Can Sasuke use Tsukuyomi?

Thanks for the reply . But since he has EMS, doesn't that mean he can use those eyes as much as he pleases without getting tired or using up chakra? Or am I missing something here?

No he cant. Tsukyiomi is a Jutsu that only Itachi could use. It was one of his two awakened MS power. Every uchiha when obtaining the MS gets 2 ms tech. Itach got amaterasu and tsuku and sasuke got amaterasu and blaze release

He has limit for his Chakra reserves, though Tsukuyomi uses lot of Chakra. Danzo told him he is not good at Tsukuyomi. So really, why you resort to something uses too much when you're not good at it?

But Enton is his second eye power. It was stated AND shown that he uses Amaterasu in one eye and controls it w/ Enton in the other. Susano'o's requirements of Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu were obviously retconned because later on in the manga it was just stated that you have to unlock power in both eyes.

I've seen people claim that the genjutsu he used on Bee was his Tsukiyomi, but if that's the case why didn't Sasuke unlock Susano'o there? The answer is simple: because it wasn't Tsukiyomi and he didn't unlock his second eye power. It wasn't until the 5 Kage Summit that Sasuke unlocked his second eye power (Enton) which then unlocked Susano'o (because he unlocked powers in both eyes).

you need

Amatersu+Tsukyomi to unlock suanno

Enton was his MS power child.
