Kakashi would just Kamui Sasoris puppet armour. Guy... would solo because his speed his amazing... and thousands of fodder ninja would throw frisbies at them. If you added in more sand ninja like gaara and temari, then maybe

Listen very carefully that's utter bullshit. Here's the problem one conclusion is logical the other is not. IF the three ninja attack the village no one can come to the aid of another. Should the simultaneously attack if Chiyo get caught in Shadow Manipulation by Shikaku the smarter ninja of the two then she can't move her fingers to attack. And Let's say Sakura goes Hulk Smash. Dead Chiyo. Same thing can happen to Kankuro but because he has knowledge of the Nara clan they'd use a distraction like the Inoichi Akimichi clans. In addition Sakura already has a counter to the poisons used and the poisons aren't insta-kill. So Guy and Lee may get scratched up killing Sasori but since the Medical Ninja in the village know how to cure it (Kankuro wasn't found immediately after his defeat and Sakura had time to extract the poison and find the antidote). (The kazekage nor his iron sand have any speed feats comparable to 7th Gate Gai or 5th Gate Lee)This is all going on simultaneously who has time to help anyone. This isn't even the entire village. Throw in the Aburame clan. The best unenhanced taijutsu users in the village (the hyuuga style of fighting is based of a real martial art which does not need the byakugan to function as opposed to Gai and Lee's gates) the hyuuga clan. You have Tsunade (The second most powerful shinobi in the village), Nearly a kage rank jonnin Kakashi. Shizune, Anko, Inuzuka clan, Kurenai, etc. They stand no chance the shinobi of the hidden leaf have too much.
Oh and Since Byakougou constantly regenerates Tsunade would survive the attack you proposed. Shizune can only logically be immune to poisons. Sakura should have the antidotes prepared. And the poisons not instakill so Kakashi can still Kamui them. Gai can still blitz them (all together now) with Morning Peacock or Hirudora. Tsunade can jump pretty high as seen with her jumping (with the added weight of Gamabunta's sword) We don't know how far Kurenai's genjutsu can extend. I see no reason neither neji or his uncle couldn't be thrown onto their sand and perform a mid-air rotation. Kiba could still do double fang, the Aburame could still send their bugs after them. The Akimichi could still just get bigger and play swat the fly. Even in your proposed scenario they would still lose

When did Kankuro become such a beast? Sasori beat on his ass when he was in that hunched back puppet version. Kankuro hasn't shown any sufficient amount of progression since than.Konoha would survive this one, there are too many high-class ninja's there

Sasori and chiyo are way underated. who would be remembered more. god who took down a nation in an instant or a pupetmaster. all that said Sasori and chiyo with a little support from kankuro (who had info on the village) definatly. I think if they had Pain's element of surprise then deffinatly

Kankuro is better, he schooled sasori in the war. Completely different from when Kankuro got schooled in the kazekage rescue arc.
He said himself that he was better and sasori didn't disagree. Also when Kankuro connected his chakra strings to sasori's, that was a feat that greatly impressed sasori.
