Yes, you would need a clone. The only technique that you can perform without a clone is the water electrifying lightning technique, as that one allows you to do it right after a water technique even if the water tech is being continued. Otherwise, you cannot perform other techs while that one is still active.

(Suiton: Senkogenma Kujo) – Water Release: Flash Grinding Destruction
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage point: 60
Description: As his opponent is standing on a source of water, the user will create. four sharks of water. Those sharks will rush at their target, come out and knock the opponent high into the air. breaking several of his bones in the process. Then, as his enemy is in a very vulnerable position, the user can freely attack with swords or other ninja techniques.
Note: Requires a water source.

As obviously noted, it requires a water source and also requires your opponent to be standing on a water source. The technique is very simple so I won't go into much, you create four sharks, sharks come out of water and attack target. Slam target into the air at which point you can attack. There is no real combinations for this technique. You can perform other techs after your opponent is blasted into the air, but that isn't necessarily a combination. This tech basically only serves one direct purpose. To avoid it, just get off the water source. Unless you're a water specialist, being on a water source is a very vulnerable position at any time. If you need to stop it, get into the air, and blast the sharks with a wind technique before they can hit you.

(Suiton: Kyojin Nami Shougeki) – Water Release: Giant Wave Crash
Rank: A
Type: Offensive , Deffence
Range: Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user gathers a large amount of water that can then be used to crash into the opponent. It is strong enough to push back Killer bee in Eight tales form.
Note: Requires a water source

A giant wave. Literally nothing else. To block it, use a giant wall or earth technique. Great Golem technique is a pretty good one to counter this one. But other than that, it's just a wave. It can put out fire techs, or wash away opponents. You could also use a strong wind technique to blast the wave and cause it to disperse. It's pretty much a common sense technique. Do what's best for whatever scenario you're in. There is no one right wave to counter it. You can counter it whatever way that works best.

I see that Kinda reminds me of the Kage summit, a lot of high level lightning and water jutsus were used there.

Flash Grinding Destruction

how you would perform the technique in battle:
Well quite a great jutsu to use if one has subjugated their opponent in water especially if they are in something like the water prison or a giant orb of water. But since its short range jutsus that do not have a large scale effects would be recommended. Another important thing to notice here is that these are animals so they are still easily confused with things like blood so if you put your blood in several areas you would mostly likely have a chance to evade it.

how you will use the technique offensively:
I would use it to attack the opponent so I can crush them to death. Seemingly they would have to be immobile first just to increase the chances of success. Another way is to use the commotion like from an explosion or just drop a smoke bomb then send the sharks below the water towards the opponent without their knowledge which would help as a surprise attack since you can also attack while using this jutsu.

how you can defend against the tech:
get off the range of the jutsu since its short range so that cannot be that hard. Another thing if they come by suprise you can use a wind jutsu that would blow them away or turn yourself into water... I'm sure sharks cannot drink you lol.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Pretty useful jutsu although I wanna bash its range.

Question 1: Just one, I wanna know why this jutsu is short range because it pretty much does the same as the 5 water feeding sharks jutsu. Just the difference in range and number of sharks.?

Giant Wave Crash

how you would perform the technique in battle:
I would use it when I am in a water source and I am away from the enemy. probably I think if you perform it while in mid or close range you might get the brunt of it. Also when an opponent has maybe used a c ranked doton wall I can just wash it away like that.

how you will use the technique offensively:
For offense use I'd use this to attack my opponent's internal organs like bones and lungs. But before that I would make sure they dodn't have a reason to use a raiton before this. Which I can compensate by using first a fuuton jutsu making it hard to use a raiton and then gather the water up. Though this may be too slow to do as it would have to be a very large fuuton. Overall this technique seems more of a liability than anything else against an opponent who has mastered raiton.

how you can defend against the tech:
As you said it requires you to channel the chakra and maintain it. So if you want to use another jutsu you need Yin and Yang Release or you need a clone on the field. Without either of these you are left to maintain the jutsu and use it offensively. So taking advantage of this since the user must be in the water using a powerful lightning jutsu would suffice into defending myself. One last thing I can use a doton jutsu if I am on the bank of the river and either raise a wall or create a pillar that would propel me into the sky.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Great jutsu I like its attack range and the way it uses the water to push opponents away meaning it can be used after using jutsus like great explosive corridor wave.

Question 2: So the water created from the jutsu Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave can I use it to perform this jutsu?

Question 2: So the water created from the jutsu Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave can I use it to perform this jutsu?
1. You put yourself in a vulnerable position when you put your hand in the water so high risk high reward. This one you simply don't.
2. Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave (wth is up with the length of that name) has this tech built into it. It both spews the water and creates a wave. It's just not motionless water created out of nowhere, it is spit out in the form of a wave. Using this technique after that one serves no purpose.

(Suiton: Suijinheki) - Water Style: Water Encampment Wall
Rank: A
Type: Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

This is a rather basic technique. It only serves the purpose of defense. Nothing else. It requires 5 hand seals though and there is a higher ranked superior version so I don't recommend using this when you can use that. It even requires less seals. It just creates a wave of water. It can actually be used to defend at all angles except of course the ground. It is solid tech for it's rank, only bad things about it are it's high number of seals and a superior version. This will never be used offensively so don't worry. Also keep in mind that when it hits a fire tech, it will generate steam. So you are blinded for a short period of time. Also keep in mind that if all the water is not turned into steam, the tech can be further used to perform a water tech. But this is only for water specialists and probably special bios like Mei (I'm not completely sure if regular water specialists can do that as I am not one).

(Suiton: Kōka Suijin) - Water Release: Hard Whirlpool Water Blade
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user makes the water under the enemy explode, launching them into the air. Then the user jumps above the enemy and creates a large whirlpool around his arm, striking the enemy with it and creating a large water explosion.
Note: Water source required.

Not gonna say much cause it's self explanatory. Water under the opponent just pushes them up with enough force to make it seem like an explosion, obviously water doesn't explode like that. Then you just jump into the arm and focus chakra in your arm and turn it into water while spinning it to create a whirlpool. Whirlpool on impact creates a shockwave which I guess is called an explosion. You can defend against this pretty easily if you get blasted into the air, try to move out of range first of all, it is only short range. That wind tech that allows you to move is good. Or better, take advantage of the close range, and blast the opponent with a quick wind tech that collides with their water and pushes you both back and creates distance between you.

@1: Well then this jutsu sucks then xD, the more reason I wanna create a Kisame bio.
@2: That makes a lot of sense, so the very least it can be used as a water source. Good to know *_*

Water Encampment Wall

how you would perform the technique in battle:
Great technique, when using it in battle I would first use it when I am either on a water or not in a water source. Quite a versatile jutsu. So because it short range, I will only use it to defend my self especially from fire jutsus. So since its A rank I believe it would withstand any fire jutsu.

how you will use the technique offensively:
I would use it uhm... not exactly offensive but rather to stop an advancing target that is engaging me at close range. Pretty much that because this jutsu to me seems like it was made to defend.

how you can defend against the tech:
I would use a stronger offensive technique which now is not defending right? Anyway if I was using a fire justu I would add a wind jutsu above it or do two fire jutsus at the same time. If I am maybe say at long or mid range from teh enemy who is usong this jutsu to defend I would use a long range lighting jutsu to shock them because I think if you are using this jutsu your feet both of them are touching the water from this jutsu.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
This jutsu is pretty much interesting and useful because of that it can be used with or without a water source meaning it does not depend on where and which terrain you are on.

Question:1
I want to ask about the terrain thingy. Since this jutsu can be used by utilizing water from a water source and creating your own water source from your mouth. So is it correct to assume that when yo are using a water source to use this jutsu the wall id formed much faster compared to when you are creating your own water source?

Hard Whirlpool Water Blade

how you would perform the technique in battle:
I would use it in battle if my opponent was over there standing ontop of water. Maybe if possible after they have just landed to the water after maybe they first jumped to avoid a certain jutsu. So this jutsu is just a follow up jutsu. Also for it to work I would need to use as a surprise jutsu because of that the fact that it requires no hand seals is even better *_*.

how you will use the technique offensively:
I would use it to throw my opponent off balance and then I would follow up with the said whirlpool that I would create on y hand. So since this is a two step jutsu maybe if possible I would add a lightning jutsu to shock the opponent because for sure he would be soaked in water because of the latter explosion.

how you can defend against the tech:
I would simply use a fast fire jutsu like that I would lit my hands to be on fire and then attack the opponent that is trying to finish me off with their whirlpool. Another thing would be that I would use a wind jutsu like sensei said. I do not recommend using a jutsu to get out of range because that would make you lose your chance to attack too. So I would use any jutsu available for me to use which may be short to long range. As long as that jutsu requires no hand seals.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
This jutsu is interesting but the two step it consists allows the enemy time to dodge or counter which is really a little let down of the jutsu.

Question:2
The last step of this jutsu it talks about making a whirlpool around your arm. So is making a whirlpool all I can do or I can just use a another water jutsu like the droplet spear instead of it to increase my range to mid? Also can I use a lightning jutsu instead of it?

Not much faster but yes, faster. But both ways happen fast regardless, so that small difference in time isn't really all that important.

Any jutsu can be started, it never needs to be fully finished. You can willingly end a technique before everything described occurs. So yes, after you launch your opponent into the air, you can end the tech (still counts as a full tech though), and do another tech if you want.

(Suiton: Mizu no Tatsumaki) - Water Release: Tornado of Water
Rank: A
Type: Attack/Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After performing the Ram → Horse → Bird the user is able to create a technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Note: Requires a nearby water source

I've mentioned this technique before, it requires 3 hand seals and a water source. But it is a very good tech in that it can defend and attack. It technically provides 360 degree protection as it surrounds your entire body. It can also be used to attack up to mid-range. Not much to describe other than that. It's essentially a column of water that you can move as you wish. If you are not on a water source, you can use earth to block it, if you are, a strong wind tech will blast the vortex away.

(Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Rank: A
Type: Offensive,Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.

You spew water, it washes away your opponent, and it forms a giant orb around the entire weak. That's basically it. This technique spews out enough water to put out basically any fire technique that doesn't have sort of weird property that prevents water from materializing in liquid form. It also comes with a great risk, not only do you have to keep on spewing water as requires continuous input, but it traps both you and the opponent in water. So say you aren't necessarily comfortable with that, you put yourself in a hole, and if you opponent is, you've given them the advantage. So this isn't a tech you should just use to put out fire techs, it changes the way the battle field is viewed. Rarely is it ever used because people understand the scale of the tech. If it's ever used, the best thing to do is to divert the water to pass on your sides. There is no way to just straight up block it. It's just too much water. Use an earth tech to prevent the bubble from forming and to divide all the water into two streams that go away from you. You can't get rid of all that water, you just have to deal with it. The upside if you are defending, is that as long as you are defending, you opponent is continuing the tech and it means they cannot attack you.

Ow really.. that is great but it would have been awesome if it was faster in water..

Tornado of Water

how you would perform the technique in battle:
To perform this one in battle I would have to fulfill one of its annoying conditions which is to be near a water source. Also I would use it in both situations where I would need to defend myself from fast short range attacks or when I want to trap my opponent and trick them into using wind or lightning jutsus.

how you will use the technique offensively:
I would use it to attack attack and knock out my opponent who are at short range. Also I would use it as a collaboration jutsu with some wind jutsus to create an even stronger version of the jutsu. I assume that this is a channeling technique and so it can be continuously manipulated after it has been released meaning I would be able to change its position after I have released it although that would backfire if the opponent throws jutsus that are able to avoid my tornado at me.

how you can defend against the tech:
As sensei suggested I would use a wind jutsu and rotate it in the opposite direction to stop the water vortex. I can also use an earth jutsu to completely block it. But just for fun I am thinking of dropping a huge wave on it similar to the jutsu below this one and crush the jutsu completely. That is if its possible.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Great jutsu and pretty much useful in many cases, although the commensurable let down of it to require a water source.

Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave
XD what an explanation, no wonder why this one falls into the water jutsus that I like.

how you would perform the technique in battle:
I would use it if I am dealing with an opponent that moves very fast. Simply to combat those cocky EIG users. When I use it they wouldn't be able to attack me. So they would only be left with the option to flee or tank my water jutsu. besides that I would use it to capture someone. I think this jutsu will be very good for me especially when I hold that Kisame bio.

how you will use the technique offensively:
I would use it just for the waves it has in an attempt to crush my opponent with sheer water and force. Additionally, I can use it to trap them inside with me and then release a horde of sharks towards them.

how you can defend against the tech:
Well one thing I think I should do here, if the opponent has already started to use this jutsu my best chance to survive it is to make sure they not complete it. So I would use a large scale lightning jutsu which I would gather lightning and send it to the water my opponent is expelling meaning they would probably get shocked by it then rendered unconscious then the ending of the jutsu. But another thing is i can use a combo of an earth pillar and a wind jutsu to blow myself away from the jutsu's range. That is ofcourse if it possible.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
I love this jutsu its amazing I don't know why people do not use it oftenly because seriously this jutsu is amazing in such a way that taking the risks it brings to the user is worth it.

(Suiton: Mizu Shishi) - Water Release: Water Beast
Rank: A
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user after performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivalent to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns

This is rather a simple tech that requires no more than shape manipulation and 4 hand seals. All you have you do is shape some existing water (that means it requires a water source) into a wolf. You can then move it around as you like. Releasing torrents or streams from it that are B rank in strength. One of the pluses of this tech is that that B-rank attack the wolf is capable of is not a tech itself. So you basically get an unlimited supply of B-rank water streams. But since it is a stream that means it is continuous and thus you cannot shoot more than one stream at a time. So the max power of the stream is B-rank. So if defending, it can be over powered or cancelled by earth or wind B-rank and above. The tech remains active for 3 turns. But honestly I would not advise using it longer than necessary. Instead just use it to serve its purpose, to attack or defend, or do both, then move on to a better tech. I say this because as I mentioned before, the wolf can only do B-rank damage through its streams. It is not worth maintaining. Instead I would recommend a kamikaze attack using the wolf itself instead to forcefully end the tech and make your opponent guard rather than just cancelling the tech.

(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: 80
Description: The user will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath the opponent to form, that gushes upwards in a burst, lifting the opponent high into the air. The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.

One of the weirder techs on NB. I'm pretty sure you were active before when the previous version existed. I asked Scorps to edit the tech initially because it was wrong, and to be honest, the tech is still wrong. In this tech (the written explanation), the water is summoned right beneath the opponent after slamming their hands on the ground. It is near instant and almost meta-gaming. After you do this part the opponent is launched in the air. (If you've played the game, then you would clearly see the water is not summoned beneath the opponent, that is a lie. It is summoned from where your hand slams the ground and creates a torrent that rushes toward the opponent and then launches them up. This is the main difference, but don't worry, there is a way to still easily negate the tech) After you launch them in the air, perform 4 hand seals to turn the pool into a dragon head that shoots bullets then grabs the opponent and slams them into the ground. The easiest way to counter is to just use Hardening tech. No hand seals, you increase your weight so that the water cannot push you up, thus ruining the rest of the tech, and you cover your self in earth so the weaker water cannot harm you while you are temporarily in the heart of the tech. Then you just shed Hardening tech and continue.

Water Release: Water Beast

how you would perform the technique in battle:
I would use this one if I wanted to hide my presence from my enemy and do some voodoo business behind them like create a clone or send myself above the jutsu to attack. Well ofcourse I would still use its offensive and defensive capabilities, I just figured that it would be best if I used them and do a something sneaky like that.

how you will use the technique offensively:
I would use it to attack scattered opponents if I have any, the first way would be to use that water torrent by firing it while I make the beast move around its head to propel the torrent's trajectory. Also by making it attack other things like summons as a monster of my own.

how you can defend against the tech:
evaporate this shitty monster with a wind and fire collaboration jutsu or just endure it until three turns pass and it disappears. Another way would be to use wind jutsu like how he described...

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
useful jutsu, reminds me of the spider fire jutsu seems like it would really go well with it because they are both same rank and monsters..

Question 1:
(a)Is it possible to when the monster is shooting that torrent of water and its blocked by a B or C rank earth jutsu to make it shoot the water upwards making the water go upwards and then crash down to the opponent. Although I think this will be easily voided by a wind jutsu. But if the opponent is dumb enough I can follow up with a lightning jutsu after they are dampened by the water. (b) Also by saying it uses up to B rank water jutsu does that mean I can make it use any B rank jutsu I want or its specifically the continuous torrent jutsu?

Water Dragon Biting Explosion

how you would perform the technique in battle:
Since its long range I dont think I will have to worry about the space between me and the enemy. The only problem here is the initial part of the jutsu. It requires me to push my oppponent up to the air, meaning that I would have to be on the same level of ground with them in order to perform it. But besides that I see nothing that would trouble me from making it.

how you will use the technique offensively:
Well this just is self explanatory I do not think I have to go into further detail how to use it offensively.

how you can defend against the tech:
I would defend against the jutsu as I said above that it requires the user and the opponent to be on the same ground level for the water to travel through to the opponent. So if I increase or decrease my ground level from my opponent I would be avoiding the initial stage of this jutsu. So if I'm already caught in it I would just have to counter the dragon above me as you said, ir maybe bend teh rules and use a wind jutsu to propel myself away from the dragon...

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Whoa first S rank eh... the jutsu description is too long but after I found this image it became so clear...
You must be registered for see images

anyway it a great jutsu and very highly ranked which is what I like.

Question 2:
So is it possible that even if I fail initializing the first stage of the jutsu (pushing the opponent with the water upwards) I still manage to create the dragon that will fall down to attack again? Its because even if I miss the opponent the water I sent upwards is still going there so it should form a dragon and attack again, meaning the damage will be of an A rank jutsu if I hit the opponent.

1. No, the stream it shoots out is B-ranked. It cannot be used as an intermediate for other water techniques. And technically yeah, gravity and all that plays into it, but ultimately, I would find it a waste. It's a psuedo-offensive action, I would prefer to just continue to attack directly after they defend with a wall or something. It would be smarter to maneuver the wolf around the wall (if it had no been destroyed yet) and attack instead.
2. Technically yes, but most of the times, if your opponent isn't caught in the initial blast, or defend against it, they'll attack you immediately. So you'll never have the time to do the second part if the first part is not successful.

(Suiton: Suidanha) Water Release: Severing Wave
Type: Offensive
Rank: S-rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description:
After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.

This technique is similar to the technique below it. So I will explain that one first, then explain the differences afterward.

(Suiton: Suidan no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Bullet Technique
Rank: S
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.

Contrary to the name, this is not actually a bullet type technique. It is actually a stream. It is like using Water Gun. Or a fire hose. You just continuously release a concentrated stream of water. I won't explain more about how it works since its straight forward. But I will emphasize two things. The first, this technique is concentrated, meaning it does not cover a large amount of space. The water is very condensed. That means the force of this technique is able to push things back, unlike regular water bullets that just explode on impact. This technique can be maintained. And second, though there is a large amount of water, the stream instead does not have large range. So do not use it to counter a wide scale fire technique like those S-rank fire techs. There is another tech for that. Instead only use it for small scale, condensed techniques. Defending against it is rather simple, since it is continuous interrupt your opponent probably, create a wall to block the path of the stream, just make them uncomfortable any way possible. Since it is continuous, if they want to do something else, they have to stop.

The biggest difference with this tech and the one above is the amount of water. That one uses a lot less water. This is to maintain a small surface area for the stream. This allows a lot of pressure to be applied by a small area giving it cutting power. Again, it cannot defend against large scale fire. But it can cut through earth based techniques that are probably one rank less than this one. Unlike the second tech, the first one cannot be used to create a water source since it does not generate enough water. It is more or less just a blade of water. A purely offensive technique.

@1: I get it now so does this mean the torrent the beast makes does not take another move out of my 3 allowed?
@2: Well you are right, it wouldn't make sense if that happen. Although I gotta say the gif makes the jutsu seem instant.

Water Release: Severing Wave

how you would perform the technique in battle:
I would use it when I am facing huge obstacles that stand in my way. Things like the A rank earth drop lid and summons like how Pa used it. Also if its possible to cut through that S rank earth mountain jutsu, well just one mountain so that it wouldn't crush me. So basically I would use this jutsu to cut through large and far away obstacles before they reach me.

how you will use the technique offensively:
Pretty much what I described above but to add something more I think it would be more deadly if the said jutsu is also used in conjunction with summons. Say a summon that uses water like Gamabunta, if they were to use this jutsu and redirect it as they turn their massive heads it would be more harder to dodge.

how you can defend against the tech:
Well there has been always one way to defend against a blade. You just parry it or you give it something to cut although the second one would just put you on the defensive. For starters since water is weaker then earth in terms of elemental weaknesses and strengths. If I make an A rank wall the jutsus will cancel since the water blade will just cut my wall and lose its power. Other then that if you are in the air and you have to dodge it and you are unable to do a doton jutsu since most require contact with the ground. I would use a concentrated fire jutsu and focus it on a weapon like a sword and parry the attack. Although I think this wouldn't work but atleast it would decrease the damage.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Its both I like it because its very fast to do and quite difficult to dodge which makes me even more happy to use it against enemies, although i'll have to be wise when using it.

Question 1:
I wonder what would be the outcome if a person blocks this jutsu using a sword. Lets say they use an S rank fire jutsu to block it.

Water Release: Water Bullet Technique

how you would perform the technique in battle:
I would use it to break through obstacles and also to create a water source to use for my next jutsus. Also to block those annoying shot range fire jutsus. But one thing I have noted about this jutsu is that since its long range if I were to use it while in mid air it would give me the advantage of that it would reach my opponent faster then when I am on the ground because water will only be flowing on a diagonal downwards with the gravity helping me.

how you will use the technique offensively:
There are many ways I can use this jutsu, for starters since it has extremely high blunt force and as such can break bones easily. If I use it on something like on a rocky terrain I can push the rocks to the opponent resulting in pushing the opponent to the ground and crush their body with those rocks.

how you can defend against the tech:
Use a concentrated stream of a fire jutsu. Use a huge body as a shield like the S rank earth golem to block it. Well then the easy and less complex usual way of my sensei which is to use an earth wall. Although maybe a wide range fire jutsu like the majestic destroyer may also prove to be useful.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Its got everything I want in a blunt force jutsu. This may prove to be the most offensive jutsu I have ever seen since it takes the destructive power of water to its maximum.

1. Yes.

( Suiton: Suijinchū ) - Water Release: Water Encampment Pillar
Rank: S
Type: Defence
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: N/A
Description: A defensive technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into water, and then expelled from the mouth in a dense torrent, effectively creating a near instantaneous barricade that can be used to intercept incoming attacks.

One of the best overall water techs due to rank, amount of water, and timing. It only requires one hand seal, and spews out enough water to even put out the largest S-rank fire techs and even some S-rank fire/wind combos. It is great to create an immediate barrier in front of you. It's defensive uses are pretty straight forward. It can also be used as a source of water that can then be used to perform other water techniques. It spews so much water that its remains (unless evaporated against a fire technique) will be a valid water source. It has no real offensive uses, but simply due to the amount of water, if can be used to slam into the opponent and wash them away. But it doesn't really do any serious damage. It is more of a defensive/supplementary technique that can lead into other offensive techs. The easiest ways to defend are to blast the water with wind, but since there is so much water, the water still remains on the field, the other is to create a large enough wall to block it. There is no way to simply move out the wave due to the sheer amount of water. You have to account for it one way or another.

Well I was expecting this day will come, finally the last jutsu phew.. thanks for everything Crutch you are the best *_*

Water Encampment Pillar

how you would perform the technique in battle:
Mhm.. this jutsu seems to be the opposite of the severing wave jutsu which was completely an offensive jutsu. But this one is completely a defensive move. So the only occasion I would use it on is when i have to defend my self from enemy jutsus. Yeah it may seem that since its only a defensive jutsu is a big disadvantage but actually its not because of the water it gives that user can use as a water source to do other water jutsus.

how you will use the technique offensively:
Well I'll cancel this part or rather I could say the only offensive way to use this baby is to use it as a water source for other water jutsus. Which if it counts as an offensive move I think..

how you can defend against the tech:
Yup slice it up with a similar rank or block it using an A rank wall. Another way to defend agaist this jutsu would be to use a concentrated stream of fire so that it wouldn't wash you away as the the one using it would be primarily defending from it right?

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Pretty useful technique and worth noting that the final jutsu I learned from this water class was a defensive jutsu. pretty much wraps up what water is best used as. Again thank you for teaching me all this stuff.
