The manga doesn't show Sasuke's reflexes being 6 times faster than Bee in his Version 1 cloak. You made that number up. The manga shows Sasuke using he sharingan to evade Killer Bee's attack -

I've seen the film and studied kenjutsu.

An important element of kenjutsu is spatial and on point awareness. Using this, the sword user is encouraged to use diversion manoeuvres to create openings elsewhere.

Sasuke made an opening for Naruto to cut in from below. There was no point in him holding onto the sword because there was an opening for Naruto below and Momoshiki had already closed off from the top.

Naruto and Sasuke have some of the best natural teamwork ever; they can feel each other out perfectly so this works out.

The only swordmaster in the leaf village was and will always will be sasuke. Sasuke has been training with the sword skillful since the first day he was with orochimaru. He even proved his wits in the movie by singlehandly parrying all of momo's tentacle attack by himself

So, how did Sasuke's speed and Kenjutsu fare? For the looks of it, Sasuke has faster speed and reflexes. But this is, after all, a gif out of context. Things could have been different.
