Now force your chakra into my clone making his chakra flow be disturbed. This inturn allows you to write a program or something into his brain. Or perhaps allows you to manipulate his senses. Make him see the environment he is standing differently. E.g. If he's standing on water, make him see that he is now in the middle of a desert. Many things can be fashion with you having his sense of sight at your mercy.

Mark Uses the Molded Chakra And Directs it out of his Body.
He Forces it into your Clones Body.
As I manipulate my chakra to Disturb your clones Chakra Flow.
I See an image of His Brain in my Head.
With Multiple Lights.
I Use my Chakra to Edit the One that is Conected to his Eyes.
I Slowly Change it.
Allowing your Clone to see Rain Falling.
I also Edit the terrain be turned into a Forrest with many Flowers.

Now redo it but now you put in more chakra and now you will layer the same genjutsu twice on him though with different terrain. Force your chakra into your opponent and cast two genjutsu on him though the seconds only appears when he breaks out of the first. Make him see the terrain differently like we did above then when he breaks from it, he enters into the second genjutsu which is another terrain.

He Releases them From his Chakra points and Forces them inside of Clone.
As i Add another wave of Chakra.
i Put the Chakra Right behind the First row of Chakra.
I Cause the Chakra to Edit the Eyes.
Causing him to See a Snowy area when he breaks trough the first Genjutsu.
I also add to it that its snowing.

I don't even understand what you wrote.

You are not adding chakra to the previous genjutsu, its a new genjutsu entirely, only that there two terrains where one appears first then the other appears when the first is being broken from.

I Start molding my chakra again.
All around my Chakra Points i wait until i have the same amount of Chakra at each of them.
I Direct the chakra Out of my Chakra Points, into the air and it travels towards your clone.
I make the chakra enter your clones Vision center once again.
I manipulate the vision center of your brain to see an extra field of grass around.
Alongside the grass i add onto it some Statues made out of Gold Painted Iron.

Description: The user will do a sequence of 3 handseals,
putting his opponents under a double
layered Genjutsu. The user is able to create
false surroundings to fool his targets, much
like the simpler version of the technique.
However, the illusion is in fact layered. If the opponent manages to release the first one,
he will then feel the effects of the second
illusion. If, for example, the first illusion is
that of a desert and the second that of a
forest, upon releasing the first one, the
opponent will see the desert fade away while the forest appears around him, making him
think he dispelled the illusion while in
essence he is still caught in one. Each illusion
is equivalent to C-Rank and both are casted
at the same time. While normal releases will
release only one illusion at a time, a strong enough pain or an external source of chakra
can dispel both at the same time.

Are both of the jutsus only sight based?
So if I would make it rain, wouldn't they notice that it is fake since they wouldn't feel the rain?

Yes its only sight based so its upto you to know the kind of terrain that won't easily be noticed.

Now you will force your chakra into my clone and take control of his sense of sight. Let him see you disperse into petals and twirl around him, this would blind him and mask your movement.

Slowly I disperse around him, as multiple small flower petals.
That is in the genjutsu,the clone is uncapabke of seeing what I do outside of the jutsu.
while I have the chance, I throw a kunai at the clone

Well done.

Another sight deceiving genjutsu. Force your chakra into my clone while putting him in an illusion. In the illusion, he'll see you make a clone who dashes towards him but in reality, you are just throwing a kunai strapped with paper bomb which would explode when it reaches him.

I start molding chakra from my chakra points.
I send it out of my skin, towards your clone.
I maintain the chakra until it reaches your clone, I then force the chakra into your clones optic brain center.
I give him an illusion, inside of it it shows me forming the shadow clone handseal and creating a clone that dashes towards your clone.
While In reality, with speed I attach a paper bomb to my kunai and I throw it.
As the clone was supposed to reach your clone, in fact a kunai does.

Though forcing your chakra into your target for genjutsu purposes is quite instant.

Another, now force your chakra into my clone once again and also tame his sense of sight. Make him see that your now have hundreds of clones emerging from everywhere, ground, water, tree, rocks, depending on your terrain. If my clone attacks them they look intangible but you can cordinate your attack with the assault of the clones by substituting yourself with one of them.

I start Standing Straight, Back Straight, Arms Straight down and my eyes Looking into your Clones Eyes.
I Mold chakra from my Chakra Points, Releasing them From the chakra points. As i do that, I send them towards my Core.
In there i continue to mold the Chakra Into One and Instantly Direct the chakra out of my body towards your clone.
I once again send the chakra into the Optic Centre of the clone's Brain.
As i do that i force him to see Multiple Me's Coming out of The Ground, Nearby Tree's and the water.
I send all of them to dash against your clone. The real me keeps substituting with the Fake Clones.
Until i reach a close location to your clone, I grab a kunai and Do a Verticle Slash from your clones upper torso to his Lower torso."*Huff* Eh, Sensei... Can i get a break to Regain some chakra*Huff*"

Now put my clone in another illusion by disturbing his chakra flow using your chakra, then make him see at first that you disappear is a swirling of leaves then the leaves swirls around him before they calm and subsides. Once the leaves are no more, you make him see something that could be a worst nightmare to him. Maybe one of his comrade dieing a horrible death, etc.

No problem, I didn't even have the taught of "Priest should reply now!" in my head.
I grab the pill from your hands.
After hesitating for less than 2 seconds, i hold the pill and i eat it without chewing.
I then continue to face your clone, Standing still and molding chakra from my chakra points.
Gathering them at my core, Kneading it and Focusing it out of my body towards your clone.
I focus the chakra into him and disturbing his chakra flow, i then continue to focus the chakra into your clone's Optic center.
As i do that, i force your clone to see me disappear into a large amount of leaves, Forming a sort of leave tornado.
as the leaves slowly dissapear again, i am nowhere to be seen, but a shadow is.
A Large Spider appears, with thousands of small spiders crawling around the large spider.

Question: Do the Nightmares appear at the spot where the leaves go away?

1. the wind woild pass through the leaves as its only an illusion and not tangible.
2. They maight aswell be wood clone, water clone, earth clone or lightning clone which i pretty much know that you don't need any handseal for. So the illusion is still solid and can be stealthy.
3. It may not be at the exact spot but after the leaves subsides, follows a malicious omen.
