Thanks sensei for clearing that up for me. Wow we are in B ranks now..o_O we are moving quite in a great pace. I am sorry fro my late reply :p. Getting to business:

Water Style: Destruction Torrent

how you would perform the technique in battle:
Mmm... pretty basic jutsu. Using it in battle can be either using it defensively or offensively. It would be better for me if I use this jutsu as a defensive jutsu rather as an offense because I think it would better that way. All because of the nature of the jutsu that it's water and when even launched. It will flow like downwards especially if launched from above while the user is above. This way a secondary jutsu like a lightning zeus jutsu can be launched. Especially those ones that require no hand signs.

how you will use the technique offensively:
I would use it offensively when I am in mid and short range with the enemy. Where I would take advantage of its brute force to break my opponent's bones. I will also use it to attempt to force my opponent to use an earth jutsu to defend themselves in which case I will follow up with a lightning jutsu. Lastly for defensive purposes I'll use it to of course defend against high fare jutsus and some mid level taijutsu attacks

how you can defend against the tech:
Use an earh wall as senei stated and then follow up with earth spikes or a fire jutsu after that. When looking at this jutsu I found out that you have to maintain focus while using it so as to keep the jutsu active if you are using it for defense. This means that you cannot channel other jutsu at the same time. So seeing or forcing an opponent use this jutsu as a defensive measure I would take advantage of that and attack with jutsus that would penetrate the opponent from below on their feet. Like the water riising current jutsu.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Pretty useful jutsu when using it against fire techs because it has an adequate number of hand signs.

Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique

how you would perform the technique in battle:
I would use this technique in battle if I was a water specialist. So since I am not one, I would need a diversion or perhaps a distraction. Since this jutsu needs 44 hand signs and ontop of that a water source. So when both those requirements are met I would use it. I would use it preferably from a long distance meaning at the very least I would have enough time to perform it. Or maybe maybe clones first to keep opponent company while my clones just use long range jutsus to keep enemy at bay.

how you will use the technique offensively:
I would use it after I have recently successfully have landed not so much fatal blow on my opponent. I would use this this time to get away from my opponent and use it to buy time by any means as I stated above. Well using a summon animal to help you would really be a great idea since they are good allies and they can by you time.

how you can defend against the tech:
Preventing a non water specialist from completing the seals would be a a better option because once the jutsu is made its kinda hard to defend against because it uses a large volume of water. But if a water specialist has manged to create one I would use a fire technique that is several ranks higher than it like the majestic destroyer jutsu. Well also things like a water source I can just drain the water thus disabling the creation of the jutsu.

whether or not you find the time by technique useful or interesting:
The jutsu is useful and perks quite a punch but.. since I am not a water specialist and wont be one, I will never use it in battle.

(Suiton: Suiryūben) - Water Style: Water Dragon Whip
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates an orb of water from which several sharp whips of water emerge. Those whips can then be directed towards one or multiple targets, impaling them on impact.

The user will use one hand seal and release a large amount of water chakra from their hands and form a levitating orb of water above them. Sharp water whips can be released from the orb to impale the opponent. This technique is useless to launch attacks from a long distance because of the range of the technique and is useful to maybe even defend against fire jutsu in an area where there is no water because this technique does not requires a water source. This jutsu is not that powerful but can be used properly with other techniques. You can stab your opponent with some water then use the water to follow up with a water technique that requires a water source killing two birds with one stone. Create a earth wall or a stronger fire jutsu should stop he whips and the orb in its trail.

(Suiton: Teppoudama) - Water Style: Water Bullet
Rank: B
Type: Offense
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user will do one handseal and will gather water in his mouth and then spits out a large sphere of rotating water that can blast a huge area leaving it soaked. It can also be used in quick succession to shoot up to 3 smaller but faster bullets of water.

It's a bullet of water. Or it can be three bullets of water. Keep in mind that if you split it into three then each bullet will only have 1/3 of the power an A-rank technique. So be wise on splitting the bullet into smaller ones. The jutsu is pretty basic. You can use it to defend against fire jutsu and use it to launch a water blast to soak the terrain for future use of the water if you are strategic enough. All in all, just a blast of water.

Water Dragon Whip

how you would perform the technique in battle:
I would use it in short to long range to attack more than one enemy. I can do this by creating different number of whips like the jutsu stated. Although I think that if you use multiple whips, the damage of each one goes down. One whip will have a B-rank attack power while 2 whips will both have C-Rank attack power. And this goes on and on. I'm pretty sure this disadvantage applies to all multi-projectile jutsus.

how you will use the technique offensively:
Using it offensively I think using it with the intention would to attack an enemy's clones and attempt to get rid of them in one swing. I could also use this in conjunction with my own clone. I myself could use this technique while my clone uses another in an attempt to corner my opponent and force them to use a doton. Meaning after that I can create and launch a raiton jutsu.

how you can defend against the tech:
Well pretty similar as what the head sensei said. Using an earth wall or a stronger fire jutsu should stop the whips and the orb in its trail. But then if I cant I think using a jutsu like to change my body to water would be good. Yeah a scenario where this jutsu is usable.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
This technique is awesome for many reasons and so far is shaping up to be my favorite of the B-ranks. First off the technique can attack from a wide range of angles in front of the enemy reducing their routes of escape and dodging this technique through movement. Something which I have been longing for.

Water Style: Water Bullet

how you would perform the technique in battle:
Well as the jutsu name implies, its a bullet so naturally I would use it to attack. Basically this jutsu is just created to attack. Although its offense can be directed to defend agsist certain jutsus. So using it in battle I would use it in any situation especially when I am airborne, its stacking power and the ability to split into 3 bullet_ is kinda useful.

how you will use the technique offensively:
Using this jutsu offensively I would use it as a quick attack at my opponents if I was in need of a projectile. Additionally I can also use it to block incoming katons. I could combine them with fuuton to increase the concuss. Also using it with a summon like gamabunta would be pretty amazing since the jutsu's size would increase.

how you can defend against the tech:
Using a wind jutsu like shukaku to disperse the jutsu water outwards. Also using a katon jutsu to evaporate the water quickly.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
The jutsu is very useful and awesome. I am thinking how it will do if I were an Akamichi and used that jutsu, would the size of the jutsu also increase?

Nope, not really.

(Suiton: Ja No Kuchi) - Water Release: Water Snakes Mouth
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the required hand seals Monkey → Rat → Tiger → Dragon → Horse → Dragon it then allows the user to generate a spinning column of water which will take the form of a snake with a gaping jaw. This snake can twist and follow its targets and swallow them. After it has swallowed them, it turns into a river that carries the enemy away.

This techniques requires several hand seals, 6 to be exact, your opponent if he is a snob will try to take advantage of that and try to abuse the timing to his advantage. So be careful when you use it unless if you're a water specialist. I believe this technique does not require a water source since it says it generates the water. The technique basically water and transforms into a stream/river that heads toward your target. The river is made to look like the jaw of a snake for aesthetic purposes but that doesn't really matter. The technique is good to push things away or to guard against fire jutsu, blocking it can be easily by altering the earth to create trenches to drain the water or a wall to block it.

(Suiton: Suikō Teppō no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Shark Gun Technique
Rank: B
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: An advanced version of Water Release: Water Shark Breakthrough in which the user can summon up to three sharks at once rapidly to advance on the target, and can cause severe internal injuries.
Note: Requires a water source

It requires a water source so it may not be useful in certain situations. It just creates three shark bullets of water. Though the water is shaped like a shark at its core its no different than ab orb of water. Keep in mind if you create 1 the tech is full strength, 2 sharks then each is half B-rank, 2 then each is a third B-rank. Guarding against this technique is simple. I won't give any ways, I want you to state those yourself.

Sorry for the wait sensei.. this week I am swamped with too much work. Next week is my test week. Please bear with me. Now starting...

Water Release: Water Snakes Mouth

how you would perform the technique in battle:
Preferably myself as I am not a water specialist I would use it when I am away at long range or mid range from the enemy. I believe in battle when I am defending against a fire jutsu or rather a water jutsu itself using it when in situations like that can prove to be advantageous. Another thing to note is that since this jutsu takes the characteristics of a snake I can also use it to attack summons since it would be like an animal vs another.

how you will use the technique offensively:
I would use it offensively by making use of its brute strength to attack and send away the enemy or their summons. But most importantly I would use it as a conductor..Sending my lightning chakra through it to electrocute my opponent after crashing down upon them with water.

how you can defend against the tech:
I would defend myself from it by creating earth made structures on the ground which will make the snake hard to maneuver around thus weakening its power which I can take advantage of by using a higher ranked fire jutsu.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
I dunno if its me but this jutsu reminds me a lot of 44 Hand Seals no Jutsu...just with fewer hand seals. However I see a few differences like that this one is a snake while the other is a dragon. Basically most people say snakes evolve to dragons.. I would say this jutsu is like a down graded jutsu of it made for none water specialists to use. Nonetheless its a great jutsu.

Question 1:Seeing that this jutsu is the same as the dragon bullet jutsu is it safe to say that it can block the 44 seals dragon jutsu? Secondly can it be manipulated with more concentration and chakra usage and chase down enemies and attack from different angles like it going around and twisting? I am not holding back sensei U_U

Water Release: Water Shark Gun Technique

how you would perform the technique in battle:
Using it battle I think I would have to be technical about it. Meaning its a jutsu that is ideal when you are testing the enemy's reaction, reflexes and speed. So I would use it to test things like that. But also due to the fact that this jutsu is only usable up to short range the best thing would be to use it if the opponent is in short range and occupied by something.

how you will use the technique offensively:
I would use it as a weapon to launch to my enemy like an underwater bomb. I believe using it like this would help me to be able to follow up with another attacks since it requires no hand signs. I would also use it to capture something in the water like a scroll or something..

how you can defend against the tech:
I accept the challenge U_U. Defensive against the sharks is simple. I would have to remind myself that sharks when they hunt they hunt mostly during the day when the moon is not visible and where there are less tides. So naturally creating something like a vortex or pushing the water forward to create those currents and tides sharks are afraid of would suffice. Since I would be inside the water for the opponent to use such a jutsu I would be unable to use lightning jutsus so I would sacrifice myself if I dont have a choice and get shocked with the sharks and my opponent hmm.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Pretty useful technique but I think that the requirements in needs and the fact that its power gets reduced as the number of sharks increases is kinda of a bummer.

Question2: Since they can be used in short range, is it possible to give the user of the jutsu a lightning shock that can be mid range to stop the sharks? exactly what would happen if I used Lightning Style: Thunder Saber as the opponent used this jutsu?

1. Yes, B-rank water is neutral against B-rank water so long their descriptions allow it. This produces a strong vortex that can battle on par with the other technique. You can control the technique to act like an actual snake and such but while you are controlling it you cannot perform other techniques. That is the only risk. If you just fire it at your opponent then you can move on to another technique. Some techs will specifically allow you to control the water and use another technique but the only one I can think up is the one that electrifies water.
2. Lightning in this basically nothing against water, water just conducts it since all water is impure in the RP. Only way lightning affects it is if the difference is power is so great and that the amount of water is reasonably finite that the lightning would evaporate the water due to its sheer energy content. Other wise, lightning is not a good counter for water.

(Suiton: Funshutsu Mizu Kinko) - Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user creates a flow of gushing water under the opponent which traps them in a sphere of water. The user can perform an attack while the opponent is trapped. This jutsu is similar to Water Prison Technique, though the user doesn't need to keep his arm in the sphere of water.
Note: Technique creates its own water source

This technique essentially summons the water beneath the opponent. Nothing more really happens. This technique servers no true purpose other than interrupting your opponents move by suddenly changing their state of being or usually in an opening move to force the opponent to instantly guard. It no defensive uses. It's offensives uses are also limited. To defend against it, just use an earth technique that would push you out of the water or use a wind technique directed at an angle while using the push of the wind on the ground to move backwards while the wind absorbs the water and pushes the water back toward you opponent. The latter of which requires delicate and precise wording, so be careful if you feel you are no descriptive enough to use that strategy.

(Suiton: Mizurappa) - Water Release: Water Horn
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After waving the Dragon → Tiger → Rabbit hand seals, the user creates a big jet of water that is launched from their mouth. This technique works exceptionally well with Lava Release: Quicklime Congealing Technique to help it become like cement.

3 hands seals to create a jet of water from your mouth. The water is focused in your stomach, but instead of moving its all at once, you move some out to your mouth and release it in a compressed stream while you continue to focus water chakra in your stomach. This will give the technique a continuous flow instead of simply being one burst. This technique is useful because it can be used to defend against a wider range as you can move the direction that you are facing to alter the stream of water to different areas. It can used to put out fires or to maybe push you off the ground (only useful if you are a water specialist as using 3 hand seals just to push you off the ground is wasteful). Just create a wall large enough wall to block the whole range of the jet.

[@1. That kinda makes sense.. I have no further question.
@2. Oh.. thats true I suppose so.

Water Release: Gushing Water Imprisonment

how you would perform the technique in battle:
As a follow up jutsu after I have performed anther jutsu. Just to give an example it would be when I have used a jutsu like a lighting jutsu to shock my enemy. Then I would use this jutsu to trap the temporarily immobile enemy. But since its supplementary I can use it to envelope my self with water and defend myself from it.

how you will use the technique offensively:
There are a number of combos I can do with this one. I think I can use a doton wall to block my opponent's movements so I can corner them. The earth mobile core can also yield the same results too. Then I would use this jutsu and send water to the enemy to envelope them with it and then follow up with a lightning jutsu after that. Meaning they would be both suffocate and be electrocuted. So death by both.

how you can defend against the tech:
I would use an earth pillar to launch myself out of its range and would use a wind jutsu to propel myself away from the jutsu after it. The I would have to attack using long range attacks. Secondly I would avoid it by using a water jutsu that is similar to the sharks ones that have a lot of brute force and fend off the water and launch an attack to the opponent too.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Nope I don't like this jutsu even though its a great improvement from its predecessor jutsu. This way of fighting doesn't suit me.. I wanna spill blood.

Water Release: Water Horn

how you would perform the technique in battle:
Use it as a combo like the one sesnei stated but seeing that I dont have that ability. I would mostly use it to put out fires. Especially those fire jutsus that have scattered attacks. Like multiple heads or balls.

how you will use the technique offensively:
I would use it to force my opponent to use an earth jutsu. When they defend themselves with an earth jutsu I would use a powerful and fast raiton to break through their doton and kill them. The raiton would be disguised behind the stream of water if done properly even after stopping the stream. This is because the stream still will take a few seconds to fall to the surface or hit the target before allowing sight with the user again.

how you can defend against the tech:
To defend I would use an earth jutsu to create a hole in the terrain and drain most of that water. Also do what sensei said which was to create a big wall. But also using a fire jutsu to just completely burn everything would be a nice option.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Yes this one is very interesting and pretty useful in battle. I like the part that you can move your head as you release the stream of water allowing you to follow enemy movement and adjust the target as necessary.

(Suiton: Haran Banshō) - Water Release: Stormy Blockade
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.

All in all a summoning technique that summons water. The water can be summoned from any location around the user. The main offensive use is to create the water slightly above the opponent (10 meters as said) so the opponent is crushed under the weight of the water as it slams down on them. It can also be used to summon right on the user simple to cover them in water and cause them to lose their balance, in some cases even carry them off in the current. The latter use does not crush the opponent but more uses the water for supplementary purposes such as prevent lightning techniques or weakening fire techniques. To guard against it, just use a earth jutsu to move the water or move yourself out the water. Or carefully, if the situation allows, use a wind jutsu to push the water back toward the opponent with your wind. This jutsu can be used even more creatively if the user thinks hard enough, but that's your job. I don't wanna give up all my tactics. ;P

(Suiton: Mizugakure no jutsu) - Water Release Hidden Amongst Water Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and then blend in with a water source to be undetected by the enemy for a short period of time. However Sensory Ninja and Doujutsu users can find the enemy easily within the water source.

Simply cover your body in chakra. Use the chakra to study the properties of the water that surrounds your body. Then make your chakra recreate those properties of the water. This will cause your body to essentially blend in visually with the water. There are no other true uses. I kinda find this technique a waste. Your opponent, if a sensor or doujutsu useless, can just brush this technique off. While almost anyone else who can confirm that they say you go underwater can just release lightning into the water to shock you. It's a risk to use this technique carelessly, as it's a risk to even use it carefully.

Great explanations sensei.. now I can see why you have those two awards as the best sensei ;)

Water Release: Stormy Blockade

how you would perform the technique in battle:
Sensei has said most of it so I'll try and be original and say something new. Using it in battle would include the desire to change the terrain. I believe this jutsu has the power to change a rocky region into a terrain filled with water and rocks. Since the jutsu doesn't say the water disappears I would say the water source from where its summoned should be from a place where water is abundant which further supports my latter statement. So because of this I would use its water to use other water related jutsus that require a source.

how you will use the technique offensively:
I would use it to attack my opponent. Seeing this technique I would say it uses brute force that does blunt damage to the opponent. So I would use it to deliver damage like that by pushing my opponent away from me to avoid close combat. Because I think sometimes there would be a necessity to avoid close combat. Also this jutsu since its purely water falling its pro-efficient to use to light out things like fire and lava. Other than that I think using it in conjunction with lightning jutsus would be ideal.

how you can defend against the tech:
I would us the ways sensei described. But then when I am in mid air I would use a jutsu to push my self away from the opponent's jutsu. Simply put the only realistic way to counter this jutsu would be to move away from its range. Or then use majestic destroyer, if hell the RP allows us to use it while we face up wards..

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Pretty useful technique I like the fact that it summons water meaning the water should appear instantly.

Question 1: Does the water summoned stay the rest of the battle and disappear naturally or it evaporates as quickly as I stop providing it chakra?

Water Release: Hidden Amongst Water Technique

how you would perform the technique in battle:
To hide my presence I guess. Seems like to me an elemental replacement of smoke bombs. Seriously smoke bombs do this and they waste no move or chakara.

how you will use the technique offensively:
For offensive use, I would use it to avoid a lot of jutsus that are wide range as well as use it to position myself for a surprise attack. I can't use this of course to dodge a raiton. A lot of its uses are similar to hiding like a mole but looking at the irony of that actually this jutsu is a perfect counter for hiding like a mole jutsu. In a way its like says it since I can't see you, then you also wont lol.

how you can defend against the tech:
I have an Uchiha bio so I think I'll see through the jutsu. Anyway if I didn't have that I would simply use a wind jutsu to all directions to blow the user away. Also using a lightning jutsu too. I think many elements can be used here like Ice, water and fire to lure out the user. Heck even paper tags bombs. So to sum it up any offensive jutsu that uses projectiles can be used here.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Lol my reaction after I read that honest description from you . Heck this jutsu is scary. reminds me the jutsu that made you to turn to water lol

Question 2: I wounder why is such dumb looking jutsu so high ranked?

It stays for the rest of the battle or as long as it isn't used up or spread out too thin i.e. getting blasted by a wind technique.
Meh, if I had to guess, solely because it's Kisame's tech.

(Suiton: Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Rank: B
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user performs the snake hand seal and creates a large volume of water from their mouth spilling it toward the ground and lifting them up into the air. The user can also ride the wave, allowing him to travel at high speeds and attacking the enemy. The user can create a small ocean worth of water even in barren conditions and can use the water for additional techniques.

A double-edged sword technique in my opinion. The technique requires only one hand seals and generates a massive amount of water from your mouth. But the bad side of this technique is that you must continuously channel chakra into your mouth, in large amounts, and continuously transform the chakra into water and release it. This technique does not just spit the water out once then the area is flooded. You have to keep spitting more and more water out of your mouth. This will actually prevent you from doing other techniques other than a few choice water jutsu that can be combined with this technique. But for the most part you are left drooling water. The water amount is so large that you can channel chakra to your feet and stand on it as it create a wave. This will create a small lakes worth of water (I find ocean a bit misleading) so it can be used to combat a wide array of fire techniques or be used to create a water source. Defending against it is best taken advantage of through the use of a powerful earth technique to create a plateau causing the water to hit the side of the plateau, or by creating a trench to drain the water underground.

(Suiton: Goshokuzame) - Water Style: 5 feeding sharks
Rank: B
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user will create 5 sharks of water to attack his opponent(s) by putting his hand on a water source. While being in a water source, these sharks can regenerate from surrounding water, making them difficult to destroy. However, if the user severe his connection with the water, the sharks will disperse.
Note: Requires water source to use.

The jutsu requires no hand seals but does require contact with an existing water source. The user will channel their chakra into the water, merge it into certain parts of the water, and shape that volume of water into sharks. This technique creates 5 sharks. The sharks are useful as they can be used to attack the opponent from underwater if the opponent is standing on water, and as long as the sharks are in the water source, even if they take physical damage they can regenerate. The easiest way to stop this technique is to avoid the sharks instead of trying to destroy them and make the opponent remove his hand from the water. This will cause the sharks to turn back into water.

Lol that is really funny. Kisame is really overrated. Anyway that explanation seems right. It makes me like the jutsu more lol.

Exploding Water Colliding Wave

how you would perform the technique in battle:
I would perform it just infront of the enemy and when the battle has just started. This will help me to do more powerful water jutsus that require a water source. But looking at the way the water is released it gives the opponent time to react to my jutsu by using one that would stop mine. So besides using it forwardly, using it perhaps after pulling off a jutsu like the hidden mist jutsu. Water coming gushing within the mist I could think nothing more dangerous.

how you will use the technique offensively:
I would use it to flood away my enemy using the large volume of water. This jutsu can be used to counter other summons species that are not very fond of salty water like frogs.. that is if its right. Anyway to use it i combined attacks I would use it to create a water source primarily to use other attacks. I wouldn't want to blindly charge at my enemy, especially if they use lightning as their mastery.

how you can defend against the tech:
Well when defending against this jutsu remembering its disadvantages like that its a giant water wave which renders the user to be vulnerable to lightning bending attacks. I would this knowledge and that when you use it you must stand on the water so when the lightning hits you then it is pretty much game over. The water takes a few seconds to fully form as well and is not instantaneous which can give the opponent time to use strong jutsus that require more hand signs.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
The technique is useful imo. It has a great wide range and has a vast amount of uses. Because it primary gives the base to use most jutsus that require water sources.

Question 1: Is it possible to use mist jutsu and this jutsu afterwards without creating a clone? Because I think user must focus to the mist in order for it to not disappear, but we all know the mist does not instantly disappear so can this be taken advantage of and the jutsus be used one after another.

Water Style: 5 feeding sharks

how you would perform the technique in battle:
I would preferably use it if I had a water source or rather if not after I create one for example using the jutsu above this one. Anyway I would use it to attack things like swimming summons. Come one everyone knows that sharks may not be the biggest fish in the sea because they cower in fear before whales. But because of the rarity of the appearance of whales then sharks are indeed the kings of the sea. So with this I would use them to attack whatever water summons they may have.

how you will use the technique offensively:
Using it offensively is simple here and nothing complicated. I have just created sharks that are able to regenerate and have quite formidable speed in the water. So the only way to use it is to go completely on the offensive and attack the enemy without second thought. So a jutsu to use to open fire without fear of getting injured pretty much useful to brutally murder your opponets.

how you can defend against the tech:
Well you didn't explain quite well sensei on this part. I dont think just avoiding them would work. I mean if I was underwater which I dunno how would had that happened. I think the only way to escape sharks is to create obstacles for them to easily catch you. I mean things like ink/ powder bombs that would dilute the water or use a water jutsu that will allow you to control the currents of the water. Thus creating a vortex that would rotate and hopefully make you unable to continue supplying chakra to them.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Useful jutsu but I think its quite a drag to use because it needs a lost of preparations that is unless you have a suitable terrain.

Question 2: Is it possible to use burning ash while underwater to avoid being seen by the sharks? Also do these sharks posses abilities like sensing nearby blood like real ones?

1. As far as I can say, you don't need to concentrate on the mist like other continuous techs. Once you use it, it lasts until removed either directly or indirectly such as a large explosion that wasn't intended to remove the mist.
2. The sharks don't actually see. They are water, you are not water. Thus they attack the thing that isn't water.

(Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A (-15 per turn the target remains in the water)
Description: The user will first perform Dog hand seal and then the user create a large storm cloud, which in turn produces rain. The large amount of rain then turns into a large wave of water and sweeps the enemy off their feet. While the targets are trapped in the water, their chakra will slowly be drained away. Chakra draining properties last for two turns.

The jutsu though it seems complex is simply a wave of water that happens in two steps. The technique requires one hand seal for precise control of your water chakra because unlike other techniques were the wave comes directly from you, there is a middle man in this technique. You must first send your chakra into the clouds and turn it into rain. It isn't exactly like rain but more a massive downpour of water from the sky. The second step is where the user brings the falling water together and gives it fluidity. The water turns into a wave that lands on top of the opponents and sweeps them away. This jutsu has slight chakra absorption properties, nothing major though. I personally don't like this technique because of the middle man when I'm trying to straight up block something, but say for example your opponent sends fire chakra into the sky, the first part of this technique can be used to counter your opponents strategy. It can also be used to force your opponent to guard from above him. You can defend against it by creating a wall of earth to form a shield above you or in front of you (depends how the tech is used) to stop the wave from reaching you.

( Suiton: Suishinshū ) - Water Release: Water Quaking Pillar
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user jumps into the air and then stabs his sword intothe ground, where he causes water to burst up around him and creating a pillar of water to rise up in the air repelling the enemy

This jutsu needs a swords but requires no hand seals. The range is also only short so be careful of where you use it. The user uses his sword as a medium to channel water chakra and sends water chakra into the ground that bursts up out of the ground as a pillar. This is a good technique to push your opponent away from you if he is at close range and you also have a sword in your hand. The jutsu can also be used to form a pillar in front of you to block fire techniques or other blasts that can be blocked within reason. Guarding against this technique can be done created a wall, or an earth wave like technique to smash through the pillar. Moving out of range works just as fine.

@1. Pretty much makes sense..
@2. Now I am starting to think that turning my body to water would be my only salvation here.. Suprisingly enough that jutsu does has its uses.

Grudge Rain Technique

how you would perform the technique in battle:
I would perform it when there are clouds present in the field also I would use this in battle to control and manipulate my opponent's movements and make it difficult for them to get around on the battlefield. While they can use earth jutsus to defend against it it makes it extremely hard for them to move leaving them very open to lightning ones.

how you will use the technique offensively:
I can use it like how sensei did. but to make things more fun I would first create a pot some sort of collector for my jutsu using an earth based jutsu to pull that off. Secondly I would use this jutsu and increase my chances to suck more of their chakra. So when the opponent is unlucky enough to be caught to this jutsu I would further drown them on this made earth pot thingy.

how you can defend against the tech:
By using an earth dome shelter. Or simply taking out an umbrella lol... Dunno if that'll work but worth it. Since this jutsu just takes away my chakra and does not restrict any of my movements I can choose to not defend it for one turn and then lure the enemy to attacking at close range and then attack them instead. Thus saving 15 chakra.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Useful and interesting jutsu great for knocking your opponent off balance and overwhelming him. But if it never had its redeeming quality that it absorbs chakra it would be a loathsome jutsu because it really does no damage.

Water Quaking Pillar

how you would perform the technique in battle:
I would use it in short range obviously and when I am trying to fend off some fire jutsu or some multiple enemies attacking me at once. But also it can be used to create mud perhaps because of the water. So mud related jutsus can be made after it.

how you will use the technique offensively:
Its probably has been a while since I said this. I would use as a defensive and offensive technique. With it I can defend myself while attacking. I can follow up with a lightning jutsu after water has been made on the ground meaning it would make it travel more easier.

how you can defend against the tech:
I will take moving out of range. That way I would be saving a slot and some chakra. People running out of chakra, should be an issue here. Since you have to stab the sword to the ground, lightning jutsus that use the ground to travel through can be dangerous to you too because of how the sword can channel that electricity. So probably of the ways to avoid it.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Wow this technique is really amazing. Its a quick protection against close range attacks like taijutsu, kenjutsu, and close range ninjutsu.

Question 1: Is the jutsu instantaneous or it appears like most ninjutsus?

That technique is literally impossible to pull off successfully in this RP. It'll be a rare occasion if ever used against you.
1. It's more like other ninjutsu. The water starts to erupt from the ground and continues to erupt. All the water doesn't just instantly appear as a pillar around you.

( Suiton: Seiryūshō ) - Water Release: Azure Dragon Palm
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user unleashes a spiralling torrent of water from his hands.

A simple technique I won't delve into that much. It require no hand seals, it is simply focusing and releasing water chakra from your hands. The technique transforms the water into a torrent. This technique can only be used in short range so should many be used to enhanced hand to hand combat to shield your hands from fire so you can even punch through small fire techniques. To defend, almost any blunt technique would work. A wall of earth, a blast of wind, or a stronger fire technique to cancel it out.

( Suiton: Shizuka Yari ) - Water Release: Droplet Spear
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: Using their skills with water release, the user creates an orb of water in their hand which they can then release in the form of multiple spearing streams, that they can use to attack their enemy from multiple directions or in spirals.

Another simple technique. Same as the one above with the only exception being the water is formed around the user's hand as an orb instead of released in a torrent. From there the user can split the water into smaller streams and direct them at their targets. A good technique in close range to catch your opponent off guard by attacking him from several directions. It can also be used to block fire jutsu that release multiple small fire balls as you can send a stream to counter each one. Guarding against this jutsu is the same as the jutsu above, expect you must account for a wider range of attack due to its ability to split up.

lol that makes a lot of sense thanks. I can see why they do not use it. I am thinking of using it in my upcoming spar... perhaps it will work who knows...

Azure Dragon Palm

how you would perform the technique in battle:
This technique is not that amazing its something I have done before. It requires no hand seals and is one of the quick to launch at close range when defending or attacking. I can use it to blast away projectiles, intercept free form, and other close range jutsu within elemental weaknesses and strengths. Too bad though that it can't block sharp cutting jutsus.

how you will use the technique offensively:
Using this beauty in battle I would use it mostly at the start of a spa so that it would always go through. Secondly I would use it like to block weapon attacks like swords and kunais that are in close range. Also I think its a good jutsu to use to block bastards that use sand. I think its possible to use it on the surface and propel myself away from the enemy jutsu. I dunno how far I'll extend but I think a jutsu that can extend five meters can really help at evading jutsus seeing that 5 meters really is a large distance if you compare how tall average humans are.

how you can defend against the tech:
Use the same jutsu as the enemy so they would counter block each other. Another thing is I would use a quick lightning jutsu to attack the user of it. But from that I dont think things will end well for me too.. Other than that there are plenty ways that most sensei mentioned. Even kenjutsu slashes that use chakra can block this jutsu.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
The technique is useful but, I have done a jutsu like this before. Seems like to me just an upgrade of the latter jutsu which now it has a higher rank and this time can be executed with two hands at once.

Droplet Spear

how you would perform the technique in battle:
I would perform it in a way that it would allow me to target muscles with this. This jutsu represents brute force damage, and can easily tear muscles and cause some awfully bad injuries. Even if it doesn't kill my opponent I can still easily limit their mobility if their muscles are damaged, their speed and reactions might as well be decreased.

how you will use the technique offensively:
Using the multiple directions the jutsu entails I would use them to attack my opponent at different points on their body. But I would use it to attack points like the rib cages, joints muscles and hamstring. If any of these points on the body made contact with the brute force of this jutsu a hamstring would be easily shattered causing extreme pain to walk. Break the ribs making it hard to breath and possibly puncturing an organ. Of course one has to remember that when using multiple spears the attack power of each is not B-Rank. Three spears would each have the power of C-Rank which i think its the primary number the jutsu usually uses.

how you can defend against the tech:
I feel like not writing anything here because you just explicitly stated that its the same to defend against it like the above this jutsu.
Anyway since I like rambling I would. So I would take options like hardening my body, change my body to water. Or my personal favorite which is to just launch a fire stream or ball to the enemy just as the jutsu is about to reach you.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Useful and interesting but I am a bit disappointed about its range.

Question 1: I think this is the image of the jutsu:
You must be registered for see images
Looking at it makes me think I cant make sharp ends.. does it mean this jutsu cannot be reshaped and made pointy so it can pierce through the enemy body?

It says spearing so just take it as though you can sharpen the water and use it as a stabbing technique.

( Suiton: Nagareru no Yari ) - Water Release: Flowing Spear
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user creates crescent shaped blades of water, which follow the arcs of their hand movements attacking opponents infront of them or they can twirl around while generating the crescent blades to attack all around them.

This technique works by focusing water chakra into your hands. The user sharpens the water chakra into thin blades, then when the user swipes their hand across their body in an arc like fashion, the user releases the thin blades of water following the arc to create a crescent shape. The user can spin will releasing the blades to creating a multi-directional attack. This technique is useful to help power your taijutsu and can only be used to cut through certain techniques as well because of the blade-like nature of the water. In order to guard against it, an earth technique that can block the water blades would be good, this is one of the cases where simply a wall won't work. A more dynamic technique like Earth Flow Wave would be more useful if used properly. Or just overpowering it with a wind blast or cancelling it with fire would also work.

One jutsu huh? Its been a while since I did one. Anyway thanks for the clarification. I was confused because not all spears are sharp some are not and yet called spears.

Flowing Spear

how you would perform the technique in battle:
I would use it in close range mostly when using a sword or my limbs to attack is not enough. Well I would take advantage of that it enhances my brute force strength and attack range to attack multiple enemies coming from shadow clones. Also I would use it when I am trying to bait the opponent to attack me using jutsus like doton and lightning.

how you will use the technique offensively:
I would use it offensively to attack the opponent may it be directly or indirectly. Meaning using it when my real sword attack got parried and now the hand I was not using to wield a sword is free. I would simply attack using it as I am falling back like a counter move. Basically its success rate is more if one is using it as a counter. But I think I can use it to block jutsus from samurais because the jutsu description says blades so I think I can create more than one and probably it would be hard to block many at once.

how you can defend against the tech:
I would defend against it by using the droplet spear jutsu. I think it has the best counters to it because if I am able to slightly move away from its trajectory I can launch these mutli numbered spears to my opponent. Rather I think its more like a counter for this jutsu. Well and the obvious one use a katon jutsu and punch it using fire. Also use the same jutsu to counter or rather launch a large scale jutsu that would wash away them enemies.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
This jutsu is useful and interesting. But it seems more similar to some jutsus I learned with you in the past but rather high ranked and has a more distinctive shape and appearance.

Question 1: Is it possible to parry this jutsu using a sword or maybe a shield made of steel? If not possible with just those, how about if they are coated in chakra or even better coated with lightning chakra, I mean the shield and sword.

Only if they are coated with any type of chakra that is either neutral or strong against water through the use of another technique. For example, you cannot passive imbue your shield with earth chakra then block it. That would break the rules.

Only one technique because it's the last technique :D You've learned up to B-rank water, congrats! I'm on a hiatus temporarily so if you want to get trained again, ask again next month when I'm off hiatus. You could always find another sensei.

(Suiton: Gufuu Suika) - Water Style: Typhoon Water Vortex
Rank: A
Type: Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description:The user will create a ‘Wind Style: Rasengan’ in one hand, and ‘Water Style: Destruction Torrent’ in the other. By combining them, he will create a tornado of water that can be used to attack or defend. This jutsu can also be used to drown out wind and fire combos
Note: No water source required.
Note: Can only be used with either a clone or an ally

Back in the day this technique was a staple to any RPers repertoire because of one eye thing that was not on the jutsu that you see above you. It did not have a note that it needed to be used with either a clone or an ally. It was actually able to be performed by a single individual. This made it a devastating technique. Being considered a water and fire combo, it was essentially able to take out any fire or fire/wind combo with ease. Ever since that description came into play, it died away and is now seldom used. It is very simple. One body creates a wind Rasengan (this means you need to be able to use it) and the other releases a stream of water. Both combine and start spinning to form a huge vortex of water. I mentioned the uses before, it was used mainly to defend against fire/wind or as an offensive attack that you combined lightning with. If used against you, use a more powerful wind blast to break the rotation of the vortex causing the water to burst out everywhere. This water can then be used for future techs as it does not leave the field nor does it actively have the opponent's chakra infused at all times. It requires no hand seals. But unless you already have a clone, it obviously needs one.

(Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu) - Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After doing the needed hand seals Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird, the user will form a gigantic vortex of water in the form of a ring in front of him. It will then shoot a gigantic torrent of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high only to collapse down, forming massive waves all around as it does. The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The normal use of the technique requires a water source which is manipulated into the technique but some users have shown the ability to use the technique as a water stream exhaled from the mouth and forming more of a gigantic barrage/stream/wave of water rather than the more intricate and complex use of the main application of the technique.
Note: Can be used with a water source or by using one's own chakra to exhale the technique without the need for a water source nearby.

First of all, it requires a ridiculous amount of hand seals. Do not use if you are not a water specialist, it'll create way too many timing uses. The technique is rather weird looking if used on a water source so I'll try to explain it as simple as possible. Essentially, first the water begins to spiral in front of you (note this technique is only effective if your opponent is also on a water source), kinda like a doughnut of water in front of you. The ring of water will then burst toward your target then once it envelopes then it rises straight into the air like a geyser. The water then drops down onto the ground like a waterfall and carries the opponent away. If used without a water source, its just a wave of water. Like a Pokemon using Water Gun. Pretty much it. The first usages is almost only offensive, as there is no need to do something that elaborate to defend. The second usage can be used to attack or defend. Due to it's simple nature it can be used in more situations. Such as putting out a fire technique, or to hit the opponent with water to push them away and drench them. Defend against the first usage with a wind tech to blast the ring and ruining its stability (if you are on earth while this is used, you can use a much stronger earth technique), the second usage, earth wall is fine since this usage most likely means you are not on a water source nor is there a water source.

First of all great explanation as always.. yours are always top notch. Oh thanks for taking me back sensei. That really makes me happy just 13 more jutsus to go *_*.

Typhoon Water Vortex

how you would perform the technique in battle:
I would use it mainly to defend against fire and wind jutsus. Ah.. wind seems to be the best ally in both water and fire. Anyway I would perform it as the jutsu description dictates that I would first have an ally that would help me create the jutsu. Naturally I would use also to attack multiple individuals at once because it has a wide scale range.

how you will use the technique offensively:
I would use it as how its used to attack combined nature elements. To stop large scale fire jutsus like zokokku and majestic flame. But the most I would use it against to would be the combo of fire and wind.

how you can defend against the tech:
I would use a wind and fire combo or do like sensei has said. But if I wanna really troll the user of this jutsu I would simply use a D rank earth jutsu and create a pillar that would propel me into the air and then use a wind jutsu to blow myself away from the jutsus range.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
The jutsu is interesting but seems like only water specialists can enjoy the perks of it. Nonetheless I think its great but I am hoping sensei will show me even more awesome jutsus.

Great Waterfall Technique

how you would perform the technique in battle:
I would perform this jutsu in battle just to attack or counter an opponents jutsu. I would take into consideration also the fact that this jutsu is pretty weak to attacks that penetrate in one area. Because if an opponent uses a jutsu like that while I am using this one attacking on the middle of the vortex would hinder it. So I would use it to attack opponents that are in mid and long range and especially when I am on a water source because I kinda dont like the non water source version.

how you will use the technique offensively:
I would use it offensively to attack opponents head on as I think if I manage to successfully execute the hand seals attacking wouldn't be a problem. But other than that I would rather boost its power by combining it with a lightning or wind jutsu to further reinforce its attacking power. But I do feel that both the lightning and wind jutsus should be those large scale ones and can be executed from the mouth.

how you can defend against the tech:
I would use the same idea sensei proposed which is to use a stronger wind jutsu to break the vortex which with some miracle its weak point should be the center of it. Other possible options would be to create an earth wall that would protect you from the jutsu which I doubt would be possible if you're on water.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Its interesting indeed I remember Kakashi using it against Zabuza is was quite amazing... I just watched the video to explain it more better. Seems like after use its hard to locate the opponent.

Question 2: If I were to use a combo is it necessary to create a clone that would aid me when I wanna use the wind or lighting to further enhance this jutsus strength?
