That's all nice, though, of course you're being biased and not counting in Chouji's size here. Atsugai is like a small breeze to him. It can't knock him over. Gedo Mazou's shockwave barely did it and GM's shockwave is muuuuuuuuch more powerful. The Katon? It's literally like a campfire. It can burn his skin a little bit, but then Chouji sees the mask and crushes it. Chouji fought Kakuzu before. He knows what his masks can do and that there are multiple of them. He'd know to simply use the spiky boulder technique to roll around like a giant spiky metallic ball, crushing anything in it's path and tanking anything Kakuzu throws at him.

Except was that not in a character description page? Which is basically meant for hype, the jutsu descriptions are supposed to accurately describe the jutsu, whether you believe the hype or not it took a raikiri to stop them, giving them around the same piercing properties.

Which btw it too also towered over the large tree's, meaning that whichever part of chouji's body it engulfs, its going to apply extreme pressure to it, something which not even this amazing "blubber" Can save him from, breaking bones and doing whatever. I used to think Kakuzu stomps but after reading the arguments, I think it is Chouji who will do the stomping. Even with Hidan's help, Kakuzu still gets raped.
