Can the rinnegan break every genjutsu ?

if rinnegan is a evolution from sharingan and sharingan can break genjutsu wouldnt rinnegan also be able to do it? otherwise it would seem more like a degradation

Sharingan CAN'T break genjutsu, -_-.......and did you not heare what Itachi told kakashi? he may have the sharingan, but only one with uchiha BLOOD can resist/break tsukyomi, Nagato had a implant, Madara is the true heir to the eye with the blood, he cannot break it......

Sound genjutsu is the best genjutsu, no way to "look at the users chin" or any garbage like that. No way to avoid it, it doesn't matter how long it takes to charge up, if you can't avoid getting caught in it, and can't stop it. Where does that leave you. And seeing as it made it possible for him to kill 3 high level bodies, :flaw: on it being weak.

It can see through genjutsu, which leads to breaking them pretty easily. Same end result though, so no need to keep correcting folks when you know exactly what they mean.

I already pointed out that a lot of the things Itachi said was questionable, some of them direct lies, so I don’t understand why you keep bringing that up as a fact. Everything Itachi/ tobi/zetzu said needs to be taken with a grain of salt.
