Can Susanoo counter Tobi's Warping Ability?

PS=Perfect Susanoo. Susanoo takes a long time to activate? I guess you didn't see when Itachi blocked lightning with it. Or when Sasuke defended against Raikages attacks.
I don't think Tobi can warp Susanoo that's a little far fetched for me.
What if Tobi warps close enough to the MS user that the Susanoo's shroud will just cover him too (I guess this one's debatable)?

Hell, only the the upper ribs managed to form for that Rasengan. I don't think he'd manage anymore than a few ribs for Tobi's warp anyway...

It depends if they know about Tobi's technique or not (and Izanagi if it comes to that). If they used partial transformation with knowledge like this:
It could act as an extra appendage for them to use. If it's the way other people are describing it than an Uchiha might be able to stop it but not just by just sitting in Susano'o or anything.

@the firstt one. Well if Tobi is aiming to warp someone he has solidify himself . If he remains solid while attacking Susanoo woould push him back.
@second one. No doubt this will end a Susanoo user although Madaras has legs that would push him up.

Maybe even doing what he did with Torune would work seeing that there's a decent amount of space between Madara and the ribs.Hell, only the the upper ribs managed to form for that Rasengan.
