Since this is your first lesson in water before I teach you techs you'll need to tell me some things.

The first thing that you will need to do is explain the water element to me. I would like you to tell me the basic strengths and weaknesses of the element, how these strengths and weaknesses can be used to your advantage or your disadvantage, what the water element personifies to you, and why you find the water element interesting or if you don't find it interesting, why you have that opinion. And basically anything else you want to say about water relevant to the training and RP.

We'll discuss it then move on to the techniques afterward.

Okay wow... this is giving me the chills I suppose I should get to it.

Water is the most calm and free-flowing elements. These characteristics dictate its nature, making it useful in combat due to the fluidity and intense lack of control that is required to utilize it. Lightning and Fire take extreme control, but manipulation of water takes calmer movements and so controlling it comes more naturally.

I am interested in learning Suiton because I am quickly starting to become much more versatile in using Raiton and I know those two make a deadly combination. I thik water also symbolizes the calmness in me when I am in combat and the way water concentartes on one spot when its pouring it also symbolizes the danger I p

While its the calmest element, it can also become one of the most destructive. Putting a large amount of force behind of wave gives it power that can't be paralleled by all the other elements. In terms of scale, Water has the highest potential to be the "best" element, a clear testament of this is Kisame of the Akatsuki. Water comes in three main forms: normal water, sticky water and oily flammable water.

Some well known suiton users are

1)The Second Hokage Tobirama Senju
2)Suigetsu Hozuki
3)Kisame Hoshigaki

This is how I will train you: I will first post the technique and the describe it in my own words, and then state a few sentences about the usefulness of the technique both offensively and defensively. I would like you to respond by by telling me:

- how you would perform the technique in battle
- how you will use the technique offensively
- how you can defend against the tech
- whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting

I would like a few sentences for each point or a few bullets. Whatever you prefer. I'll be going at 2 to 3 techniques per post to keep the training moving. But I may do one technique for certain techs I feel deserve them.

(Suiton No Jutsu) - Water technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary/Attack/Defence
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points:20
Description: Creates small waves of water, small blasts, and small shields of water.
Note: Doesn't require a water source but can be used to manipulate existing water.

The most basic of all water techniques. It requires no hand seals and is never used on the site. It is simply used in order to teach students how manipulating water works. Water similar to earth and wind, previously exists, though it can be created. Thus this means there are two ways to manipulate water. One is to transform the chakra inside of you into water and release it, the second is to send your chakra into the water and then manipulate the existing water. Try to do both. First, channel chakra in your body and transform it into water then launch it out of your mouth, second send your chakra into the water around us and create a wave.

Ah well that's good sensei starting with those that don't need a source well but before that if you have no problem I shall use this template to answer all the 4 questions above.

PHP:
how you would perform the technique in battle:

how you will use the technique offensively:

how you can defend against the tech:

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
how you would perform the technique in battle: Well since this technique can be used as a defense and offense I think the most suitable way for me would be for me to use it as an offense where I would be attacking an enemy just to create a diversion like small waves and bullets, those kind of jutsus are not deadly but rather dangerous which avoiding them can make me launch my next move. So my answer is to use it as a diversion.
how you will use the technique offensively: I would use it to attack vital parts like for example the water bullets are very useful when doing that. While water waves would be a best defense like maybe sending those waves to defend against things like small rocks or sand jutsus.
how you can defend against the tech: Using a defensive earth release wall would be the best defense and simply just dodging it. Well using the same jutsu to balance them out like Sir Hiruzen did would suffice...
whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting: It certainly is useful to a degree but rather not interesting because anyone can do it because its a basic technique... although for it to have supplementary, offense and defense capabilities is something to be amazed of.

That's fine.

(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 10
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

This technique can be used in two ways. The first way is to gather water chakra in your stomach and use nature transformation to turn it into water. While you turn it into water you want to make sure there is plenty of raw chakra in the water as well. Then when you release it, release it in a very thin high pressure spray. So that the water as soon as it comes out of your mouth disperses into the air. The water will then cover the area in mist. The second way is to send your raw chakra into an already existing water source and cause your chakra to pull each individual water molecule off the surface of the water source and into the air. Continue this until the area around you is covered in mist composed of water molecules covered with your chakra. The purpose of this technique is to negate eye techniques and ordinary chakra sensors. Since the mist is made of your chakra, they will not be able to see or sense your actual body as the mist will mask you. If this technique is used against you, just use a A-rank wind technique to blow it away.

You are too good to me sensei... but I wonder why an A-rank though.. I'm sure there are dozens of C - B rank jutsus that can blow it away, if you can explain Crutch please do *_*

how you would perform the technique in battle: This technique appears to me that its something that requires a lot of preparation and can be used on an ideal environment like humid environments. SO I would use it on an environment like that also in a situation where I do not want the enemy to know my current position. Also when I want to execute a sneak attack to more than one opponent. Thus as the jutsu says its supplementary so there is no way to attack with it but it can be a good defense against physical weapons like shurikens.. so also when shurikens are hurled like to you like that this jutsu can prove to be useful.
how you will use the technique offensively: Well I think you can't use it offensively as it self like using water bullets but you can supplement it by using other techniques like throwing shurikens at the enemy admist the mist, also doing ambush sneak attacks can help supplement this mist jutsu.
how you can defend against the tech: According to sensei use a wind jutsu to blow it away. Or rather even if this is just theoretical but technically misty areas are high pressure zones meaning there is a lot of air descending but by utilizing a fire jutsu that will heat up the mist and turn it to a low pressure zone making the air meaning the mist ascend upwards.. I think that would be another way of defending against it.
whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting: The jutsu is interesting and very useful indeed to people who have high sensing skills and also very useful against dojutsu users like sharingan and rinnengan.. so with my sharingan activated it would only hinder me.

Because using lower ranked wind techniques makes it easy for an opponent to use a much stronger fire technique to boost the strength of their own technique when they counter. You'll be putting yourself into a hole.

(Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba) - Water Style: Sword of Draining
Rank: D
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.
Note: Doesn't require a water source.

A simple technique that basically does nothing in this site's RP at all because it is so low ranked and short ranged. The user simply focuses chakra to your hand and transforms the chakra into water and shapes it into a blade. Basically there is only one use for this technique. When in short range, if you have an opening to stab your opponent, instead of pulling out a kunai you can use this technique to create a stabbing instrument. It'll give a boost in the time frame, but you need to use one of your moves per turn. High risk low reward. You'll almost never see this technique used on the site.

I see that makes sense lol... By the way you explained that jutsu it really makes it not interesting.. aren't doing the opposite? I mean as a teacher you should hype whatever you are teaching even if it sucks.. but anyway I like that honest you thanks Crutch really in you we can trust lol...

how you would perform the technique in battle: Since this technique is a type of technique that uses brute strength or force with nature like jutsus like chidori it can be really useful in short range when you wanna penetrate through one spot. So I would use it as a quick counter jutsu after a stalemate between 2 jutsus, since it should be fast and easy to perform since it has a low rank.
how you will use the technique offensively: I would use it to strike an enemy head on make it sharp and thin...I wonder though if it has the same size as a normal sword. Also using it as bait for a person to reveal his best move or traps winthin his range since some people might want you to get on their range so that they attack..
how you can defend against the tech: Simply dodging it by going side ways... or jumping back to escape to be within its range. Simply put, free form is enough to evade this one.
whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting: Well the technique is interesting to me because it seems like a type of jutus that dep[ends on how you use it and on what type of environment so it needs to be supplemented a lot. But sadly as you said its low ranked so many people will really be easily able to avoid it.. :|. Although I think this type of jutsu is fatal if it strikes an opponent.

Btw Kaguya sensei.. does this technique make a person bleed a lot if I am able to land a hit?

Why would I tell my students to use bad techniques? Some techniques are just there for learning experience.
If you stab them in major organs yes, if you slash them, probably not as much but they will still bleed.

( Suiton: Junsai no Jutsu ) - Water Release: Water Shield Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary, Defence
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will manipulate their water chakra and releasing it from their arm which is held outwards infront of them and they then create a shield of water that can aide in defence against projectile weapons and close combat techniques.

The last of the D-ranks. This is sort of the opposite of sword of draining. It is the shield to the sword. The same way as with the previous technique you focus chakra in your arm and transform it into water. But instead of shaping it into a sword, shape it into a wide circular shield in front of you. It can block projectiles and C-rank fire and below.

Lol okay then... tell me one suiton jutsu you've never used since you RPed
You must be registered for see images
Thanks for clearing that part sensei. Also wow I am happy that I am finally going away from the ranks of D. But this one is going to be tough since now I have to build the opposite... but oh well what am I complaining about since I signed up for this. :heh:

how you would perform the technique in battle: The technique itself to me it looks like the timing and the type of jutsu you are using it against. I mean using it when defending from a wave of water would be useless. Anyway I would use it as defense technique to defend against things like propelled shurikens that were enhanced by wind jutsus to be fast, well also the normal ones. Also from fire techniques especially those that travel by a specific route so that I can change their trajectory like a fire ball for instance.

how you will use the technique offensively: I can think of two ways to do that, if I were to be positioned with my clone on both left and right side of the enemy or back and front I would use the shield from both opposite ends and send it to crush the enemy like two wall coming together. Or secondly by using it on one direction as a surprise attack and move it forward to the enemy as a marching water shield.
You must be registered for see images
Well use it in the same way she did there.
You must be registered for see images

how you can defend against the tech: I would simply use a fire element of a higher rank to cancel it or rather use a water jutsu the same as it or use a higher one to make a defense that is offensive lol. Anyway also using a doton jutsu like earth moving core to increase your altitude and become out of range from it when you are higher than the peak of the wall.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting: Yes its both interesting and useful since its like a defensive water that can attack and defend at the same time but I think for the attacking part it requires a lot of chakra. Plus the jutsu it self is one of those types that depend on how you use them. So a very good jutsu I would even use it, I give it a pass.

I've never used any of the D-ranks except Hidden Mist, that's three right there. I can tell you that for sure.

(Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water whip
Rank: C
Type: Offensive, supplementary
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

A pretty basic technique, you do three hand seals and create a water whip. Some of the techniques are really simply like this one so I won't explain much or demand of you to say much either. As long as you understand what it does. This technique bluntly shapes water into a long whip then ummm... whips the opponent. You can use it to serve any purpose that a normal whip can.

(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field
Rank: C
Range: Short/Long
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

This technique is a little more complicated even though it requires less hand seals, only two. After transforming your chakra into water inside your body, you need to take the technique to the next step. You need to infuse your chakra into the water and increase the viscosity by bring the water molecules closer together and preventing them from moving as freely as they normally would. You then just spray the viscous water out of your mouth into the ground or any surface you want. The water is infused with your chakra so your opponent cannot use it as a source for their water techs but they can counter it by channeling their own chakra to their feet to allow them to walk on top of the water before they sink into it.

I see the D ranks are pretty much unused... even the water sage does not use em.... Lol Now let me whip this next jutsu :heh

how you would perform the technique in battle:
Well what a nice jutsu, technically since its a whip I think using it to knock out something out of the way in battle and dragging things around with it is a good example to use it. Now I would use it where I want to capture a fast opponent like drive them into a corner and then use the whip when they have no other route to escape from.

how you will use the technique offensively:
Well looking at this jutsu it strikes me as a jutsu that is not like most suiton jutsus which this one focuses most of its power to one place. Its like attacking with immense brutal strength in one place. So I would use the whip offensively to attack and opponent on one specific area.

how you can defend against the tech:
Use the same whip as the enemy so I can cancel out its effect. Also using a doton shield of the same rank can be sufficient to block it.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Well it certainly is useful especially iof you are a type of ninja that i s wary of traps since this whip can collect items far away like 10m.

how you would perform the technique in battle:
I would use it as a suprise attack on an enemy be it short or mid range. With this spewing it at him horizontally wont do but jumping first and using it is a better choice. Although using it with a clone that would be attacking the opponent making him unable to dodge by going up is also another good choice.

how you will use the technique offensively:
I would use it as a cusion. I mean if I have already made the syrup then I can just simply throw the opponent at the pond. Even if he chanels chakra on his feet it shouldn't be fats enough to do it on his whole body because If I throw him his whole body would land on the syrup pond.

how you can defend against the tech:
Use chakra by channeling some on your feet and walk on top of it. Or maybe use a katon jutsu to evaporate the whole syrup... or maybe it will burn since it has a high viscosity. Who knows.. I burn it either way...

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Well it certainly is useful but its not interesting to me because it does not have a good appeal. When I saw it in the anime and how it was made I was so disgusted...

At this rate we are going with I think on September we will be finished...

<_< September... that's... debatable.

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone
Rank: C
Range: Short
Type: Supplementary
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.

The noob clone technique. Another technique I have never used. It is inferior in all ways to other clone techs you will eventually learn. It's simple to make, just send your chakra into a water source and shape some of the water into yourself. The clone can only move a short distance from you and use C-rank water. Unlike other clones that split chakra in half, this only donates 10 percent to the clone. No point in ever using this... unless you want to be a noob. xD

(Suiton: Suigandan) - Water Release: Water Fang Bullet
Rank: C
Range: Short
Type: Offense
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water. During fights on water, taking advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius, in conjunction with other techniques for distraction, confusion and so forth, this technique has an extensive array of applications.
Note: Requires a water source.

The technique only works short range from you and requires only one hand seal. It's a pretty simple technique. It basically creates a fang of water from the water source that attacks the opponent. You can create multiple fangs, just spinning drills of water, from the water source to attack your opponent from all directions. A decent technique to use in short range.

I wont give up hope it will happen lol. Btw that water clone explanation is kinda funny, you are the best sensei. But you know I've seen numerous noobs really using it lol. Uhm... erm... let me start.

how you would perform the technique in battle:
I would use it when I have to engage the enemy in close range and when there is a liable water source nearby. I would use it as my double to engage the opponent in close range, or maybe like Kisame did to Team 7 and Team Gai when he trapped them in water prison jutsu. But as you say this jutsu is not very useful in more experienced RP players.

how you will use the technique offensively:
I would use it in conjuncture to create a water jutsu that requires a source which can flood away the opponent's attention from me. Pretty much prison jutsu would be the most effective hear...

how you can defend against the tech:
Separate the user from the clone so he/ she will lose control of it. Or rather use a B rank fire jutsu against the clone since the clone will only use water jutsus at C ranks and below. But doing that is a waste of a move, so rather I'll do the first part.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
It is useful and interesting, the thing is its range its the only thing that is annoying about the technique. But overall this jutsu is a good one.

how you would perform the technique in battle:
I would use it to defend against a short and a long range jutsu that is coming from above or from the sides since it rotates in 360 degrees. So I would probably use it as a distraction to launch an even more focused jutsu that pushes through in one point.

how you will use the technique offensively:
I would use it as an expanding wide jutsu that would only work if the enemy is near me and maybe us it as an offensive defense... yeah i know I say that a lot, but that is just what water makes me think. Anyway using it like this, would help me defend from multiple attacks from many directions by simply attacking using this water vortex.

how you can defend against the tech:
Simple if possible use the same jutsu that I would spin it in the reverse direction the opponent would be spinning it. Also by creating an earth style square block that would launch me in high altitudes than the jutsu would be okay. Or maybe the earth wall Hiruzen once used.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Actually speaking the truth this jutsu to me since I was once maimed by it back in the days I was really a noob I kinda hate it though because of that, but well since I've experienced it first hand why not give it a chance?

You were probably maimed because you didn't have access to the generic counter to this technique. Remember that you are on water when this technique is used, so earth style is useless in the way you described it. The most basic generic counter would be use that B-rank wind jutsu that pushes stuff off your body. It is strong enough to repel the water. (Sorry I can't remember the exact name, it's Phoenix something) Of course avoid it altogether, by not getting on water against a water specialist.

(Suiton: Suishōha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave
Rank: C-B-Rank
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 15-20
Damage Points: 30-40
Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.

One of the few multi-rank techs on the sit. It's not that hard to understand. You clap your hands and a bunch of water appears around you out of no where and spirals around you. The it just flows in whatever direction you want. It can be boosted to B-rank depending on what technique you are trying to defend against. You can even use it defensively though it doesn't say so by making the water spiral around you and protect you from attacks from all angles (following the elemental interactions and ranks). A wall would suffice to defend against it, and remember that this is ordinary water, so after your opponent's tech is over, you can use this water for your techs.

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

This technique does what its name says it does. It makes it rain on will. At the cost of 6 hand seals. A useful technique as it allows you to sense anyone on the battle field. It used to be a popular technique before there were a lot of custom passive sensing techs made. It's still a good tech. To get rid of it, just use an appropriate wind technique to shift the clouds to a different location away from the battle field.

Unlucky me I have no idea too.. :(I'm sure that jutsu you are mentioning is above C ranks.. well when I finally learn it I will know.. and about that earth thingy I did... I suppose you are right, it was bit of a stretch :p

how you would perform the technique in battle:
I would use it when I have to defend against an enemy's fire jutsu especially those wide range ones.. they are annoying. Well also use it to attack opponents that are both long to short range. I think the other best way to use it would be to avoid hand to hand combat with people who are good at it, like you sensei. *_*.

how you will use the technique offensively:
I would use it offensively by creating a vortex around me and then when it has enveloped around me then send it into the enemy. The best way I think it would be to use it when I just fended off an attack. But what about using it and making it appear around the enemy? Is it doable?

how you can defend against the tech:
As you said sensei a wall made from an earth element would be enough well a B or C rank one and I think the C rank should also block the B rank water jutsu since its because of the elemental advantage... but well not a big one of course...

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
Oh its very useful indeed, especially since its mutli-ranked.. although I wish there was a way to make the water vortex appear around the enemy.

how you would perform the technique in battle:
I would use it if I am in a situation that an opponent has been able to slip through my detection skills thus having to resort to this jutsu. Simply put I have to have a strong defense and quite a flexible one before I use this jutsu so I can be able to fend off ambushes from the opponent.

how you will use the technique offensively:
Since this jutsu is just a basic rain jutsu that uses the chakra infused in my rain to sense them enemies U_U. Ever since I was a child the worse thing I thought could happen is lightning striking the down thus releasing a shock all over the water on the surface. Thus I would probably do the same *_*.

how you can defend against the tech:
Since I dunno any jutsus like Jiraiya's frog thingies... I think creating my multi-selves.. meaning maybe like 6 shadow clones so that the user would be convinced which one is the real me. Well hoping for that opening I think it would be worth it.

whether or not you find the technique useful or interesting:
The technique is useful but I think it has a lot of flaws or weaknesses, especially the shadow clones, its the same as the senseors that sense other ninjas when they mold chakra.. I mean even if you see where they are it might be too late to evade the attack.

I kinda like both them jutsus... darn you way of teaching is awesome, you even let me in on the information about how well often the jutsu is sued.. I like that about you *_*

(Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Prison
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

If I were to be honest, this is a useless technique because you need to keep contact with the sphere at all times. That means you need to get into short range. And then on top of that you need to be on a water source. It also requires a ridiculous eight hand seals so unless you're a water specialist, it's suicide. But if you were to use it, it's nothing more than a sphere of water that traps your opponent inside. If you can set it up perfectly to get all the requirements fit for this technique then you can basically stop your opponent from making any movements. But then again, there are so many techs that work even without movements, so even then you are not completely safe. Use this tech with precaution. I personally don't recommend it.

(Suiton: Mizu Kawarimi) - Water Style: Water Replacement
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks but can not attack while in this form.

The Water Replacement technique has a very simple concept. The technique requires you to focus your water chakra throughout your entire body and actually change the properties of your body to water. Because you are constantly focusing water chakra throughout your body to maintain the technique it comes with certain drawbacks. The technique cannot be while taking the offensive. This is more of a defensive technique as it allows you to escape from physical damage. It requires no hand seals and thus can be used to escape close range stabbings or strong collisions. One major risk is that your body has become water, you become weak to fire techniques essentially. You can be turned to steam if a fire techniques hit you and cannot revert back. I've seen this happen before so use it cautiously.
