he turned faster after what? his reaction time and speed greatly increases when using V2. he activated v2 here clearly

You said so yourself that Itachi wasnt trying to kill Sasuke. if he had fired an instant amaterazu at Sasuke, he wouldnt have been able to dodge and he would have died. remember the amaterazu Itachi used on Nagato and his summoning? wasnt that instant? the only thing Sasuke has over Itachi is that he can control his amaterazu. but the speed is the same

Baka. Sasuke was able to "outrun" amaterasu because he knew Itachi was going to use it and kept running from Itachi's field of vision. Ay only dodged amaterasu after it had spawned.

Where does it say that he is able to sense what other people's chakra are doing or about to do?

All it said was he could sense chakra.

I want the scan of him sensing Jutsus or this is just a misinterpretation of his sensory abilities.
