I think so, but I'm not sure. Say if Tobi were to try to warp Sasuke he could easily activate Susanoo to prevent this from happening. Or if Madara activated PS while being warped would Tobi just fling off?

Depends of the MS user has knowledge on Tobi's S/T techs and if he sees the attack coming.
If they see Tobi coming and/or have knowledge on his S/T techs: Yes
If they don't see Tobi coming and/or don't have knowledge on his S/T techs: No
If they see Tobi coming and/or have knowledge on his S/T techs: Yes
If they don't see Tobi coming and/or don't have knowledge on his S/T techs: No

We don't know the capacity of Tobi's warping abilities, however there are some things we know. It appears he has to make contact with whatever he's warping. He can phase through things, but must make himself solid again to make contact. If Susanoo were activated, Tobi could theoretically phase through it, but once he unphased to make contact and warp the user, he would get fried being inside Susanoo...

They won't react in time. When the warping begins, I doubt they'll be able to use such jutsus, they'll just be in shock.
Sharigan + incredible speed and reflexes. I reckon the uchihas Sasuke,Madara and Itachi could.

If Susanoo is already activated, Tobi can just warp inside Susanoo though.

of course it does. some people think otherwise though. its been shown that tobi has to make physical contact with whatever he wants to warp. the moment an MS user feels a hand on them, they could just activate susano and fling tobi off. they could then deactivate susano then rinse and repeat. there isnt even enough space for 2 people in susano imo and susano seems more chakra shroudish then hollow.

Yeah I can agree with this. If they don't see him coming of course they're doomed if they don't have their guard up.
Not to sure about the knowledge part a jutsu that doesn't require handseals like Susanoo can be activated if they still have their guard up.

:sy: Not the user. Susanoo is basically a living wall of high energy chakra that acts a shield completely engulfing the user. Anything within Susanoo and outside the users body would be caught in a field of destructive chakra.

Itachi knew it was coming. Without knowledge he can't counter the warp. Don't try it.
Its a hardened defense on the outside. No proof points towards it only being bearable to the user when inside it. If that's the case, Sasuke would've been toast when Itachi saved him against Kabuto.
I think this is debatable. Because Minato, with his reflexes, only barely managed a FTG after he was alerted of Tobi's presence and was on guard. If Tobi pops up and immediately begins warping (such as with Torune) it'd be really hard to process the situation and react in time (IMO).
