Hey, i'm probably looking stupid as i type this but is chakra real?
I watch Naruto and i hear them talking about chakras but is it possible that its true?
I hear people on the internet talking about psiconics and stuff.:flaw:

I do beleive that you can train your body to withstand more than the average human. I've seen on the national geographic or discovery channel were shaolin monks displayed their unusual abilities. Like jump on glass and not having any cuts, hanging themselves by rope and being able to just stay there. The list goes on and on.

chakra, ki, chi, the force and anyother thing you can think of is all energy which we all know is real. it's there ability to harness that energy to perform amazing abilities. so in a sense chakra is real. the abilty to preform jutsus is another matter.

It’s as about as real as chi/spirit energy/soul/force. If you believe in any of that then yes there is some truth to Chakra if you don't then I would say no.

Chakra is a reference to the hindu belief of flowing points of internal energy. Chi/ki is what the Japanese and Chinese call the energy flowing through our bodies. The point at which the stem from is called the tien ten, which resides in the gut. Do I believe in it, to an extent. That guy who says he can knock someone out with just his chi, lies, it only works on people who truly believe that it works, just like pentacostal christians. Can you raise your level of energy and direct it to certain points of your body, definitely, it takes a lot of practice but it can be done. How else can those guys break twenty plus bricks with their elbow.
