Of course, this variation has sufficient force to send a foe careening as far as five meters.

However, by infusing himself with the Yang Nature, he becomes unable to use Yin Release techniques or Yin/Yang Release techniques; he cannot use Genjutsu or non elemental Ninjutsu of any kind (including special fields like Fuuinjutsu).

Zelda’s immense Holy Fire combination was meet with an opposing resistance; having initially detected Ryuu’s intent. She turned in time to witness the techniques fading briefly after their initial clashing- prompting her to smile slightly. “You’re power is undeniable little one, but I’m afraid you still have much to learn…” she said while weaving a set of hand seals. The result allowed her chakra to instantly rush into Ryuu’s mind, infiltrating it with an abundance of chaotic rambling. Thousands of voices, resembling Zelda’s and others Ryuu wouldn't recognize, would consistently battle within. The pure and raw isolation it provided in his headspace made thinking and processing of complex chakra based techniques such as Fuinjutsu, Yang and the likes impossible.

Ryuu’s Power of the Sun wouldn’t be capable of triggering as desired, leaving him briefly vulnerable to Zelda’s influence. The Hylian Princess would have also utilized an application of her mastery of Yin Release - augmenting the illusion with an elemental nature, as such the pure madness within Ryuu’s head as accompanied by an unyielding force akin to a typhoon. The words and questions they spoke released a gust behind them, with a commanding ‘boom’ beneath them. It was infused with the elemental nature of Wind Release.

This technique will cause the victim to be unable to hear anything on the battlefield due to the noise, they'll also be unable to perform certain advanced techniques, this includes fuuinjutsu due to the complexity of writing seals, medical ninjutsu due to the fine chakra control needed, or anything similar that states it requires fine or advanced chakra control. Should the victim not release this they will take damage from the constant noise.

Description: This technique allows the user to combine their elemental chakra with Yin Release in order to create stronger, more potent Genjutsu. When the user casts a Genjutsu, rather than using their raw chakra they will use one of the basic elemental natures, thus increasing the potency of the jutsu. This technique increases the technique it is applied to by one rank in strength; due to the massive infusion of chakra a Genjutsu empowered by the Five Elements Illusion can penetrate through any passive defense or subversive method against Genjutsu. By using nature chakra rather than raw chakra, the properties of the Genjutsu can change in accordance to that nature and become stronger. For example, using Crushing Snake Constriction with Fire Release chakra would make the snakes appear, feel, and sound as though they were on fire. The user is free to alter the effects of a Genjutsu within reason as long as the primary effects remain the same. Like other Yin-Yang infusions, this technique only increases the chakra within the technique by an additional rank in strength, or 10, whichever is higher.

As a result, the Princess now seized the opportunity to quickly attempt to switch gears again; by burning her soul- she drew upon the Atavistic Flames- allowing a single ember to be released from her palm. As it touched the surface of the terrain, a violently 40 meter maelstrom of orange yellow flames swallowed the battlezone, but it didn’t burn mother’s nature beauty. Instead, it only burned Ryuu as a result.

Description: Blaze of Glory is a powerful Atavistic Fire technique that employs devastation on a wide scale. From their hand or their mouth, the user generates a single golden ember and launches it to a targeted destination on the battlefield. Upon reaching its destination the ember erupts in a massive inferno, encompassing up to 40 meters to unleash fiery devastation in a widespread area. Upon creation the user is able to designate allies, following Atavistic Flame’s rules, and render them immune, along with the user, to the damage inflicted by Blaze of Glory. Those designated by the user instead are healed for a massive 80 spiritual Health Points, not including the user themselves. Activation of this technique requires the user expend 30 spiritual Health Points. They will heal themselves for 10 spiritual Health Points over three turns, 10 per turn. This technique can be used three times per battle, once every two turns. Grandmaster applications increase the damage of this technique by an additional 30, not counting as a boost.

The woman spoke as if she was way superior than him, which did irritate him a little, but he didn't let it show. Ryuu would simply show her his strength by defeating her. As she formed a set of hand seals, Ryuu paused instead of running towards her as he had previously intended to do, and scanned his surroundings to see where an attack may be coming from, but found nothing coming at him. Instead, he immediately started hearing voices in his head, including Zelda's as well as others he couldn't make out. However, it was very unusual as the voices were getting louder and a bit intimidating, which was quite disproportionate to the distance between him and anyone else. Also her mouth wasn't moving with them. Suspecting that he was in an illusion, Ryuu scanned his chakra flow with his Byakugan and found his hypothesis to be true. Deciding to test out his new swords again, Ryuu took them off his back in one swift motion and held them, allowing them to release him from the illusion.

Once he was free from the illusion, Ryuu was about to use his increased speed from his still active lightning armour to charge at her again, but he stopped when he noticed his opponent throwing a golden ember in his direction, and instead jumped a few metres back to 10 metres away from her. On the surface, it may have not looked like much, but his eyes allowed him to see the great threat the chakra inside it posed, so of course he readied himself. Gathering chakra as he distanced himself from his opponent, Ryuu sent out a large wall of flames, covering a wide range in front of him so as not to be hit by the opposing fire attack. Overpowering it by a little bit, Ryuu was once again surprised at his technique seeming weaker than he had thought. Either something was weakening him, or there was something in the woman's techniques that made them stronger. He decided to lean more with the former thought, as he had not noticed anything extra in her attacks. He must be weak in something, but he would have to figure it out after the battle. Either way, the woman would find his fire technique continuing towards her, and Ryuu watched on warily to see what she would do next.

However, due to its massive width and height, the technique is not one of the fastest seen so far.

You’re a stubborn one, aren't you?” Zelda sensed her opponent dashing backwards against the Atavistic Flames - coupled with her hearing the incoming flames clashing with her own. She smiled, as she quickly utilized a technique taught to her by the Toads - as she bites her thumb and smears the blood and makes the required hand seals. As the final seal was made, both combatants were immediately summoned into the stomach of a toad, as the inner muscles started to start curling around the body of the Hyuga, preventing him from physically moving. The physical restraining was enough to warrant him being unable to just outright dash towards her once again. This also allowed her to directly avoid the flames back at the original location - as it passes over where she physically stood moments prior.

As…unethical as this is, it proves to be quite useful” she admits; but alas she continued by aiming her hand out again - quickly invoking the Atavistic Flames, erupting the flame into a single flamethrower like motion, aimed to burn the opponent alive specifically. It was manipulated enough to avoid hurting the toad summon specifically as a result.

(Kuchiyose: Assai Gama Ibukuru) – Summoning: Crushing Toad Stomach

Unlike Human Principle, which can only be used from the user’s hands, Crown Fire can be released anywhere from the user’s body and in significantly greater quantities. This fire can be shaped to the user’s will and inflicts combustible physical damage to anything it strikes. Activating the technique requires the user expend 20 spiritual Health Points. The user regenerates 10 spiritual Health Points per turn for the following two turns. Grandmasters are able to use Crown Fire with an additional 30 damage to each rank, not counting as a boost. S-Rank applications can be used four times per battle, once every two turns.

After having released his fire technique, Ryuu was quite surprised to find that his location had changed, and he was now being restrained by something slimy. Was this a genjutsu? When he checked his chakra flow with his Byakugan, he found that it wasn't. On close inspection, it appeared that they had been transported into some kind of creature, and only he was trapped, whilst his opponent stood freely inside. Probably her summon then. Still clutching onto his swords tightly, the boy compressed a large amount of chakra in his body, before releasing it as a multitude of fireballs shaped as dragon heads, which would immediately attack the insides of the creature he was in. He controlled the fireballs to strike the flesh areas around him, whilst also far enough from him to make sure that he did not burn himself with them. This was enough to disperse the creature, allowing Ryuu to return back to the original battlefield.

Description: After performing the hand seal Tiger the user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body, before instead expelling it in the form of a number of dragon head-shaped fireballs. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. The temperature of the created flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily burning human flesh and the fireballs are dense enough to behave almost as solid, being able to deliver impact damage in adition to the fire damage. However, this also means that they can be deflected as a solid projectiles.

Upon return, he noticed another attack being thrown out at him from Zelda. Tired of her dirty tactics at this point, he decided to manipulate his chakra to switch to Yang mode in order to get closer to her. It seemed that she was quite afraid of him getting close, as she had been doing everything possible to prevent him from doing so. He knew that in this empowered state, he could also be hit by most attacks and not be harmed by them, and so as soon as he activated the state, he started to run straight towards his enemy, right through the attack without sustaining any damage. Due to the flame obscuring her vision, Ryuu would only be visible once he emerged out from it, by which point he would most likely be right in front of her, especially due to his speed.

Description: Based on Hagoromo’s Six Paths Sage Mode, those who have completed and specialized in Yang Release can enter this mode to elevate their prowess, but only in their spiritual or physical capabilities. The lack of the Juubi’s monstrous chakra and natural energy makes it impossible for proper balance of both Yin and Yang natures simultaneously at such a high level. When entering this mode, users first gather their five basic nature chakras and their Yin and Yang natures. They then manipulate the ratio of their Yin to Yang chakra such that one nature almost completely overshadows the other, done almost instantly and effortlessly. The result causes the user to enter one Yang State. Yang State is the state entered by users when they emphasize their Yang chakra over their Yin chakra. In this state the user is endowed with a white and black chakra shroud that the user can alter cosmetically. Their hair and sclera become white, and their hands glow a white energy with fingerless gloves and black magatama along their back. The user gains two main attributes in this state: Tian and Onibi. Tian refers to physical power beyond the scope of earthly mortals. While in Yang State the user’s ability to track and react to movement and actions becomes limitless. The user’s speed increases by 6x their base speed. Likewise, their physical durability reaches its apex, capable of reducing damage from all physical clashes by 80 damage. Note that this physical reduction goes beyond simply physical elements; it applies to anything within the ‘physical’ realm – meaning any physical interaction, be it from Fire Release, Earth, or Lightning are reduced while in Yang State. The opposite, the Spiritual, is not mitigated. Though important to note the user is still suspectable to techniques that apply physically debilitating debuffs, such as paralysis, fatigue, etc. The other trait the user gains, Onibi, activates when the user enters Yang State. The drawback to this technique is that, due to the massive imbalance of Yang chakra, Yin Release and other spiritual techniques are impossible to use whilst in this state.
Note: Use of Yang State requires the user to have completed Yang Release training and stated on their biography that this is their chosen state. Once one has completed Yin-Yang Release training they are able to use these states interchangeably, respecting restrictions.
Note: This technique only last 6 turns and can be used only once per battle.
Note: Once the technique ends the user’s spiritual or physical chakra is drained to the barest minimum for their survival, thus making them incapable of using Yin, Yang, or Yin-Yang Release techniques for 10 turns and incapable of using taijutsu for 5 turns (this includes releasing leg weights and physically augmenting techniques).

Description: Said to be ghosts of light in ancient lore, these are the spirits of the dead that can be roughly translated as Will-o’-Wisps. Within the field of Yang Release it is the pinnacle manifestation of the field’s core concept: governing vitality and life, the ultimate display of a Yang Master as the giver of life. Onibi is activated simultaneously as Yang Mode, initiated passively once the Mode has been entered. Much like how Kuninotokotachi augments all of the user’s Illusionary techniques, Onibi augments all of the user’s specialized physical techniques; for the duration of Yang State all of the aforementioned techniques are enhanced by passively infusing them with Change into Hell. Each creation is endowed with 300 chakra points, 100 health, sharing their creator’s base speed, and their own form of sentience. Like with Change into Hell, creations through this technique are able to use techniques from the source they are produced from. As life is ever changing and mutating in each permutation, Onibi also grants two random mutations to each creation. These are to be rolled on each time a sentient creation is formed with Onibi. When Yang State expires the user’s techniques that are augmented with Onibi’s sentience and mutations also expire. The random mutations are as follows:
  1. Empowered Vitality: The user’s sentient entity’s vitality is empowered further, increasing its health pool by 80 additional points.
  2. Clear Casting: The user’s sentient entity has its ability to perform techniques augmented, allowing it to perform its techniques without the need for hand seals.
  3. Empowered Speed: The user’s sentient entity has its ability to move enhanced, increasing its speed by 8 base levels.
  4. Thickened Hide: Improved durability reduces all physical damage taken by 40.
  5. Empowered Reserves: The user’s reserves are empowered, increasing its base chakra reserves to 500.
  6. Black Blood: Infuses a deadly vitality-based mutagen within the sentient creation. When the Creation dies or expires its blood will burst in a mid-range radius from its position, afflicting any within with Black Blood. Black Blood inflicts 10 damage per turn indefinitely on any, other than the user, until the end of the battle. Can only be cured by Yin-Yang Release or Senjutsu.
  7. Debilitating Aura: The user’s sentient creation radiates physical energy, destabilizing any living target within a five-meter zone around it. Reduces movement speed by 8 base levels, inflicts 10 damage per turn, and drains 10% of the targets chakra per turn. Can be resisted with a Yin Release technique of equal rank or Senjutsu that persists through this mutation’s duration.
  8. Acidic Spikes: The user’s sentient creation is empowered with the Acidic Spines mutation, causing it to periodically unleash a volley of vitality-based spikes at all enemy targets on the battlefield. Each spike inflicts 80 damage and contains 40 chakra. Its damage is inflicted at a rate of 40 per turn to living targets, but clashing with other techniques counts as 80 damage. Only a single spike can be released at a single target, with each additional target counting as an additional spike. This does not count toward one of the user’s three moves, and it has a 25% chance of occurring every other turn after the creation is formed.
  9. Overwhelming Vitality: The user’s sentient creation is empowered with Overwhelming Vitality, causing it to explode upon death in a mid-range radius explosion of violent energy. Anything caught within it suffers 120 damage.
  10. Prismatic Mutation: A mutation that takes on the combined effects of two random mutations, allowing for three total mutations on a creation. When this occurs, the user is to roll for the first mutation as normal, and then roll for one additional mutation and select one of the first four mutations. This allows for a total of three.
Arriving at her location in mere moments, Ryuu swiftly kicked her in her crotch with his right leg which he had covered in earth chakra. The kick would be so powerful that it would send her flying a good distance away whilst also severely injuring her.

( Gekiha NagareBoshi Zenshin ) - Crushing Meteor Drive

While within the body of the toad still, Zelda can sense the innate intent of the body as he attempts to perform yet another technique. However they return back to the original world - Zelda would have instead of using her Atavistic Flames would have made three hand seals, placing the same illusion before onto her opponent as his mind became bombarded with the voices as before. This would result in him being incapable of once again utilizing any advanced ninjutsu as a result, leaving him at Zelda’s mercy once more. “Enough is enough; go home young one…clearly you aren’t ready” she said as she activated her flames and dashed off into the distance, ready to deal with another situation.

The technique lasts for a maximum of four turns and consumes 5 spiritual Health Points per turn it is active. The user regenerates 5 every other turn while active. It can be stacked with Ancient Insight and is usable three times per battle.
