When incorporating Japanese Mythology into the equation, we can reason that Susanoo does not require any eye techniques

All three were born from Izanagi, when he washed his face clean of the pollutants of Yomi, the underworld. Amaterasu was born when Izanagi washed out his left eye, Tsukuyomi was born from the washing of the right eye, and Susanoo from the washing of the nose.

Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu comes from the eyes, whereas Susanoo comes from the nose, so one does not need eyes to use Susanoo.

Basically Susanoo is needed in both eyes to awaken but does not require both eyes to use it due to the special chakra MS produces in the brain.

Sasuke even states every cell of his body hurt while using the technique and not his eyes.

The OP's question is whether that without his sharingan can he activate the Susanoo and the answer is yes. His brain has already sprouted that special chakra that allowed him to awaken the Sharingan. Once awakened, he can activate the Susanoo while blind. Sasuke has already has shown to use Susanoo while blind but the next step to which he can go would be no eyes.

Just because we don't see everything in the manga, doesn't mean it isn't within his ability to do so. Madara and Sasuke are more alike than not. They are both transmigrants and if Madara can do that one thing, then Sasuke can as well.Awakening the sharingan and Susanoo are Sharingan basics and not excluded just to a particular person like MS dojutsus.

Sasuke hasn't shown the other 3 paths with his Rinnegan, does it mean he doesn't have it?

Even though we are discussing about this it's pointless, the EMS would boost your susanno's power and even more with SM prowess. Sasuke has yet not displayed such activation of Susanno in his adult form, i think that ability is rather unnecessary unless you are in the same situation as madara.

Terrible logic.
Regardless of them both being transmigrants doesn't automatically give them the same ability to do what the other can. That's like me saying madara can use amaterasu/enton purely because sasuke can and because kishi didn't show us madara's unqiue MS/EMS jutsu.
