I originally put Shisui in Demi God tier also, I may move him back up. Danzo should not be in the Demi God tier. It matters more how you use what you have, not what you have in the first place. I think Itachi is bordering Demi God, but Sasuke is not. Deidara, Kisame and Gai are stronger than who?
Edit; @Tento I didn't necessarily name them after Greek mythology, but "God" is generally the most powerful being, "Demi God" would be next, and "Titan" is considered something of immense power. That's what I think of when I think of those words, and that's what I meant. Sorry if it's confusing. I may think of different tier names.

Yes, it was a jutsu he used, but also he used it when he was very ill.
Generally, when people say "Nagato" they refer to a healthy Nagato, not the 6 pains he was controlling through chakra receivers. And no, Minato shouldn't rank with Hiruzen and Hashi.

I'm agree with all except the fact that you put Mifune,Tsunade,Sasori in titans whereas you choosed to put in lower level Danzo,Kakashi,Gai ,Kisame and Kakuzu who are at least on the same level than them .
Danzo (KA,baku,Izanagi,mokuton)
Kakashi (MS,1000 jutsus,3 elements,one of best strategist)
Gai (incredible speed,can open 8th Gates wich said to be surpasse hokage level,big chakra)
Kisame (Samehada,regeneration,highest level off suiton)
kakuzu (Fought Hashirama, 5 Hearts, 5 elements)

Why is Shisui so high? I realise by hype he had great genjutsu prowess, but that doesn't warrant such a high ranking. There are probably more flaws but I'm too lazy to look through it all right now.

Gaara has just proven more than his worth in the latest chapters, and Shisui had KA, a genjutsu that could completely control someone, and activation didn't even require eye contact. I think you are underestimating his genjutsu a little. And what, are you saying Minato should be Demi God?
