Would also like to point out, Even in gaiden, Sasuke only used susanoo after his Ocular powers returned.

If Susanoo had no need for eyes, that sasuke's ocular jutsu being weakened shouldn't of affected his ability to use susanoo, Which it seems it did in Gaiden.

Just because we don't see everything in the manga, doesn't mean it isn't within his ability to do so. Madara and Sasuke are more alike than not. They are both transmigrants and if Madara can do that one thing, then Sasuke can as well.Awakening the sharingan and Susanoo are Sharingan basics and not excluded just to a particular person like MS dojutsus.
