he can easily kill this fart version of naruto who is no different from the naruto lee already solo'd in canon apart from him being drastically weaker due to lack of kurama. aint got ntn on base lee.

He didn't seem to have any issues making clones during the fight with Kiba. He just didn't make 1000.

I think it disrupted his concentration. However, making clones is such a natural jutsu for Naruto that it didn't seem to affect that.

yes but he immediately controlled it and was able to free himself. if the cm effects troubke him, he can quickly gain some distance btw him and her, then he composes himself and with his will power, he goes on to destroiy her. his will allowed him to suppress the seal and like i said before he can maintain himself long enough for someone like hinata.
he doesnt need to have knowledge, he can gain that during the battle as the only thing she can do is close range attacks.
