Can Susanoo counter Tobi's Warping Ability?

I think so, but I'm not sure. Say if Tobi were to try to warp Sasuke he could easily activate Susanoo to prevent this from happening. Or if Madara activated PS while being warped would Tobi just fling off?

Actually it can activate in an instant. Madara just used it to save his ass plenty of times. Sasuke against the raikage. Itachi against Kirin.

He can phase through things, but must make himself solid again to make contact. If Susanoo were activated, Tobi could theoretically phase through it, but once he unphased to make contact and warp the user, he would get fried being inside Susanoo...

of course it does. some people think otherwise though. its been shown that tobi has to make physical contact with whatever he wants to warp. the moment an MS user feels a hand on them, they could just activate susano and fling tobi off. they could then deactivate susano then rinse and repeat. there isnt even enough space for 2 people in susano imo and susano seems more chakra shroudish then hollow.

Tobi is badass with warping. He could probably warp Susano'o aswell perhaps.

Yeah I can agree with this. If they don't see him coming of course they're doomed if they don't have their guard up.

Itachi knew it was coming. Without knowledge he can't counter the warp. Don't try it.

Its a hardened defense on the outside. No proof points towards it only being bearable to the user when inside it. If that's the case, Sasuke would've been toast when Itachi saved him against Kabuto.

I think this is debatable. Because Minato, with his reflexes, only barely managed a FTG after he was alerted of Tobi's presence and was on guard. If Tobi pops up and immediately begins warping (such as with Torune) it'd be really hard to process the situation and react in time (IMO).
