Characters you liked initially but ended up hating

That's right, I forgot the Black Zetsu, he's just a retcon character that only created more plot holes.

The moment he hid under Kaguya's sleeve his character died to me.

I don't hate these characters. Just liked them more before, then became quite indifferent towards them as the series went on.
Gaara. No need to elaborate
Kakashi. It would have been better if he remained dead after the pain invasion.
Hashirama. lol, we were given a false image about him, after all the hype we found out that his personality is the exact same as Naruto. Minato can be included in this as well. Lol
Hinata: somewhat liked her in Part1. But the Naruto-kun spam honestly became unbearable.

Sasuke - was one of my favourite characters in part 1 but now on my hate-list. The problem is that his character essentially became a purely emotionally driven one (part 2 Sasuke is pretty much the embodiment of what they call the "feels") and in fact, stopped making any sense whatsoever toward the end (war-arc Sasuke).

 

[Tantalus Thief]

Obito: he was cool as Tobi kid Obito and I didnt mind that Tobi was Obito. Kishi made him too obessed with Rin after the mask broke. I dont really ate him.

 

[Defence]

I usually have a strong reason for preferring certain characters in the first place so I rarely grow to dislike any.

Having said that Uzamaki Naruto has grown to annoy me in part 2. All the impetuous self righteous TnJ got me irritated on a few occasions. The jump from underdog to "child of prophecy" crap also threw me off. But I can't dislike Naruto. He's unique

 

[LUMOS ULTIMATUM]

Sakura: I didn't mind part 1 Sakura and was actually positive about her. I kinda appreciated early part 2 Sakura but her character took a drastic turn after the Pain arc. I hated how she kept going after Sasuke, even when he tried to kill her. She was one of those stubborn characters who would go as far as leave their village/family/friends just for a one-sided love? That's bad writing to me. Yet, I thought that her character was redeemable. Now that the series has ended and her character has been put to a closure, I can assert that I hate her personality.

Obito: Hated how he took a 180 degrees turn. I respected him for his ideals and his unwavering conviction but at the end, Kishimoto turned his character into a fail.

Kaguya: So much potential wasted.

 

[Rikodou Mode]

Hinata - I expected her to fulfill Neji's potential but Kishi ruined her when she tripped on a rock chasing after Naruto a second time.

BZ - Liked him when he was still mysterious, hated him as soon as he stabbed Madara. worthless piece of burnt skid mark

Minato - Besides FTG he has no originality.
