Are you sure about this? The seal blocks his Kyuubi chakra, no?
As far as I know Naruto can make his 1000 clones without Kyuubi chakra.

He didn't seem to have any issues making clones during the fight with Kiba. He just didn't make 1000.
I think it disrupted his concentration. However, making clones is such a natural jutsu for Naruto that it didn't seem to affect that.

yes but he immediately controlled it and was able to free himself. if the cm effects troubke him, he can quickly gain some distance btw him and her, then he composes himself and with his will power, he goes on to destroiy her. his will allowed him to suppress the seal and like i said before he can maintain himself long enough for someone like hinata.
he doesnt need to have knowledge, he can gain that during the battle as the only thing she can do is close range attacks.
you forget to mention a fight btw 2 hyuugas would result like that with both trading blows utilizing their byakugan, why would sasuke trade blows with her? he doesnt fight like that, hes is more of utilizing shurikens and katon with tacts. he can easily bait her into coming close and then he delivers lotus kick
