With the Rinnegan that provides mastery over all elemental natures and the Sharingan with its hype being capable of learning every jutsu that he encounters, then it's a possibility. The Sharingan wouldn't be as effective due to Rasengan's lack of seals but having the Rinnegan and Sharingan both simultaneously was implied to grant the user capabilities that is nearly impossible to obtain.

With Sasuke's ingenuity, he should be capable of at least learning Rasengan Variants.
thats true. i believe itachi stated something like that. people usually forget that hype

what i find funny is sasuke literally has the power of both doujutsus in one eye while having sharingan in another.

Not sure what this is referring to - It's Kakashi's statement referred to with his Sharingan assessment.

However that doesn't mean Sasuke can't learn and/or create his own versions. Copying anything on that level is probably unlikely given what was said.

Plus people have to take into account that so far Rasengan variants usually differ between users. Meaning one person using the Rasengan with the same element, probably won't create the same 'ability' Rasengan. EX - Naruto and Boruto's Futon-enhanced Rasengans.
Kakashi created Chidori as a kid. And we know he created Chidori because he could not add Lightning nature to it. It's probably safe to say Kakashi never continued his Rasengan training after obtaining Chidori/Sharingan. It sound like he gave up after creating Chidori. You may argue, there is no proof of that, but is proof of Sasuke's words:

Sasuke said, to an Uchiha a genius barely comes off as average.

I see no reason as to why Sasuke could not learn Rasengan or Rasenshuriken.. beside the fact Sasuke will never use a Wind Style.

There's no evidence to showcase that Kakashi's mastery of the Sharingan had restrictions in comparison to that of an Uchiha. Plus he even learned to use his MS ability somehow too. He's obviously talented with the KKG.

Not as talented as Itachi and Sasuke, but talented nevertheless.

Kakashi is not an Uchiha therefore his mastery is severely limited. Remember how he got owned by MS genjutsu and Itachi said Sasuke needs MS to face an MS user ?

Eventually Sasuke proved his brother wrong by breaking Tsukuyomi with 3T Sharingan. The rules of dojutsu don't apply to him like they do to others because he has the talent of the original Sharingan owner and is also the natural inheritor of Hagoromo's power.

he simply said when has sasuke showed any difficulty in mastering a jutsu and he is correct. he mastered shuriken jutsu and kunai since he was a kid. it not being on itachis level is completely irrelevant when he has mastered it which was that guy point. and even then in their battle sasuke . so dont act like there is some huge gap between both of them in shuriken.

Never said he never mastered, I assume you read my post. I specifically mentioned itachi's level because sasuke since childhood had tried to match itachi in that regard which was indeed a goal for him. What I said has relevance because I never argued that he was not good at shuriken jutsu. Never said he never matched him either, what I did mention in a post on this thread was he did so with the help of a summoning bracelet and even then did not spot the shadow clone itachi made while the exchange was being made.

The above combined with the fact that itachi was holding back significantly suggests that the gap was significant enough to be worth noting. My point is he did not master it to itachi's level which is a clear fact, do not assume that I am suggesting that sasuke cannot throw shuriken.

Where was this said? No. Kakashi was owned by Tsukuyomi because he was not a blood relative of Itachi. He couldn't escape, but that has no hold over his restrictions over his use of the Sharingan.

Re-read the argument. I don't think you understand what I'm trying to tell you.

Edit: Bro... Kakashi said he copied the Rasengan :lol

How would he have not tried the training when he said he copied the Rasengan with Obito's Sharingan :lol !!!!

Lmao he falls unconscious after using Kamui a few times and was never good at using genjutsu despite his intellect.

The dojutsu takes way too much chakra from him to even use it close to an Uchiha's level. He doesn't have the chakra or the body to use Sharingan to its full potential.

The same limits applied to Nagato, he was never able to use Rinnegan on Madara's level despite being talented.

And all Uchiha are blood relatives, they share the same blood hence why they have the same dojutsu. Kakashi couldn't break it because he didn't have the skill to do so because he's not an Uchiha. Zetsu mentioned that Sasuke's skill with Sharingan was what allowed him to break Tsukuyomi without MS.

Lmao he passes out after using Kamui twice, the dojutsu takes way too much chakra from him to even use it close to an Uchiha's level. He doesn't have the chakra or the body to use Sharingan to its full potential, the same applied to Nagato, he was never able to use on Madara's level.
And? Kakashi's chakra and stamina are the issue here. Kakashi used the Kamui a few times and still didn't lose it's light compared to Sasuke who only used MS for a few days and had to receive Itachi's eyes in compensation. But that speaks nothing on their mastery over the Sharingan. Things just happen weirdly.

I don't believe anyone but Sasuke could have broken out of Tsukuyomi. I believe it was stated in the DB that a factor was due to Sasuke being a relative of Itachi.

I'll try to look for the information next time we post, because I may be wrong.

=Gerkak;20575215]Never said he never mastered, I assume you read my post. I specifically mentioned itachi's level because sasuke since childhood had tried to match itachi in that regard which was indeed a goal for him.
he simply wanted to be as good as itachi overall, not just shuriken. and even then it wasnt as significant as a goal that was reiterated outside his childhood. when using shuriken as a 12 yr old you wouldnt see him say something like "still not on itachis lv" or anything similar meaning its not really relevant in his development as you are making it seem. he uses his shuriken differently to itachi anyway, employing wires and so on as we saw against orochimaru and deidara.

What I said has relevance because I never argued that he was not good at shuriken jutsu.
and i didnt say you stated his wasnt good. the issue is he mastered it, thats all that matters. you brought itachi into it which has no bearing on whether sasuke mastered shuriken jutsu or not or whether he can master any jutsu he attempts which was the main point of the post you quoted

Never said he never matched him either, what I did mention in a post on this thread was he did so with the help of a summoning bracelet and even then did not spot the shadow clone itachi made while the exchange was being made.
what relevance does summoning bracelet have with sasukes ability to
-effectively throw several shurikens simultaneously?
-pinpoint timing in terms of it successfully countering all of the ones thrown by itachi and vice versa?

summoning bracelet is a tool for him to summon shuriken, it has no correlation with how effectively its use it which i assume is what is relevant?? although it helps in reducing the time spent in picking out the weapon and throwing it. as for the clone, itachi most likely summoned it after the exchange just before he and sasuke ran and clashed in cqc from my understanding and thats a feat of his hand seal speed not shuriken

The above combined with the fact that itachi was holding back significantly suggests that the gap was significant enough to be worth noting.
itachi did not hold back during the shuriken exchange so thats a baseless statement. he needed to push sasuke to use up his chakra as noted by obito. also am pretty sure he is smart enough to know shuriken is not something that sasuke would die against.

My point is he did not master it to itachi's level which is a clear fact, do not assume that I am suggesting that sasuke cannot throw shuriken.
fair enough though the issue is he mastered it as with any other thing he sets out to do. and i never indicated you said he cant use shuriken

Interesting because copied can't be right.

Does Kakashi say he copied it in the Viz? If so, we just found a plothole/inconsistency. Kakashi said he created Chidori because he unable to add Lightning nature to Rasengan

Kakashi created Chidori before he got the Sharingan.

He could master it but he can't copy it. He would have to undergo the training naruto did. It would take him years to learn it because he can't use the method naruto used. Also it takes a lot of chakra to use which Sasuke wouldn't use much

Sasuke doesn't need to use the method Naruto used to make as much or more progress than him.

- Sasuke's Intelligence, Training, Progress, and Potential.

Kakashi stated that it usually takes Shinobi months/years to learn/develop their nature element.

And those within the Jonin class usually have two elements.

And he was surprised that a Genin had the skill to be able to perform the Fire Ball Jutsu.

Sasuke had done so years earlier as an academy student.

At 16 Naruto needed the use of thousands of Shadow Clones to learn/develop his first nature element in a short amount of time, whereas Sasuke at much younger ages learned and developed both of his elements enough to master high level techniques in days. Fire style at age 7/8 for the Fire Ball Jutsu in a week, and Lightning style at age 13 for the Chidori in 15 days on top of physically developing himself well enough to attain Lee's level of High Speed Taijutsu.

I said 15 days instead of a month because at the beginning of chapter 93 it said, "15 days since the start of training",

Then a few pages later we see Sasuke meet up with Kakashi, and Kakashi says, "So, you're finally here", thus implying that Sasuke had just shown up to training, with just 15 days left.

This, and the next page.

He likely just recovered and left the hospital that day to begin training. He's already able to make extraordinary progress within a short amount of time through training, now factor this in with his Sharingan.

The Sharingan can perfectly copy any jutsu that uses Hand seals that is not a KKG. Kakashi who is not an Uchiha, who is negatively effected by using it, managed to copy over 1000 Jutsu. Sasuke could do alot better, but Masashi restricted him from ultilizing the copying ability of his Sharingan to his full advantage throughout the whole story.

His Intelligence factored in with his Sharingan's copying ability is Legendary.

He could also use the Shadow Clone method to further improve his progress, although ofcourse he would create less clones than Naruto but that's irrelevant considering the results he would get from doing so is amazingly higher than that of Naruto.

Sasuke's always been superior.

He was easily able to synch with Naruto's chakra output for the Enton RasenShuriken within seconds whilst charging at their opponent.

Learning RasenShuriken isn't as hard for him as Naruto now that he has access to the Wind Element because of his Rinnegan.

I don't see why he couldn't. He's already a master at chakra control and shape manipulation. Sasuke wrecks.

lol then that settles it, sasuke can obtain FRS if he so chooses to.
out of all the characters sasuke has the most access to these kind of abilties.

sharingan to copy with a single glance (check)
rinnegan to master any ninjutsu (check)
impressive chakra control and shape manipulation (check)
feats of mastering jutsus at a much shorter time (check)
praised by geniuses over sasuke's potential (check)
rikudou chakra (check)
indra's reincarnation (double check)
worst case scenario, he could just ask naruto or kakashi for tips (check)

lol it's funny how people fap over rinnegan but the moment
sasuke obtained it they try their best to low ball it out of desperation. thread can close now
That was in Rasengans case bro. Rasenshuriken took two clones to do. Thats six hands.

Sasuke is a one armed prodigy. It wont be easy for him but still easier than most because of Rinnegan.

true, but he is able to use shadow clones and we know sharingan users can copy rasengan.

uuhhh...what is copying fodder ninjutsu going to do for sasuke fighting top-tiers ninja?

there is nothing in sasuke's arsenal that would require him to use shadow clones to master an S-ranked jutsu like rasenshuriken...also given the fact that sasuke could make about 990 clones less than naruto I doubt he develope much

Sasuke's always been superior.

matter of opinion

Sasuke can't do FRS, he couldn't even copy Boruto's rasengan variation and had to take him along to use it against Momo. So doesn't matter what Sausage faps say, its all fanfic and irrelevant.

You're automatically assuming that any jutsu Sasuke seen wouldn't have ever been beneficial to him. You don't know that because you don't know every jutsu he's seen.

By the way, remember his preliminary match? His opponent absorbed his chakra.

That's basically a Non Rinnegan user's Preta Path. If Sasuke had copied that ability, surely you can atleast somewhat understand how important that would be.

I'm glad you commented because i never even notice that until now. Surprisingly this ability came to my mind quickly when i started thinking about what you said.

Granted Sasuke didn't have his Sharingan activated at the time, but after the prelims, he could have confronted him again to copy it.

there is nothing in sasuke's arsenal that would require him to use shadow clones to master an S-ranked jutsu like rasenshuriken...

That's irrelevant. My point was he could always use it to help gain knowledge, and experience faster, which would significantly help him progress even quicker. This can be used for any technique.

Besides, i bet Dragon's Flame and Kirin were tough to master. A top tier badass, epic, powerful Fire style, and Lightning style technique.

Here's an example of it's usefulness. If he has a month of free time and it takes him that whole month to learn one jutsu then with the Shadow Clone Method he could learn it alot quicker, and have more time to learn additional techniques.

Imagine if he were to use the Shadow Clone Method during the 15 day prep time of training for the Chunin Finals. Areas he worked on - Chakra Control, Shape Manipulation, Nature Transformation, Speed, Strength, & Taijutsu. On top of developing his second nature element enough to master the Chidori and physically develop himself well enough to attain Lee's level of High Speed Taijutsu. With Clones he could have learned even more. Perhaps gotten started on Chidori variants.

Kakashi copied over 1000 jutsu, Chidori is his only original technique. Sasuke, having already learned it, likely would have been shown jutsu to copy from Kakashi, who could think over what techniques he knows that would best suite him.

You need to broaden your perspectives, expand your horizons. Hopefully i just helped you do so. There's so much potential.

also given the fact that sasuke could make about 990 clones less than naruto I doubt he develope much.

Very false. Reread my comment - Naruto learned and developed his first nature element at 16, whereas ONE Sasuke, at much younger ages, had already done so with TWO Nature Elements, which he had mastered by the time he was 16. Naruto essentially needed thousands of clones to do what ONE Sasuke did. He learned how to use his wind element for a Wind Rasengan (not RasenShuriken) in what? A week? Without the Shadow Clone method it would take Naruto alot longer. Again, as Kakashi said, it usually takes Shinobi months or years to learn how to use, and developed their element. Sasuke's different, he is a Ninja/Shinobi Genuis.

Clearly Sasuke using the Shadow Clone method to create, let's say, 10 clones would make a world of difference. Making his already extraordinary progress, far better.

Matter of opinion.

His training, progress, and potential has always been Superior. That's a fact.

Most of his training was with 1000 shadowclones getting 20yrs worth training. Not splitting a leaf.

Sasuke can master things rather quickly. But not this jutsu. This S-Rank jutsu will not be easilly learned by a one armed sasuke. And when when learned he wont be able to throw it.

I say this because some act like he can copy it midfight and perform the technique. He simply cannot.

You describe Rasenshuriken as "all it is", yes it is merging wind with a rasengan. But its not simple because the intensity increases, the spin speed increases, and the mass of chakra is only throwable with Sage Mode. Sasuke will need two arms to master this as fast as you say. With one arm I dont see him effortlessfly mastering Narutos greatest move. Hes gonna stick with chidori.

He used shadow clones for that and still took half of his training to cut a leaf.
Then he had to cut a waterfall because he couldn't properly use his wind element right because he just learned his chakra nature. Something which Sasuke knew since part 1 and shape manipulation.
Had to make and disperse his kage bunshins so he can get the information they had on their training.
And finally cut the leaf in half. Next had to split a waterfall in half.
Kakashi used that method because of who Naruto was/is.

Also you forget Sasuke can make Kage bunshins even if he can't do it by himself he have shadow clones to help him.

Never said he can copy it midfight.

I was actually describing Rasengan in general. Naruto can throw FRS without SM because he have sage chakra/Senjutsu something Sasuke also have so he should he able to throw it.

You are so pathetic. Your logic is so ridiculous. Do you really think that Sasuke brought Boruto along so he, a 13 year old could defeat Momoshiki in the place of him and Naruto because they were unable too, and needed his unique Rasengan?

Sasuke is a Ninja/Shinobi Genuis and he has the potential to use/master all jutsu aside from KKG. He can easily learn how to use RS and Boruto's Rasengan.

Accept it.
