yes im sure, naruto doesn't have the raikage's speed. sasuke's eyes couldn't keep up with the raikage. what speed does naruto have to keep sasuke from following him?

the fact is Naruto can sense amaterasu before sasuke could even use it just like how obito sensed Sasuke was going to use amaterasu. and in SM naruto dodged third Raikages(one of the fastest character in the entire series) attack so close thats enough to prove he can dodge amaterasu.

also the real point is can sasuke follow naruto's movement when Naruto is using frog kata ????

hell no its stated in manga even Rinnegan user cant see frog kata only Senjutsu user can see it.

frog kata is taijutsu enhancement, it isn't movement speed enhancement.
