[Discussion] Cheating

Alright so I have talked to some of my friends (boys and girls) and each have a different opinion on the idea of cheating. Some people think that its not so bad that ther person usually has a good reason for it- while others (like me) believe that it is wrong. I was wondering what you guys think state your opinon and give some reasons for it. You can give personal experenices as well as tell stories.

My reasoning for it being wrong is that I believe that if a person has that big of earge to go out with another person or sleep with another person then they should leave/break up with the one they are with (realize its not that easy). I think it would be worse to drag it on and then get caught.

good to hear that I'm not the only one. I especially agree with the bond thing. some of them have been and felt that it was something that could be forgiven- I disagree.

But on actual relationship cheating, I agree. It's awful and just plain wrong in my opinion.

i HATE cheating, its unfair to those that are loyal in a relationship ive been cheated on and it is one of the worst feelings ever for about a month i tormented myself with thoughts that i wasnt good enough that i didnt live up to her expectations, not only that but after my depression stage i used my training in martial arts and broke the guys arm because i was so pissed off.

nowadays i dont really let things get to me because i know what im capable of if im angry, my older brother for instance hes 5 years older than i am and took martial arts classes for two years more then i have but i repeatedly beat him an all out spars.

I read that somewhere that males can't stop themselves from cheating hence it's encoded in our genes. It's doesn't matter how badly we'd like to stop ourselves, it's in our genes to cheat. No offense woman but you belong in the kitchen.
PS. I read a lot of medical journals so who disagrees with me, I shall take it to the next level.

i hate to say it but im a cheater, i've cheated on my girlfriend before. I dated her for 3 months and she treated me like crap, she was always rude to me but we still had good times. With that happening my best friend who was a girl was ALWAYS there for me, she told me that she loved me more than a friend, she too had a boyfriend who treated her like crap. And so we both cheated on our boyfriend/girlfriend with each other. I know what i did was wrong, and she didn't find out from a friend or something, i came out and told her. It's just hard to date someone who is never there for you and then to have someone who you aren't dating who is always there for you. I mean, there was an incident where i was in the hospital for a week, my gf didn't even come see me once while my best friend visited and stayed the night with me every night, she was amazing

depends on if the cheater actually cares for the other person. If this is some high school thing it probably wont last anyway so do what you want.

well put in this instance its ok to cheat because it cabt really be counted as cheating, rep+

this is complete bull**** ive had MANY opportunities to cheat and never have, even when i was at a friends house she came out of the bathroom naked ( she knew i was waiting outside the bathroom ) i basically handed her the towel i was holding because i was going to take a shower when she was done but instead of cheating, i gave her the towel and walked away
