Warring States Era | Official Clan Submission
► Clan Information:
This thread is used to submit clans for approval and to be indexed in the currently active clan thread. There are two types of submissions: pre-registered and regular. Each uses its own template and adheres to different rules and regulations. When a clan is approved, it is added to the index of active and established clans. When a clan is disbanded, subjugated, or merges with another clan, then it is removed from the index. It is recommended to read the

before you can submit your clan with your members. This requires you alter your history and your clan information. This is because villages no longer exist and bios must be changed to reflect this. How you alter your history depends on whether you are part of a pre-registered clan or are planning on starting a clan after entering the world. Should you choose the latter, you will simply fill the "WSE Clan" portion as N/A as you have no starting clan. For canon bios, you must use the canon bio's history and also add your own WSE history section, noted in the template in the link above.► Pre-Registered Clans:
Clans that have

can submit their Clans prior to roleplaying together in the Warring States Ninja World. In the case of pre-registered clans, you, as your clan's representative, will submit your clan using the pre-registered template. Because clans that have pre-registered are enabled to begin together with the RP knowledge of each other and their clan, they are also required to start in the same landmark. This is a landmark of your choosing, and acts as your clan's first landmark. In the case of pre-registered clans, you are able to select your single landmark which will act as your home landmark. These clan members will spawn together at this landmark together and begin their WSE journey there.

► Regular Clan Submission:
Clans that are not pre-registered are submitted using this template. In the case of beginning a clan after the Warring States Era has started, you are required to meet your fellow clan members in the Ninja World in a roleplay manner before you can submit your clan for approval. This means that you meet your clan members in the world and you choose your starting landmark together in character. Players that choose this method can pick any landmark they please as a starting landmark, but cannot pick landmarks that approved clans have chosen as their starting landmark, or claimed landmarks in the future. Starting without a clan, with this method, allows players to spawn at any landmark of their choosing and then move from their to meet people. You then choose your landmark together, whether it be your starting spawn location or another.
► Updating Approved Clans:

Updating an approved clan is required to maintain it. This is done when a clan wishes to add members, remove members, and alter their history. This is also used when meeting the requirements to level up and advance the one's clan, the requirements of which are found

. Not all of the template is necessarily used in a single update; for the sections not used, write "N/A."

► Claiming & Conquering Landmarks:
As clans inevitably expand and conquer new lands, it will be necessary to keep track of these changes and maintain the maps. This template is used for claiming and conquering landmarks. Claimed landmarks are those which are unoccupied by other clans, making them simple to claim. Conquered landmarks are those which are either diplomatically acquired or acquired through force. Either way, these landmarks must be acquired through treaty. In the case of the latter, it is required to link the treaty between the clans in order to verify the transaction.
