In response to the OP's question, I'd say Chiyo, Sasori and Kankarou, since all the most powerful people of Konoha either aren't in Konoha right now, or would be too worn out to battle those three full-on.

Well the aburame clan would pretty much take on all of them, because they are perfectly suited to deal with chakara strings.
Secondly, with people like Kakashi, Gai, tsunade (to heal), both generations of ino-shika-choji, and that anbu in general. Konoha takes this.
P.S. Sasori took down a country, but it was never said to be have a main ninja village. He most likely took down the Africa of the Ninja world

Kabuto was pulling the strings behind Sasori. A puppet master being used as a puppet from an outside force is like a quarter of strength.
Kankuro never saw what Sasori really had done. Iron sand alone would beat Kankuro and seeing how Sasori made all of Kankuros puppets....

Haha to this! I think you over exaggerated bro, haha! These guys have been long dead during the Pein Arc. I don't think the thread maker would have made this thread if he included Madara or any of the past 4 Kages. That would be retarded.
But I do think that Konoha would win though because of NARUTO, Kakashi, Gai, Aburame clan, and Nara clan. High difficulty though... xd
konoha wins hands down!!
Tsunade isn't fast enough but with her mitotic regeneration jutsu she'll take all 3 out!! They are all long range and mid range, if tsunade gets close to any of them its over, then again she wasn't in konoha alone when pain attacked. Konoha wins this with no difficulty.

Unfortunately konoha would win, way to many powerful shinobi, but I love the puppets and would root for them all the way

I thought about dropping a well detailed analysis but then I then I said "**** it". This isnt worth my time. Come on a team of puppeteers against a village with a clan most suited for fighting puppeteers?(Aburame clan). This is a no brainer. There isnt even a single scenario you can make where team puppet wins.
