Another basic but very flexible attack. After performing the required hand seals they will manipulate a water source to create a streaming water which can be guided by the opponents chakra while maintaining complete focus on it. It can hit a number of targets as well as act as a barrier. You must maintain focus on it but its a handy jutsu. Due to its mobility it can move through tight spaces and hit in angle most would find difficult.

A surprise attack jutsu, while your opponent is standing on top of a water source. With manipulation of the water under the opponent, the user will create a whirlpool which will suck everything in range, that includes yourself if you are caught so be weary. It is considered a jutsu for distractions and set up mainly for attacks. You're opponent must be on a water source.

Description:After performing the Ram → Snake → Tiger hand seals the user creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil.

A supplementary jutsu. The user after performing the required hand seals will create a black mist cloud right above the opponent where its size is just big enough to cover a short range of where it is placed but the cloud itself can be moves up to mid range of your own location. The black cloud will begin to rain a flammable substance (oil). It does not cause any restriction of movement but its main purpose is to ignite it with fire to completely burn the opponent severely. Now if you are ever caught using a full body wind jutsu can easily blow the oil away.

Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram the user creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

Basic technique the user does 3 hand seals and controls water veins that run down a mountain making it very location based to use properly. Water will begin to fall from it creating a water fall. The more chakra you send the larger the water fall itself can become. This can be used to set up certain water techniques that require a water source being a good source. It can make your presence if you hide behind it, it be hard for the opponent to find you as well as you can do a surprise attack. Though with sensory and dojutsu users would not be the best idea to do.

Description: The user will manipulate one of their water clones to dissolve back to water and turn into four pointed projectiles that shoot at the target.
Note: Must create a water clone before hand.

After making a water clone it will go close to the opponent and by the will of the opponent, the clone will dissolve back into water and suddenly 4 projectile which are quite sharp will act to try and impale the opponent. You must have a water clone first before you do this tech. You can use the clone to get in close to the opponent making evasion much more difficult to perform. Its also a sudden technique so it can deceive the opponent if used correctly. Its a straightforward tech and after the projectiles have been sent your done from their and you can continue to another tech.

1. (Suiton: Kokuun) - Water Style: Black Clouds: I like this jutsu since it rains oil around the opponent. With that oil I can easily start a powerful fire on my target with the help of a katon technique. The downside to this jutsu is that I can set myself on fire , but that can easily be avoided woith a defensive wind attack. The counter would have to be used before the fire is started ofc.

2. (Suiton: Mizu Tsurudan) - Water Release: Water Tendril Bullets: this jutsu is useful since I can be attacking from a distance while my clone is pressing the opponent at close range. While in combat with my clone, I can detonate it and use it as a trap

3. (Suiton: Takitsubo) - Water Release: Waterfall Basin: Even tho its location based, this jutsu could be useful. I can use the waterfall as a crushing force to fall on enemies or structures. Also the waterfall can be used as a water source and I can hide behind the waterfall and use long range jutsu.

4. (Suiton: Daibakuryuu) - Water Release: Great Exploding Current: another location based jutsu, I ranked this low since it wouldn't really do nothing but force the enemy out of their current standing point and set up for more moves.

5. (Suiton: Suishi no Jutsu) – Water Drowning Technique- the jutsu sounds good because of its flexibility but it requires a water resource, which isn't always there. I only like that it can fit through most tight spaces and hit multiple targets.

Description: The user will first strike their target with couple of punches and kicks them lifting the target into the air and the user will then concentrate their chakra into their palm and then swinging their arm in a arc they release chakra creating a cresent blade of water that strike the target.

Okay a straightforward technique. After doing some quick body movement attacks, like punches and kicks. You will finally launch the opponent in the air and while the opponent is airborne the user will concentrate water chakra in their palm and swing it towards the hanging opponent releasing a crescent blade of water which will act to impale the opponent on contact. Now this is a basic technique and very good for close range usage. Having good speed and fluid movement would work well with this jutsu, using drunken fist would be a great combo. An opponent in the air has very little they can do. Ways to counter is if the opponent gets in close range, you can use a armor to hurt their fist. One of the many counters.

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and then they create water to rise up from the ground beneath the target lifting them into the air.

A simple but handy jutsu. It can be used quickly without a hand seals or water source. You can rise a pillar of below the opponent to send them high into the air which from their you can send an attack. Its great for combos. Also you can even use it for yourself to send you mid-air and evade certain attacks and since it causes no damage you can send a attack with no hesitation. If user ever against you, one thing you can do is send a stream of wind to push yourself back to evade attacks.

Description: After making the ram hand seal the user generates water around their right arm and then by thrusting their arm forwards they release the water in the form of a projectile bullet that drives through the opponent pushing them back several feet.

A very basic jutsu. First of all it requires one hand seal and it can only work short range. This is a very large risk to take because though its one hand seal a opponent can easily use a taijutsu move before you fully perform the technique. Its a basic short range attack and nice to use. The user will create a water around their arm and send a projectile bullet which acts to forcefully push the opponent back. Its also fast moving bullet, if you are able to fully perform the technique then evasion is very difficult. A nice jutsu I recommend trying to restrict the opponents movement so you can fully perform it accurately.

( Suiton: Seisuiryu ) - Water Release: Azure Water Stream

Description: The user will create a moving body of water beneath him that travels towards the opponent carrying the user. They then slash the opponent with their sword multiple times.

Okay this is actually a handy jutsu but is misused many times. The user will simply create a pool of water beneath them which acts to carry the opponent forward. Not side to side, it acts to only move one direction towards the opponent. Its good to evade certain techniques. Now when you reach the opponent, you take out your sword and slash him up to bits. Its a fast acting jutsu so its hard for the opponent to note come in contact though the pool can only move mid range at most. Its a nice jutsu to use for close range battle. A simple counter which you can turn into a offense is electrifying the water, shock the opponents feet.

( Suiton: Nagareru no Muchi ) - Water Release: Flowing Whip

Description: The user first kneads chakra in their mouth and then, placing their hand on their mouth expels water in the form of a whip which they use to lash their opponent, sending them flying backwards.

Okay a streaming water technique meaning you will have to keep constant control over its movement and where you send it. You will basically send a stream of water towards the opponent which acts to lash or whip the opponent and send the back some meters. Now its hard to evade since its streaming so you can specifically aim and control as long as you remain focused. Blocking is the best thing to do for this jutsu as a line of defense.

1- flowing whip : I likes this jutsu the most out of the 4 since it actually causes direct damage and doesnt require seals. It's offensive and defensive amd has knockback which allows me to set up a strategy while my opponent is is recovering

2. Water palm tech: this jutsu is useful especially against opponents who are know to use fire style projectiles. This jutsu can easily conter those and is really performed with just simple free form. Also I can easily use this while in the midst of hand to hand combat

3. Water pillar : I like the fact that this jutsu not only allows me to send enemies flying up but it allows me to propel myself , putting me out of reach for a good number of jutsu. I can use this in conjunction with the water palm technique to slice up does in mid air following the pillar.

4. Water stream: this jutsu is cool and useful for blitzing enemies at close range. Thanks to the speedi can rush them while weaving seals for the next jutsu or simply can just chop them up

Alright I’ll pick up from where Noni was. The last one of the C-ranks, so what I want you to do is channel your chakra into the surround space, this will allow for your water chakra to take form from the moisture around you. Following this, condense the water to take a solid form while manipulating it to create projectiles. The projectiles are then shot towards the clone I will create for you and attempt to stab it with great speed and force. You can also use this technique to make smaller ones as well but by channeling the said chakra into your hands and releasing it as you swing your hand.



As you can see here^ it’s the first move Mei makes in the start of the video and if skip to 0:33 you will a slight look as to how it’s done with the hands. It’s a rather fast and useful technique.

Satoshi releases his water element chakra into the cool air. As his ckara danced above his head, he then mixed his chakra with the lingering water vapor. Molding and condensing the two into 6 "melon-sized" water projectiles. He then launched all 6 simultaneously toward the clone, drilling and splashing through its body upon contact.

Good now make three hand seals, while channeling your water chakra into your hand to create a ball of water in your hand. You extend it outwards towards the opponent and it a wall of water gets sent at them. Rather easy and simply if I do say so myself.

Now after that, make 44 hand seals, then channel your chakra into a water source to create a dragon of water. Up to s-rank for primary water specialists, a-rank for secondary specialists, b-rank for no specialists. The versatility of this jutsu is exponential, as long as you have that water source.

The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.

Satoshi releases his water chakra from the palm of his right hand. he forces the water into a small vortex using his shape manipulation. He then thrust his right palm forward, causing the vortex to launch and extend in a spiralling motion.

Satoshi would then perform 44 handseals in rapid succession. While doing so, he infused a nearby lake with his water chakra so he could use it as a reliable source for his jutsu. Whilst still maintaining the final handseal, he would control the water to lift and form into a gargantuan dragon composed of only water.

Alright lets move one, next one I want you to make a single hand seal this being the ram seal and channeling your water chakra into your hands to create a water orb. Once the orb is made , create several sharp whips of water to extend outwards from the orb and send them flying to impale the enemy with it.

Once your done with that, make the tiger seal while gathering your water chakra into your stomach. Once you do this channel the chakra into your mouth and unleash a spiraling blast of water towards the enemy. You can create the technique based on how much chakra you put into the attack but you can also release them into smaller versions but only up to 5 at a time and these will be B-ranked in power all together.

After being given the instructions, Satoshi would release his water chakra . Doing this allows me to summom a sufficient amount of water from my hands to form an orb. Orb in hand, Satoshi would then force his suiton orb by adding additional chakra , rapidly pushing outwards and acting as whips . Satoshi would turn toward a nearby tree and constantly impale it with a continuous rain of strikes.

Satoshi then would weave a single handseal. As he did this, Satoshi would mold suiton chakra within his abdomen and channel the water up is throat and into his mouth. He would then spit out the water projectile at a nearby tree and watched as the forced caused is to be severely damaged.

Alright now we move on.

For the first technique I want you to channel your water chakra and doing so while making the ram seal, channel the chakra from your stomach and up to your throat. Using the chakra, pressurize the water enough to be released as a sharp torrent of water that cuts through stone.

For the second technique channel you chakra around you while making the required hand seals. Once you’re done, create the water around you to spiral into the form of a giant snake/serpent. Once its form you can control the snake to attack the enemy by coming down onto them and catching them into the mouth of the snake, also drowning them.

The third one is rather easy, doing what you learnt earlier with the water prison, simply channel you water chakra underneath the enemy to create a water source. Once the source is form, control its shape to form around the enemy and keep them trapped within the sphere.

Satoshi inhaled deeply. As he was inhaling, he would also be molding his water chakra within his stomach. He then preformed the ram handseal before forcing the water out his mouth. Using his shape manipulation skills, the water would condense into a high pressure stream which cut through the ground in front of Satoshi.

Next, Satoshi released his water chakra through all of his points, causing his chakra to surround him. He strung together 5 handseals, causing a vortex of water to appear. The vortex would spiral upward then at the apex of the vortex, a snakes head would form. The snake's head would forever keep an open mouth, exposing its fangs.
(Question: does this jutsu require me to keep the handseals in order to continue to use it , like a stream technique. Or does it have a mind of its own and follow the enemy?)

Satoshi saw a nearby scarecrow stalking him about 15 yards away. He pooled his water chakra under the inanimate object and created a small water source under it. He then manipulatedthe water source to form a sphere , ensnaring the scarecrow.

This is a basic and simple water technique which is an advanced version of Water Prison Technique. Simply channel your chakra directly underneath the enemy and using shape manipulation, create the water to form around the enemy. This technique is much better due to the fact it uses its own water to form into the prison and you don’t have to keep constant chakra manipulation to maintain it. The one thing im not 100% is that if you can utilize another element aside from water when doing so, but I assume youd need Yin/Yang to do so.

(Suiton: Mizurappa) - Water Release: Water Horn

Description: After waving the Dragon → Tiger → Rabbit hand seals, the user creates a big jet of water that is launched from their mouth. This technique works exceptionally well with Lava Release: Quicklime Congealing Technique to help it become like cement.

For this one, simply channel your water chakra into your stomach while making the hand seals Dragon → Tiger → Rabbit, then using your chakra channel from your stomach and out of your throat. Once you do this, unleash a powerful jet of water from your mouth towards the enemy.

(Suiton: Haran Banshō) - Water Release: Stormy Blockade

Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.

Now this one is a sweet technique, first begin channeling your chakra directly above the enemy with the surrounding moisture. Once you do this, the water will form into a giant free falling wave. The reason this technique is good and bad is for one, it needs to be formed at least 10 meters over head for it to actually have an effect, but that doesn’t stop you from simply using the water as a medium for your lightning techniques , especially if you’re enemy gets wet from the attack. It’s great for follow up combos when used correctly. It can also be used as a water sourced when summoned.

(Suiton: Mizugakure no jutsu) - Water Release Hidden Amongst Water Technique

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and then blend in with a water source to be undetected by the enemy for a short period of time. However Sensory Ninja and Doujutsu users can find the enemy easily within the water source.

This next technique isn’t exactly as useful if your vs a dojutsu user or a sensory ninja but once you’re on a water source you can use this technique to merge into the water and hide away from the enemy. This technique is really a double edged sword as it can be used for nice sneak attacks but also if the enemy catches wind of you inside of it, consider yourself cooked with a lightning technique lol.

(Suiton: Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave

Description: The user performs the snake hand seal and creates a large volume of water from their mouth spilling it toward the ground and lifting them up into the air. The user can also ride the wave, allowing him to travel at high speeds and attacking the enemy. The user can create a small ocean worth of water even in barren conditions and can use the water for additional techniques.

Lastly make the snake seal while channeling your chakra into your mouth and send it towards the enemy. The water then forms underneath them and pushes them directly into the air. You can use the wave of water also as a means of transportation and ride it out to get closer. One final thing to notice is that it creates enough water for you to use for techniques that require a water source.

Satoshi summons a clone and orders it to walk into mid range. He then channeled his water chakra under the clones feet. This would create a water source under the clones feet which would form itself into a sphere of water. The sphere of water would trap the clone until it drowned.

Next, Satoshi weaved a chain of 3 handseals while molding his water chakra into his stomach. Satoshi then forced the chakra out of him as a stream of high pressure water. The stream would burst through the water prison, dispersing the clone inside.

Next, Satoshi slammed his palms onto the surface while releasing his water chakra in the atmosphere. This caused a large amount of water to form and splash onto the earth.

Using his previous jutsu as a water source, Satoshi walked over top of the water and merged with the water. He would then pounce back up into his normal form.

Next, he would create another clone. He then spewed out a large amount of water which would result in a wave forcing the clone up into the air.
