uuhhh...what is copying fodder ninjutsu going to do for sasuke fighting top-tiers ninja?
You're automatically assuming that any jutsu Sasuke seen wouldn't have ever been beneficial to him. You don't know that because you don't know every jutsu he's seen.
By the way, remember his preliminary match? His opponent
absorbed his chakra.

That's basically a Non Rinnegan user's Preta Path. If Sasuke had copied that ability, surely you can atleast somewhat understand how important that would be.
I'm glad you commented because i never even notice that until now. Surprisingly this ability came to my mind quickly when i started thinking about what you said.
Granted Sasuke didn't have his Sharingan activated at the time, but after the prelims, he could have confronted him again to copy it.
there is nothing in sasuke's arsenal that would require him to use shadow clones to master an S-ranked jutsu like rasenshuriken...
That's irrelevant. My point was he could always use it to help gain knowledge, and experience faster, which would significantly help him progress even quicker. This can be used for any technique.
Besides, i bet Dragon's Flame and Kirin were tough to master. A top tier badass, epic, powerful Fire style, and Lightning style technique.

Here's an example of it's usefulness. If he has a month of free time and it takes him that whole month to learn one jutsu then with the Shadow Clone Method he could learn it alot quicker, and have more time to learn additional techniques.
Imagine if he were to use the Shadow Clone Method during the 15 day prep time of training for the Chunin Finals. Areas he worked on - Chakra Control, Shape Manipulation, Nature Transformation, Speed, Strength, & Taijutsu. On top of developing his second nature element enough to master the Chidori and physically develop himself well enough to attain Lee's level of High Speed Taijutsu. With Clones he could have learned even more. Perhaps gotten started on Chidori variants.
Kakashi copied over 1000 jutsu, Chidori is his only original technique. Sasuke, having already learned it, likely would have been shown jutsu to copy from Kakashi, who could think over what techniques he knows that would best suite him.

You need to broaden your perspectives, expand your horizons. Hopefully i just helped you do so. There's so much potential.
also given the fact that sasuke could make about 990 clones less than naruto I doubt he develope much.
Very false. Reread my comment - Naruto learned and developed his first nature element at 16, whereas ONE Sasuke, at much younger ages, had already done so with TWO Nature Elements, which he had mastered by the time he was 16.
Naruto essentially needed thousands of clones to do what ONE Sasuke did. He learned how to use his wind element for a Wind Rasengan (not RasenShuriken) in what? A week? Without the Shadow Clone method it would take Naruto alot longer. Again, as Kakashi said,
it usually takes Shinobi months or years to learn how to use, and developed their element. Sasuke's different, he is a Ninja/Shinobi Genuis.
Clearly Sasuke using the Shadow Clone method to create, let's say, 10 clones would make a world of difference. Making his already extraordinary progress, far better.
His training, progress, and potential has always been Superior. That's a fact.
